The store is a normal CosmoProf. But the customer service is terrible, I absolutely dread having to come to this store. The lady with the short white hair and glasses is nothing but mean and rude for absolutely no reason. Ive been coming to this store for years and she has remained the same. She should not work in this environment. I miss the old manager who sadly switched jobs. Will not be returning and would NOT recommend anyone to go to this store until she is gone.

My wife who owns a salon had placed an order from a week prior . The friendly, and professional staff stopped what they were doing to help asoon as I walked in . Once I explained who I was picking up product for just like magic it appeared from behind the desk . Not the first time Ive been there and definitely not the last . Thank you guys for doing what you do .

I went here with my girlfriend. You must have a hairdressing license to shop here. There is a good selection of all kinds of products. You can get hair care, styling, coloring, clippers and any other accessories that come along with the business, including nail care and waxing stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good store ladies always greet me. The only thing is that every time I select a hair color for me they discontinue it. Not the girls fault here just the company and they dont replace the color.

Good quality professional products. Most of the staff is usually very helpful...there is 1 older woman who isnt really in the right line of work...customer service oriented..that is... other employees are very helpful. Prices are ok...although they just went through another price increase! Selection is ok..but limited.
