Kevin is a terrific salesman. He assessed our needs with a series of questions, and then led us through different types of mattresses, and at different price points for each type. We appreciated that he didnt try to upsell us -- to make us buy the most expensive mattress in the store. He spoke respectfully of all choices and explained what people like about each one. I had gone in telling my husband we would not make such a major purchase without thinking about it away from the store, but in the end Kevin got us a great deal on one of the higher-end mattresses and we bought then and there, with no regrets. For us, the product sold itself, and Kevin acted more like a facilitator of good sleep then someone trying to steer us in a certain direction. The store also offers a 4-month return policy, during which you can change your mind and go for another of their mattresses if you feel you have chosen wrongly.

Kevin the manager was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and HONEST with us. He helped us find a perfect mattress at a very good price.
