French vanilla iced coffee here is my absolute favorite. I got one several years ago when this place was down the road & have been hooked ever since. I usually order 2 whenever I go, and yes they are both for myself 😂 So good & very fairly priced as well

Better than Dunkin and Starbucks. More natural flavor with a bold roast with phenomenal prices. Purchased an iced coffee and croissant toasted with butter and cream cheese for less than $5.Small, quaint, and busy.....Well worth the wait. Definitely will be going every morning before work.

The coffee and handcrafted drinks here are consistently delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches are awesome too! Great prices, friendly service. If theyre busy and youre ordering food, be patient itll take time.

I keep seeing on FB how great this place is and with such friendly staff. I walked in around 8:10, waited patiently with one person in front of me. I stayed about 10 minutes and left. No one even bothered to acknowledge I was there, say hello, tell me theyd be with me in a minute, or even so much as nod in my direction. Time is precious on the way to work and I will not make this mistake again.

Amazing service and good coffee. I never like hot coffee I usually order iced but this one was worth it the best part about it is that the owner is a very good human being. The owner even said he was going to buy oats milk and start offering it since I suggested it! The fact that he’s willing to go out of his way and accommodate a new customer was really refreshing and I appreciated the other customers conversation while they were in line and even sitting inside. This is the place that you want to support and oh did I mention how cheap the price is?! Definitely recommend checking it out.

I love this place. Amazing coffee and the lattes/espressos are way better than Starbucks or anything like that. The shop itself has some awesome artwork all on the walls and a nice vibe. Highly recommend.

So much to say. If anyone been to the original Safari on main then you know nothing has changed and thats perfect. Coffee is amazing. Environment is always interesting. Random art and such. But again your going for the coffee. This isnt so big chain place. Its a coffee like no other. The steamed milk makes it.

My favorite coffee shop. They serve the freshest coffee youve ever tasted. Its only a couple of bucks for a coffee. The staff are amazing. Theyre like family. My heart was broken when they were closed... I am so happy to have them back!

Great coffee, Carmel latte was delicious. Calm atmosphere, very nice small town coffee shop. Although I wish they were a little more eco conscious, I was not a fan of the styrofoam cups.

Went to Safari a couple of times at the old location and thought it was the best coffee that I have ever tried. Then they disappeared only to reappear downtown Ansonia next to Bankos.The owners are incredible nice people and they have become friends. The lounge is everything you would expect for a small coffee shop. There is writing on the walls from their loyal following of customers. Funny pictures and today I noticed some art work going up on the wall.The coffee is seriously the best coffee in Ansonia and the surrounding area. I often find myself wanting Safari coffee when I am out of state. Have no been able to find a smoother or tastier cup of coffee yet.This is a regular stop in my day and the best $2 that I can spend. Stop in and say hello, try a cup of joe and realize what you have been missing.
