My father placed an order on Friday and was told delivery would be on Monday. He called to see where the delivery was Wednesday morning since he was leaving the check in the mailbox. The response was sorry we don’t have a record, I probably took your order but we can’t honor the price because the price went up 10 cents 😡. We have never had any issues before. We started going direct vs cash heating oil. No more since obviously we cannot trust follow thru.
