Absolutely the BEST place to shop for furniture. I’ve been there 3 times already. They have top of the line furniture, all name brands. My experience there was smooth and easy. Very good prices and very professional employees and owners. I would go NO where else. They also have appliances. If I hadn’t bought my appliances from else where. I got an impossible deal on a refrigerator that is completely sold out everywhere. East Bay furniture is the only place in northern California that had these. They delivered to the house within an hour. The refrigerator was too big to fit through the front door. The delivery team went the extra mile To get the refrigerator into the house and set up for me. It with the money that I saved I am planning to buy mattress from them. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Great place, best prices, many selections to choose from and most of all the most respectful, professional and courteous people to work with. Ok so I waited over a year to write this review.. we bought our couch and our bed a year ago..we just bought our daughters bed last week I have to say I absolutely love this place! The manager Maroof was very polite, respectful, professional and friendly even after he made the sales! The delivery team was amazing and super friendly we really appreciate them going above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back for a dining table plus more. We will never use another furniture place in the future. I would give u guys 100 stars thanks so much!

From the time I walked in the store to the time I picked up my sofa Maroof helped me from the start and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the furniture. I had been looking for a sofa for months and nobody had anything I liked in stock and if they could have it delivered it was going to take up to 6-8 weeks every where I tried. Maroof got my sofa to me in 1 week and it was supposed to be earlier if it weren’t for an issue out of our hands, and it still got here quicker than it would have through anyone else! I am so grateful for the men at East Bay furniture I was moving during the pandemic and it was hard to find a furniture place that can deliver in a week but they made it happen the prices were reasonable and they made a delivery for me all the way in Oakland

Horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend them ever I feel like it was nothing but lies from the start I ordered furniture on august 23 and I still have NOT received my furniture I constantly called and went in a few times to see what’s going on and I keep being told it’s on the shipment coming soon it was originally scheduled to arrive sept26th now the furniture has finally arrived I’ve been told that my balance is now $400 it went from $200 to $400 dealing with this company has been nothing but a bad experience the furniture not only the problem it’s the way they treat you as a person and all the lies so now I’m requesting my money back after waiting 3 months I’m still without new furniture as well as $200 that’s not acceptable

Do NOT purchase through this store.they have wasted our time and money. They didnt have our bench and two chairs or even though we gave them extra time however they told us that” we are bring your staff in one week, but they said lie for us, those are not real Muslims those are (munafiqean)We believe the chairs were floor models. The upgraded We ordered one sofa one love seat and two chairs but they didn’t provide, they delivered wrong thing.Worst company! They lie and deceive specially the owner masood and Khalil. They are really unprofessional and rude.

First the customer service is horrible. The product took more then 1 month to come and after waiting for so long both of the dining table and furniture I bought were delivered wrong item and werent able to assemble. they are rude, selfish, they are not responding our calls and messages, please dont ever buy it from these fake Muslims, well it took 2 more weeks. After going back and forth and calling them every day, I bought my first house and spend huge money for the furniture to buy something good but these fake people deceive us, they are really fraud, I will never buy anything from them again and will never recommend it.
