I came in for an estimate on damages on my Jeep. Melissa was very nice & gave me an estimate.

Dont use this shop. They damaged our vehicle and will not admit to the damage. Brought in car to have front bumper fixed and the back came out damaged. They denied any wrong doing even though there was fresh spay paint of a diffent color all over the back bumper.

Took my car to get my rear bumper fixed and my and my rear axle they offered to fix my cv boots on my car and when I got it back they were ripped they did a poor job they didn’t put all the clips back on my front bumper and also I had a performance cold air intake that went down to my fog light on the left side and they didn’t screw it on all the way my car had a check engine light on because of that I didn’t trust to take it back there since car repairs are not cheap so I took it to another shop in Schaumburg and they fixed everything they told me whoever did it just rushed it and I have pictures to prove it too. Will definitely not come back.

I have had my vehicle repaired several times at Raymond Collision Center. The service has always been impeccable. Katey has continued to exceed expectations throughout the entire car repair process, from estimate, to dealing with the insurance company, to answering any and all questions about the process. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and courtesy of Bruce and Katey. My angst as a result of my first accident was substantially quelled by their expertise and reassurance. Kudos!

Have had the unfortunate of being hit a few times, by a deer, rear ended, etc. Bruce and Katie have always been courteous, quick and kept us well informed on progress. The main reason is their work is top notch and their paint matching and blending is superb.
