I liked the wig I got (regular long brown lace front) but it was my first time buying one and asked for help with hair clue and recommendations. All the the girls did was try to up sell. Thank god I went with alittle prior knowledge!!

It was my first time in the store just needed small supplies the workers were really helpful and knew very much... was a lil pricey but I didnt care I had it and I was getting what I was expecting he let me test the hair straightener out 😊

This is my third time shopping there.The other two times was great, but this time around very unpleasant. I walked in and one of the workers was by the door. There was no greeting. If you’re at the door I would assume you’re the greeter. Moreover, I was never asked how can I help you? Nothing. Mind you there was three workers. One with the blue hair was on the phone talking about employees. She should’ve went to the back and talked. The light skinned curly hair girl should’ve helped me instead or the one on the phone should’ve got off the phone instead of talking about the work schedule of others to another employee. Just very unprofessional and tacky on all of them. I work too hard to be spending my hard money and not get no hi no thank you no nothing!I called to report and the lady I assume who has blue hair picked up apologized but had a dry tone. You can keep your apology!!!!! The nerve to say “Usually we say hi.” Ha! All about consistency! My daughter was with me so I kept my cool because all of them would’ve got checked real hard!

They are very overpriced. Twelve packs hair and some LITTLE NOT EVEN BIG edge booster cost $120. The edge booster alone was $13 mind you I looked at the edge booster and it didn’t have a price on it (if you go to any other beauty supply then you know that the edge control that’s locked up have a price at the bottom of it) seem as if that’s something she came up with it

Hello google viewers,I’m a local in the area and have now shopped at this location the last 4 months on a regular. I frequently change my hairstyle at least two/ three times a month. So you can guess I run through supplies often.So here’s my breakdown,THE STAFF:Decent, they have product knowledge = 6/10IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHOP HERE:Helpful for the most part, however if there’s certain brands I would like for braids, locs etc. half the time don’t have (I have to drive a little further to find)However, it would be nice to have familiarity of favorable brands to know what to suggest ( save the sale)My experience with this location seems to decrease every time I visit. It’s convenient to stop by because I live so close.Recently I came by 7 minutes before closing to grab some braiding pomade and one of the associates rushed to the door to tell me they’re closed. Literally on the door it says 9am-8pm mon-sat closed at 6pm Sunday.I told the young lady I just needed to grab one item. Card or cash for whatever made it faster for me to get back home. She persistently shut me out to say “we close at 7:50pm —____— come on now.I’m uncertain of what ethnicity owns this business but to be in an area (majority surrounded by black folk) to supply cultured hair product, you’d think they’d be more professional and dialed into that community and how they treat people. The community that surrounds that store is what cuts that check.Nevertheless to say... I’ll continue my purchases elsewhere and I don’t care to drive a little further.I’ve ran business for eight years, one thing I know for sure is that the staff reflects the owner. You can tell when management is connected or disconnected.

Clean, not much selection on braiding hair...not enough floor help for the volume of customets

Needs a better selection of color and inventory of braiding and crochet hair...excellent for weave, bundles and packaged weft hair... higher end hair...great hair product inventory and wide selection of hair accessories..brushes, clips etc.

The only reason I didnt give them more than 3 stars is because they didnt have a big enough inventory. The young lady helping me out was knowledgeable, courteous, and engaged in a conversation with me (about hair). The cashier was so bubbly and all of the employees wore masks and practiced social distancing

They need more people to help on the floor..had to wait 20 mins for advice on hair dye.

All it take is reviews when there are alot of complaints... I never been to this beauty store i was going to go today after I got off work to buy a huge bundle of things but after reading the reviews Ill go somewhere else. Good luck!

If you’re African-American I suggest you not work here, you’ll feel left out when they’re speaking Spanish. They only want to sell expensive things that don’t even work. Bad training, and favoritisms to their own kind.

There are many beauty supplies in the area. I prefer this one. I am a professional stylist so I dont have to go often, only when I need small supplies like braiding hair, bobby pins, lashes, sanek etc. They are always very friendly and accommodating. I never have to show my pro card because they remember my face. That speaks volumes when you think about how many people come in that store. Amazing customer experience.

The clerks here are extremely rude I was told to hurry up twice within 5 min! The prices are extremely high! There are plenty other great beauty supply stores that deserve your money and will treat you with respect!

They have a good amount of supplies and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My mom left her purse in the store by accident. We called them and asked if they could hold the purse until she gets there in 10 minutes. They refused because they were closing in 5 minutes. My mom was a paying customer. My whole family goes to this beauty supply all the time. And they act like they couldn’t wait 5 more minutes. She said my mom would have to come back in the morning to get her purse. He keys to the house and everything is in the purse so how do they expect us to get in our home? They’re totally disrespectful. Then they hung up in my sisters face and we weren’t even being disrespectful. This store and the employees are basically thieves at this point because my moms property is being held when all she wants to do is pick it up. We just spent money with them and you can’t wait. That’s very poor customer service. They don’t even deserve the 1 start but you can’t post without it
