Very helpful staff. Good stock of products. Quick in and out.

This store will constantly say it has items in stock and then once you order it online and pay for it they then cancel your order... Even orders that are fulfilled turn out to be the wrong bottle. Corporate should look into some of the employees here and figure out whats really going on. Never had this issue at any other bevmo.

I ordered for pickup, which I have done before. I waited in the parking lot for over 10 minutes watching others go in and out. Also an associate took out recycle and not orders… okay. I eventually asked him, when he was done if he could bring it out, he agreed. There should be better service for those who pay ahead then come to pick up is all I’m saying. He was great and apologized for the wait and was professional.

I would give a negative 0 but its whatever. They had 5 employees in the Brentwood store not one of the employees knowledge nor asked if I needed assistance if was as If I was invisible and I had a child with me. All I did was walk in a circle. When I went to the front the guy turned his back to me . That was the worst possible non service Ive never received. I wont be returning there ever again. Change ur management and employees zero customer service 👇👎

Bryan was incredibly helpful and gave fantastic recommendations just by seeing what type of whiskeys and bourbons were collecting in our cart. Everyone there were wonderful and knowledgeable, great experience with a wide range of alcohol on site.

What I love about this place is that the people that work there actually know their stuff. You can ask them questions about obscure beers and weird liqueurs, and they actually know the answer.

Smaller Bevmo location, they have limited selections on wines and spirits that there larger stores would certainly carry.Specifically this trip, I found myself with a selection of salsa that, while intriguing, lacked more traditional tomato salsa bases.While not a bust of a trip, this particular location could improve by increasing their products for offerings. Was impressed by their Vermouth selections.Overall, a good place for a pinch when selecting for gatherings/parties.3 stars for mediocre amount of product offerings. This location is like a large liquor store rather than a big box store for liquor. I hope they do well to see themselves move to a larger location and increase product selection.

I usually love this bev mo but I made an order online to be delivered between a certain time and then I get a text and say we have rescheduled your delivery for tomorrow if I wanted it on Monday instead of Sunday I would have ordered it on Monday. Then they say call this number if its an inconvenience well I called the number and it says if you ordered off of the Target app press one and so and so but none of them was for BevMo. I didnt want my margarita tonight anyway.

Bev Mo has a great selection of just about everything wine, beer & spirits. The employees are helpful and upbeat. This is my first go to place for bottled alcohol.

First, I was told to wear a mask by an employee not wearing hers properly.Then 2 employees scattered instead of helping the next customer in line.

Seems every time I go to this store in Antioch, they always let me down. They cant seem to keep particular beers in stock. And if youre looking a certain type of mix for that type of drink you want to make, chances are they dont carry it. Youre better off making a trip to Livermore bevmo and get much better results

My dog savv and I had a great time stopping at bevmo for a quick last min champagne run.

Sure hope the bean counters in corporate get off their couches and start catching up on inventory. And we are not talking about recent stock depletions. Im talking about stock that according to the store has not been replenished since last September. I just drove 30 miles to buy what was left at another Bevmo.

Bevmo is clean and easy to find with plenty of parking the employees are kind and very professional willing to answer all questions. The product itself is expensive I really only buy from them if Im in the area or need something unique, one six pack was 15.99 and across the street at Walgreens the same beer was 9.99.

The prices at BevMo are ridiculously high. Ive compared a half dozen products with competitors and the difference is astounding. Even with the discount I get for being a BevMo member I am faced with prices way in excess. I will not shop at BevMo again.

I walked in not knowing where to find Soju, Ive only ever ordered it at Korean BBQ spots. The clerk led me to the area where I could find some, and helped me make a decision while I called to confer with my sister. I left with a bottle and feeling satisfied.

The staff is not very knowledgeable I was looking for some Marsala wine and the person did not know what it was customerservice very poor

Today was my fourth visit to this location and it was probably my last. Only once did I ever buy anything, since, despite their large selection, they didnt ever have what Im looking for, even when their website says they have it (I even just looked it up while I was writing this review...even added it to an online shopping cart for pickup in one hour!). I guess they hope that when youre there, youll settle for something else. Not me, BevMo, Im done wasting trips to your store.

Less than 5 mins from my house, so restocking was easy, smooth and supper fast.

BevMo has over price some of their alcohol selections specially the one shooters! I use to come here but I rather go somewhere else.

The IPA selection is a little small compared to other stores, but the store is clean and the staff is helpful.
