Great service very fast. Very good prices. Very friendly workers. Owners is a nice guy. I brought in my own tires no problem.

We initially brought our Subaru Forester in to replace a blown out rear tire and the entire team at Big O not only replaced the tire but fixed a front drive shaft that we planned to replace in the near future. This all happened with less than three hours before closing on a Saturday. Efficient, honest and affordable, give Big O in Antioch a try.

Don’t come here alone if you’re a woman, they’ll try and scam you. My friend went to this location to get new tires and an alignment and they tried charging her $1,000+. Keep in mind the tires they wanted to sell her were their cheap big o tires branded ones so they’d make a bigger profit. No go for this location.

My Family has always been treated like family at big Os, very friendly, their prices are very reasonable, good service, and always guarantee their work.

Took my truck for a oil change. Was told i had a oil leak. Was given a written estimate to fix it which would be around $79. After several minutes the mechanic came back and told me it actually would cost me over $2000.00 because he wasnt sure what was causing the leak and he would need to tear up the area between engine and transmission to see where the leak was coming from. Once he could be able to see where it was leaking, he would charge me additional to fix the leak!Guess he thought i wouldnt know any better since Im a female and would agree to the charges.Left and took it to a different mechanic and not only did he find the leak he charged me $100 for a hose that needed to be replaced.Ive been going there for years for tires, oil changes, and manufacturers tune ups and to be taken advantage of from them made me feel used. I will never return to them ever and hope other women will think twice going there and giving them your hard earned money and business.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for over a decade now, same crew working the front. There are places closer, and sometimes cheaper too, but Im always glad I went to these guys.

We came in with tire sensor issue, from a different tire shop. The gentleman that helped us at big O brought a sensor reader. He knew exactly what the problem was.Everyone up front was very helpful. The guys in the back are top notch.. We are now customers for life.

Great Service. Great Prices. Great People. And they had Food Network on in the waiting area. Cant go wrong.

Really amazing staff. During COVID lockdown they were super conscientious about cross contamination practises and were extremely efficient with getting my car tires installed and oil changed with plenty of time for my husband to get the car to get to work. They have the most amazing customer service and I really love them. Their prices are very reasonable too. Im really happy with them and my mother-in-law is even going to switch to them after I told her about my experience and the oil change is much cheaper than the place she usually goes to. I highly recommend Big Os in Antioch!

Brought in my SUV for a tire rotation. Unbeknownst to me, the tires had extensive cracking due to age (11 years old) but still had good tread. Had to replace all the tires 😭 But they explained to me that the tires could come apart in hot driving conditions which was exactly what I was planning to do in the hot deserts of New Mexico. Thanks for possibly saving my life and/or others from a catastrophic event. You were nice, knowledgeable, and didnt pressure me but simply allowed me to make the choice of tire. I came in with a damaged tire and an alignment problem from hitting a pot hole I couldnt believe how fast they replaced tire and aligned it.I live 30 miles away and there are closer Big O stores but I really like the people that run and work at this store so I drive all the way out there. I left home at 9:15 and was pulling into my driveway at 11:45 DONE! Drives perfectly straight. Thanks guys (PS some of them Ive know since they were in junior high school)

They insisted they needed to break a stud to get one of my wheels off, I declined. (I got home and it did break. I replaced it in about 20 minutes or less. They wanted $50 to do that because they have to remove the whole wheel hub off that is lies.Then they wanted to replace my tons sensors because the valve stems were stuck and they could not remove air. BS, I put pressure on them and checked them with a gauge (releasing air to get pressure to all match). I went to my trusted independent tire shop and had him check, and they got the valve stems out and rebuilt them and put them back in, he didnt even charge me. I watched him and learned a lot.Then they tried charging me for the rebuild kit they did not use.This place scams and can not be trusted, I only wonder what they do when a woman comes in.Im not coming back, I will stick to my independent tire shop I trust.

I came in with a pressure leak in one of my tires. It was an unrepeatable puncture. But rather than replacing just the one tire, I replaced all 4. I did this for two reasons, one because I don’t like misnaming tires, and two I wanted to support a locally owned business.

Im into my 80s and two years ago, the day after surgery and only walking with some help, I foolishly went for a short errand run with 2 dogs in my car. Wouldnt you know it, but a tire went flat. I managed to pull into the rear of the Big O store, people came out and helped me immediately.More recently my tire pressure light had been on for some time, and I can no longer get down to handle it myself. I pulled into the front of the store and they had someone come out and check all my tire pressure for me, no charge.On top of this, the employees are the nicest, friendliest people you will ever encounter in business. Im going to need 4 new tires real soon, and theres no question, this is where Ill be going! Thank you guys!

Big O rocks! I went in for two tires today and because I was previously told by the Ford dealer in Concord that I needed front brakes and a wheel bearing, I asked them to replace those also. After an inspection they called me back and told me that I got plenty of brakes left and no bearings needed. They could have easily charged me a few hundred extra for work not needed.

Big O in Antioch has been taking care of my car for several years.They have always been courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend them for all of your cars needs.

I used to trust big o until I brought my car in to have it inspected for a noise in the rear end and when they called me back they told me I needed a side marker light which is not out.. and I needed rotors and brakes which I knew about the brakes buy also told me I needed tires which I knew damn well I just bought but when I get my car back I wondered why my tires were shined up but didnt really look cause to the naked eye they looked good but the next day after i got off work and didnt drive my car because i carpool i noticed my back tires were bald as if someone locked my brakes up and smoked my tires out and when I called the owner had an attitude and accused me of scheming for a new tire.. now if I did it on my own I would just by a new tire its not about the money its about the disrespect of my vehicle which I value.. I have a great prospering career I dont need to scam for a damn tire like I said if I did it I would just buy a new one at my expense of having fun but I DID NOT DO THAT I brought my car in cause I had a problem in the rear end so why the hell would I be spinning my tires and Im concerned about whats going on with my car making noise.. I think its unfair and I will not stop until o am compensated for at least the one tire that is bald.. both backs are more worn than when I brought it in but one is slick pretty much.. not cool so I advise if you have a fast car to take a pic and check your tire depth before and after.. if you still want to trust these people

Ron at Big O installed a tire on a rim and gave it to my uncle so that my uncle could drive to meet me, install the tire, and get me back on my way to the tire shop. Big O Tires is always working properly for me its my place for all my commercial vehicles.

So I have my dually sent into have an alignment and a tie tire pressure censor put in. And the one tire they had to work on. Some how the seem to scare and scratch the heck out of my Alcoa rim. And their solution is take my rim and send it to some shop to be repaired but its gonna take 2-3 weeks. So Ive got to drive around with a spare thats a regular rim for 2-3 weeks. And in then when it comes back Im gonna either live with one rim being completely polished and looking brand new and the other three needing to professionally polished or leave them looking 3 years old and not matching. And when I brought this issue up the guy said yes its gonna take 2-3 weeks and it will come back completely polished.

As usual there is no disappointment, my family has been going there for 30 years.

Personnel knew what they were doing and the process was fast. The store was clean and orderly, and there was almost no wait to get my order in. My tire replacements were finished before I could even finish a snack from the Fosters Freeze next door.

I had a nail in my tire. First they looked at it. said they could fix it. Quoted me $20. I asked them to go ahead and balance and rotate my tires as they said it would take the same amount of time.5min later they cam back and said sorry they cannot fix the flat, it was too close to the sidewall. I said but you saw where it was and you said no problem! they said I needed to buy a new tire. I no, put it back on and fill it with air, I will go somewhere else. They said well I might have a used one...I said fine. The left for 5min came back and said sorry they do not, I said thats ok put my tire back on and cancel the order. the left and not even 2min later came back saying they miraculously found a used tire. They said it would be $30 i sad great put it on balance and rotate.They did.I was charged $40 for the tire which I didnt catch until I got home. Most importantly whatever the hell they did they messed up my front end alignment my car (which just had an alignment from the dealership) now severely pulls to the right.I am very disappointed and I know know damn well if i got back in there they will just try and say i hit something after leaving. Such BS these shops get away with.I will never step foot in another Big O and I will make sure everyone i know, knows why.
