Most knowledgeable guys ever when it comes to dental lasers! Like I mean He knows everything there is to know about dental lasers. Aric was fantastic. He spent the time not only fixing my problem but completely calibrate everything. He installed all the updates and then tweaked my erbium based unit. We reviewed all the preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules. He inquired about my soft tissue laser units and he checked them .Finally we discussed different techniques that can be used with lasers and I practiced on extracted teeth. He is a valuable resource that should be a part of your team just like your computer support. I highly recommend them!

Seventech has repaired my multiple waterlase MD dental laser multiple times over the many years. They even educated me on how to properly take care of my lasers. This last time they had to come out because a screen they replaced still decided to not work properly again after a few months. They stood behind their work and fixed it again at no charge. Their prices are reasonable and when compared to what BIOLase tries make you pay out they are very very affordable. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could do such a thing. Great service, personable, educating and know their stuff. What more could you want?

Aric was extremely helpful. Even thought I had never used sventech before he took his time on the phone to help me troubleshoot my laser. He ended up saving me thousands of dollars over what the cons at the distribution company had tried to pull on me. So glad I found these guys. They will definitely have my business in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sventech. We were first attracted by their ability to work on discontinued lasers -which ours is- as service is no longer available through the manufacturer. We contacted easily a dozen companies to see if they could assist with repairs and Sventech were the only ones both able to do the work and we felt comfortable with.They helped us troubleshoot before we sent in the laser. They were extremely quick on the turnaround once we sent it in. Were very satisfied, highly recommended.

We were turning away clients due to a malfunction with our laser machine. We thankfully found Sventech online in a desperate need for assistance he walked us through a few troubleshooting tips and to our surprise our IPL was back up and running! We are very grateful to Sventech and will continue to use them!.

Unfortunately, I had a mishap with the key to our office laser. The doctor was able to retrieve the other half from the unit. I called Sventech and spoke with Eric. He found the he had a spare key and he shipped it to us overnight. AT THEIR EXPENSE even after I told him that I would gladly pay for the key and shipping! Our office has used Sventechs services in the past and we certainly will continue to use them in the future.

Honest, knowledgeable, trust worthy, and fast. I was so impressed with the knowledge they possess. I will never send my laser into the manufacture again. They required payment up front, a minimum of $350 just to look at my laser and calibrate it. I have had to deal with the manufacture numerous times right after I purchased the unit, new. It had numerous software issues and I was never provided with a loaner. I would have to send it in and reschedule all my patients for weeks on end. This happened multiple times. I found sventexh.thru another dental office who had 6 or more lasers and they understood and repaired or recalibrated each type expertly . I am so thankful that I have found such an outstanding repair company that are knowledgeable about any electronic issues. from lasers to cool sculpt equipment to cell phones these guys know their stuff. I cant say enough good things about this company
