My buddy referred us to World Wind Motor Sports to have our jet boat looked at right before the 4th of July weekend. We were so happy that Mike was able to work with us and get the boat back on track so we could enjoy the long weekend on the water! Mike was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with us as this is our first jet boat experience. I have a 1997 seafood GTX couldnt get fixed at dealer. Dealer recommended world Wind Sports. Talked with owner Mike. He told me to brink it in he would take care of me. I gave him a long list of repairs on gtx and my 2001 Shorelander trailor. He fixed everything and a couple things I didnt even ask for. I highly recommend World Wind. I bought a used wave runner and the first time I put it in the water, it almost sank. Mike was referred to me by a trusted friend. He identified the issue right away and saved my water logged engine. The machine now runs great and his rates were very fair. Extremely happy with my experience.

Mike saved my tail. Brand new seadoo ate a rock and he got me back up and running at a reasonable price. I know he is very busy, but I got lucky and he turned the machine around quickly. Thanks Mike.

Ive been using Mike to work on my Jetskis since 17. He is honest, upfront, and reliable. Has kept my 92 Waverunner and 96 Seadoo running, even addressing issues that other mechanics struggled with. Always checks his work with a test run before returning. I like their work so much I even bought a ski from him. if you have a Jetski and it needs work, Mike and Jeff are your guys.

I also had a very bad experience at Worldwide.I had Mike replace a transom in my 2010 yamaha waverunner. I brought the waverunner to him with a timeliness of a week or so. It took him a month with excuse after excuse of why it took so long. Finally got it out on the lake an wasnt long I heard a crack sound from the back of the ski. Took it back an got the cold shoulder an acted like it was my fault it was leaking water. It took like thee weeks to get him to look at it an finely I just showed up an took it back. It was left out back un covered in the rain an the cover was way in the back in the mud. He ruined my ski . I will never go back to him again worst mechanic in lake county

This review wouldnt even be a single star review if I could!!!I have taken snowmobiles, jet skis and boats to Mike for repair and maintenance since 2008. Ive even referred several people to Mike along the way.My most recent experience was one to not be forgotten. A buddy of mine was having lower end unit issues (Mike winterized this boat last year and messed it up, and gear fluid leaked all over the garage floor, he did make good on it and repaired it). My buddy asked if I could reach out to Mike and see if he could drop the boat off for him to look at. (not unusual to drop off to repair facilities after hours)However, after a long day of work I finally had a chance to reach out to Mike via text at 9:30 on a Friday night asking if the boat could be dropped for service at his earliest convenience.His responses were disappointing for anyone, let alone a business owner to a customer!! (see attached text exchange screenshots)If Mike was so upset, why even respond, or respond asking for me to call him the next day. This was way out of line!Being that this will be a $4k+ lower end unit repair through insurance, Mike should take a lesson in customer service!I have no problem backing up my review!

Brought my 1998 SeaDo in for service after my son and I hadreally screwed it up. Mike had to replace multiple parts andmany hours of work. Got it back in 8 days, and it runs like itsbrand new. Very fair prices too.

Bad experience. The owner had my jet ski for over 6 weeks with excuse after excuse. When finally got jet ski back seat was ripped in different places white scuffs on sides and grease hand prints. Sloppy mechanic with poorly run business. He will try to blame you terrible business owner. Shop will be out of business soon.

Wouldnt go anywhere else for pwc or watercraft service or overhaul. Did amazing work on my ski, at a much cheaper cost than the big box stores.

After Mike rebuilt the engine on my 99 Seadoo XPL It had several problems. I payed for extra parts (new piston, head, reeds) even though it was warrantied. Before the year warranty was up he told me to Go Away. Im not working on it any more. He might be an OK mechanic, but that wasnt my experience, and he definitely did not back up his 1 year warranty when things went wrong.He missed a jetting problem when rebuilding that carbs, and the pipe also sprayed water into the carbs above half throttle.When he did work on the boat, he did turn it around fast.You can find me on a couple of the PWC forums or at TheMalibuCrew if you want more info. I have no problem backing up my review.

Mike is awesome and a life saver. Had major issue with my trailer last weekend and even though he was booked he still got me on the road. He said he couldnt ley me back on the road with the state of my hub. Also helped me with my 89 js440 tuning problems. Thanks again, jen and I greatly appreciate everything.
