Dan is great! I called left a message at the shop and he called me right back on a Thursday letting me know a ski was available Friday! I showed up at 8:05 and the ski was totally ready for me. His orientation was awesome. It took like 2 minutes and I had the best time on the lake. Zero problems. He gave me the heads up on the route to take on the lake which was awesome because I had no idea you were supposed to go a certain direction! Love this place!

Lost my business, rude, negative, dont waste your time, go to another shop that actually wants your business, read below!Guys, I called oceanside motorsports last week and set up a time to drop off my jet ski for repair. I was called in for work out of town so a couple days prior to the appointment I called them and asked if I could bring them in the evening before. There reply was very short and rude, saying I could not and just bring them in next week. Which is fine but I also added that my wife may be able to bring them in on the scheduled date and they again replied very quick and rude saying, whatever dude and hung up on me. I dont if this is representative of there business or just a rude employee but they lost my business when they hung up on me. With in few minutes I called another repair shop and schedule an appointment with a much more helpful and good attitude. Breath of fresh air!

Our son visiting us rented a 4 seater 4-wheeler to go out for his first time in the desert. The machine was ready to load when he opened. It was all around a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with this company! I reserved two jet skis on a Monday for a Wednesday trip to Canyon Lake. I ended up working and had to cancel and they were super nice about it with no problem! I re-reserved it for Friday and was able to do that day. Friday morning I stopped by the office and filled out the paperwork and he said he would meet me there by 9:30. We got to the lake and unloaded our things at our site and he pulled up a few minutes before 9:30! Unloaded, gave us instructions and off we went! He came back at 4pm and loaded up, paid for the gas (he gave me an estimate before and it was pretty spot on!). I would highly recommend this company again and plan on making another reservation as soon as we can!

Ended up having a terrible experience with these guys. Had a jet ski booked for last Sunday, paid just under $300 for the rental. My whole group showed up at the meeting location 45 mins early and waited 2 hours past our meeting time. The gentleman in charge completely no showed and would not answer any of our calls. Ended up getting scammed of $300 so I highly recommend choosing another rental service. Guy is a complete joke and do not make the same mistake as us. He will scam you of your money.

Don’t waste your time! They charged us $750 and he didn’t fix anything!! We took our Jet ski to the lake thinking it was fixed and water was still getting into the Jet ski... When we went in to complain they got all confrontational and started yelling at us! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Reserved a 4 seater for family visit 2-3 weeks in advance. Took my info etc. Went to pick it up that Saturday 9am at Ocean Side ...nobody there, called 3 -4 times while I was there with answering machine saying messages filed...so couldnt even leave a message. A no show ! ! Was left hanging with out of town guest ! Never heard from them !I FOUND OUT LATER ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN TO PEOPLE WHO RESERVED FROM OCEAN SIDE RENTALS !

Rented a pair of jet skis and had them delivered to our location. Oceanside Motorsports was a pleasure to do business with, their instructions were clear and informative, and pickup/dropoff was punctual. The jet skis were in great shape! Would definitely do business with again.

I paid 750.00 cash to have 2 jet skis delivered to apache lake at 9 am and its already 11 with no call no show nothing. This is the most unprofessional company u e ever done business with. Disrespectful and nothing ruins a weekend of fun like these people. dont waste your time or money with them they will just let u down

Our family has been using this company for many years. They have great equipment, user friendly and professional. We wouldnt use any other company in the valley.

Was helping a friend find a place and looked ok with fair reviews but really was an overpaid mistake. We took some very old Jetskis on their last leg as far as cosmetically but were running last year so what the heck try to get them running again right? Well changing spark plugs and gas does not get them running well and broke down within 5 min on the lake. Returned to service when now a rebuilt catborator which we probably would not have fixed but they repaired anyway without even consult first. This also took days to return a phone call. Oh and of course will only take cash which is really a red flag in my book since square and other devices are so cheap now. Personally feel taken advantage of.
