Horrible... will never go back. Called them.. said item was in stock and took my name to hold. Drove from Tempe to Apache Junction to purchase... surprise surprise... they sold it.. wasted my time and gas. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Went in for some specials for black Friday and place does not strive on being quick. Definitely short staffed, at least for loading and bringing up bigger items. Pricing guns at the cash register are cabled instead of cordless making it difficult for the cashier to ring up different items. Didnt offer to locate products at different locations were out of. Jacked up prices on bigger items. Will continue to purchase just simply because of price and quality. But please get people at the registers that are faster with checking clients out. Took 30 mins just to check out.

Need to be faster in the check out line anytime I go in its a long wait to get to a cashier

Probably the best place to get a toolbox cabinet for the best money. US General has really upped their quality as well. The manager at this store has the best personality. Very friendly and loves to laugh. The type of person youd want to be around. Enjoyed the process of purchasing some boxes to continue the career as a heavy line tech. Ive used their roll carts for years with reliable service even with heavy parts sometimes put on them. She helped me a lot and even partial refund on a section side cabinet which showed some damage from shipment to store. Ill have to come in more often for anything else I need if the manager sticks around at this store!

We asked an associate where something was and he told us he didnt carry it only for us to round the corner and find the item we were looking for. Cashier had an attitude when we asked why the online price was different than in-store. We were just looking for an answer as we have worked retail most of my life and was not looking for a handout.

Theres an unusual vibe with customer service representatives. Abrasive explanation as to goods placement even when calling in advance. He seemed sexist. I like shopping online with this company normally. Solar panel phone chargers were cheap though

All I gave to say is this... the chic manager there that chic knows her tools like nobodys business. She definitely knows her tools better than any man i know. She rocks all i got to say. Everyone is so helpful over there. I wish i worked there.

A great place to buy affordable tools & what i call power tool edibles. Bits, blades, sandpaper, welding rod...etc.For the average DIYer. Usually wont handle the constant hard use professionals dish out. My advice, get the insurance.

To help fill in the empty spots harbor freight is good. They have been stepping up their game with very good tool boxes, and deals. I have a 4 inch grinder I got for 12 dollars and I cant kill that thing. So pick and choose there too, but hell for the price, you cant beat it. Use the coupons and bring em with you

Who doesnt like harbor freight tools? I mean some of their stuff is not as nice as home depot, but it doesnt carry the home depot price tag either. Plus, everyone here was wearing a mask. Unlike some of the fools you see at home depot. I was there for about 45 mins and I did not see a single person, not wearing a mask. I bought a grommet tool, and I looked at inverters. We were subjected to a four hour power outage the other night, after having driven all day to get back to Arizona. An inverter would have been nice to have then.

This is our closest location a nice store clean and all but rarely has many of the items on sales. Weve gone there 3 different times in the last 2 years for sales items always told they dont have it in stock ended up having to order online or buy see where. Always have a lot of the lower dollar items but not so with the $20 and up large items.

Harbor Freight is a store with the best price for just about all tools. Its local, prices are within reason, and its easy to just walk in and out with what you need.

Nest place for affordable tools just about anything you can think of they have! If you have to use the restroom during your visit they have one but its a little creepy! Situated in a 20x8 room its the most awkward feeling while doing your thing thing. Enjoy!

Customer service representatives were very rude, multiple people talked down to including myself. Watched three customers walk out with out purchase after finding their items due to the way cashiers talked towards them. Very belittling attitudes. Used to spend money for specific items here due to price but after today I will spend my money at home depot and pay a bit more. Dont mind spending more when treated with respect rather than belittled.

Harbor Freight is great. I have always enjoyed shopping there for cheap tools. If you just need a tool for a one of a kind job experience you should lookthere.

They do have the top quality selection, but they also have a great selection of budget friendly tools and such for the home handyperson.You dont have to spend big to get the job done. Waaaayyyyy too slow checking people out today......waited in one of two lines for 15 minutes....laid my stuff down and walked out......as did a few other people.....the cashier said the debit and credit card machines were down all over town....well then dont check out people and then run the card and then suspend the transaction....too much time.....just tell the customer right up front

Got a professional grade, 6hp buffing and polishing wheel and two replace 2-wheel set for just under $90. The employee who assisted me tried his best, but ended up sending me on a mini wild goose chase and I was left to find the machine on my own. The tool turns my refinishing of the brass and other metals on mid to high end lamps into a treat instead of such a chore. Overall, very satisfied.

Their store is not real customer-friendly. By that I mean the doors are not automatic. So you have to Struggle your way through them if you have any Goods you have purchased? To use a cart you Can take it to your vehicle? But you there is no place. For you to leave it. Other than bring it. Back to the store. I think sometimes the prices are good. But sometimes theyre not so good.

Restrooms, while very clean, are not user friendly. The one I used was 10x30 with the sink and door at one end and the commode at the other. While sitting on the commode, the lights went off. Sitting in total darkness, there was no way to get the lights back on. Luckily my cell phone has a flashlight I could use to finish. The store associate I spoke with said they had to remodel the restrooms to comply with the ADA act and that included heat sensitive light switches with times they couldnt adjust. Oh, there was no soap in the dispenser, either.

Ive been to harbor freight many times in my life here in Apache junction and found their prices unbeatable, if your willing to sacrifice quality for price! In some circumstances I have found that for the time I needed to use the tool or size of job it was acceptable to do so . Rather than go get a higher end tool! Harbor freight does have some insurance you can put on your tools for an added security! Definitely check out their prices before you shop elsewhere !

Too many customers without masks. Store was busy and all registers were busy getting people out. Staff cant be everywhere. Ill find a store in an area where people mask.

I understand the concept of the store itself, but it would have been great if they just sold regular nails. Not ones that go in nail guns. Dont feel like the guy at the register, who had no one in line,was very helpful. He kept pointing me to the aisle, but not once did he offer to step out from the register to actually show me where they were until I went up there for the third time.

They couldnt answer questions, but they were friendly.

Great selection of products although lower quality that other name brands. Staff is courteous and helpful when you ask for help. I returned an item the next day and the cashier was absolutely polite and efficient in processing my return transaction. Will shop there again.

Has lots of good stuff but has some things that are not of the highest quality. You have to understand that most of the items are not going to hold up to everyday use for very long. If youre just looking for a tool to use at home for light duty work, then this is the place.

Got a chainsaw on a pole for $60, works good initially, but I know, we will see. People working here were nice and made sure you didnt forget your free items and discounts.

One of the best visits in 20 years of coming to HF. Cashiers greeted me at the doors. My phone would not open to my coupons. Cashier found one that saved me even more money. I got an even better product than I came for. For less money.

Its a harbor freight. Service is spotty, sometimes you cannot find a floor person for help anywhere on the floor. Tool quality is not consistent. I always have to read the reviews before buying tools. Repair parts are unavailable for most tools. Otherwise, the prices are terrific and its always busy on weekends. Perhaps this is exactly their business model because it is the same from store to store.

Love this place!

Great store but bad phone support. Bought a 5 drawer mechanic’s cart. One latch broken. Tried to get a replacement but the cue for parts took 30+ minutes and then they told me the cart was so new they didn’t have parts for it. Call back in a month they said. One month later and another long wait on the phone. Their motto is “at Harbor freight we always do our best best and never let you down”. Well, this is not doing your best!

Perfect place to find good tools at really fabulous prices. Great place for a beginner like me to cut their teeth and really learn what tools and accessories work best for them and their project. The staff is very helpful.
