Always a wonderful shopping experience. The store is absolutely clean and bright- Even as the store is undergoing renovations.This is one of the larger Targets I have been to. Lots of options! You will love it!

Nicest target I’ve been in. Lots of space. Beautiful fitting rooms. Easy to navigate store. Nice cashiers. Except for one she was very aggressive and gave me many negative comments towards my 8 month old twins. Saying they were double trouble, she couldn’t do it, and asking me how I do it. I told her they are a double blessing, abortion is legal, and we are doing fine.

Customer service. The employee as self check out was friendly and very helpful. She suggested that having an another cart to load my groceries once bagged would be helpful given the number of items I had and she was right. She even got the cart for me.

Quality has really gone down. Clothing feels cheap and the colors/styles are ridiculous. Neon crop tops, floral pantsuits, etc. Who the heck wears this stuff? Whatever happened to just basic womens clothing? Also, no mediums, like ever. Theyll have an XXL and an XS in stock and thats it. Propaganda throughout.

There’s a sign out front saying “masks required.” It is August. I have been coming here without a mask for MONTHS. Stand up to this garbage and walk right in without a mask — nothing happens! If anyone harasses you tell them to take it up with their government. BTW I touched about 100 products in your store. Come at me. NO MORE MASKS. No forced vaccines. You have an immune system for a reason.

I did a pick up order where they brought it out to my car. It was easy ordering online. Simple process to pick up and they were prompt!!

Super clean and unbelievably well organized. Thats what really stuck out to me - the grocery section was well stocked and everything was in its place. Staff is friendly.

Beaver Creek Target is the absolute best Target around. The staff is so friendly and I have come to know the manager very well. Everyone is nice and always willing to help. If there is ever a price discrepancy with an item, online versus in store, no questions asked, the price is honored. Target is one of my favorite places to shop and that is because the staff is so kind and willing to help.

Great selection, much larger Target with more variety in each section. Only Target with full grocery store!!! Recommend, just keep in mind that groceries are more expensive than a general grocery store. Worth the trip! Heres some pics! Great customer service!

I usually like this target but not so much anymore.There was an item that I wanted but was two different prices I asked the self check out clerk if he could price match it and showed him a picture of where I found the item and he told me no he scanned the item and snatched my phone from my hands with his dirty gloves on.. and would not price match it even though I had clear evidence of the pricing.

Look and feel of this store is different from others I saw till date.. entire kids and infants aisles/things organized properly and interiors are well too.. store is maintained clean and neat... wide section of toys and clothing.

I went shopping for my two granddaughters at the target in Apex yesterday 12-01 and could not have had a better experience. All of the employees were so helpful. the young lady and gentleman in the teen clothing department were so nice and helped me pick out two great outfits for my granddaughters. The store was well staffed and very knowledgeable. I was thanked more than once for shopping with them. Obviously this store is very well managed.

Stop hounding people to sign up for credit cards. Some people just want to get in and get out, should be more respectful of that. Had a clerk pitch me 3 times on it and asking for my ID and a check... just came in on my lunch break to get a mirror.

Felt Comfortable and Safe shopping here during COVID times!!!!!Pick up at curbside available. Just notify by mobile when you leave and when you get there. They can verify and drop your items in trunk. Perfect execution!!! I have shopped inside the store as well. There is a person just dedicated for sanitizing carts and ensures customers are taking sanitized carts. Great job and hats off to the heroes serving us during these times.Other than this, even pre covid we love to shop here. Buy and pick up in store is one of the best options anytime. Great customer service.

The store was great but the guy that they had working self checkout didn’t have his mask pulled up and walked right up on me on several occasions. I couldn’t believe it. I won’t be returning. That was scary 😟

Best Target with no cashiers Ive ever seen! They have all kinds of selection, great and friendly staff, but THERE ARE NEVER ANY CASHIERS. Self checkout is useless if I have a cart full of stuff. Seems Petty but its a huge issue when youre in a hurrry.

I love the lay out and think that the personnel in the store are generally helpful and nice. I do think that there should be people at the self-checkout in the morning and more than one lane open in the morning as well.

Very big nice store. Went there at noon only two out of the 20 registers are open with long lines. Of course self check out was open. I only purchased seven things I needed help with three items at the self check. They don’t even have anyone there to help you and since one of my questions didn’t cause the yellow light to go off I just had to stand there and wait. This was worse than Walmart The only way I got help was to yell out loud “hey somebody help me”

Excellent store! Employees are friendly and efficient. Store was in great condition the week after Christmas. Even the Christmas clearance was clean and in order. Our cashier was very pleasant, and acknowledged my kids when they were excited about purchasing items with their Christmas money. Very well run store!

Re: eye doctorBasil Fawlty must have trained front desk lady (brown/black hair with glasses) in customer service. Apologies, she wasn’t kind enough to introduce herself. Just shouted at us to call a number. I won’t even go into all the details. I filed a complaint and haven’t heard back. Erin in the office which we were told to call and walk outside was even worse. Asking us a load of questions which we filled out already and then told it would cost $100-$150 per exam when told it was $50 a few days before. All over the phone. Wouldn’t let us in. Yes, it’s a pandemic - tell that to front desk lady not wearing a mask. We left. Worst experience we have ever had anywhere.

I went here to purchase some HBCU Black History Month items. I was told that they did not have any at this location. WHAT? How can you not? Who made that decision? Disappointing!!!

I had to leave this review! I placed an order and I usually do drive thru. Well I wasn’t paying attention at the check out and it was set for pick up in the store. I use an oxygen tank and I wasn’t comfortable going in the store. I called guest services and explained the situation. The gentlemen was very nice and accommodating! He advised me to pull up to the front and he will have the drive up associate to bring it to my car. I did just that! This was more than exceptional customer service! Thank you! Thank you!

I started shopping at Target Apex again - I have to say the store is so CLEAN....when you compare to Walmart (especially the hwy 55 small store) THANK YOU Target for being such a great store with educated and polite employees! lets not forget to help keep these stores open! And they have plenty of cleaning supplies if you need them!!

This is a great Target! Its always very clean, freshly stocked, and even on the weekends the lines are not long. They have a great food selection and especially for vegetarians and vegans. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, they have a good selection of clearance items all over the store at the end cap of aisles (closest to the wall). I love their cosmetics selection.

This is one of the best places to shop for your essentials in the area and is defiantly one of the best Targets in the area in terms of supplies. It is a very friendly store and with Covid they have taken many percussions and I feel safe shopping here.

Target is a Giant Stores where all our household requirements are available at competitive prices. The Store Area is very vast and the Staff are courteous and helpful. There is adequate parking space. Availability of a Pharmacy is an added attraction at this Store.

Great customer service. I love this store.

Super simple to shop at either in store or online. Cashier wait times are minimal. Order online and simply walk over to the counter and pick it up. If you have more time to spare, just have it delivered. Most times the delivery is free.

Not enough selection of shoes and shirts. Quality of clothing is not good. Very low quality. It seems like target wants to sell cheap stuff at the expense of the client so the client will come back and buy again. The clothing quality and selection should be better.

Pickup at beaver creek target extremely easy, fast, and safe!

I returned an online order today to Apex Beaver Creek store. Packing slip and original tags pkus online receipt. They tell me partial to my visa and part to gift card. I said no thats not how I ordered, all should go to visa. They said well thats how its coming up on computer, so there u go. It seems i was supposed to take it for that. Oh no. If they would just THINK some instead of letting the computer do it for them. So having to wait for a smarter person and to find out the not so smart person apparently typed in wrong .. say what. And then, No we r sorry for OUR mistake. Nothing, heres correct receipt, be on ur way. I had shopping to do but decided not to and will not.

I really appreciate the convenience of this Target. Its a quick in and out store and everyone Ive interacted with is kind and courteous.The layout is nice and easy to navigate, and there is a wide variety of items.

Really nice Target store. Everything looked newly built. We ordered something for pick up. It was super convenient - easy parking up front door pick up, helpful staff in front of the store. In and out in 5 minutes with two heavy pieces of furniture. We will do that again.

Right now it is because of the way they have managed the way they treat and care for customers during the pandemic. Target continues to have counters monitoring capacity, cleaned carts, a whiteboard at the entrance stating what is available or not regarding pandemic essentials, cashiers that clean their stations after each guest and maintain a positive attitude.

The selection is great at the Apex Target. I like the extended hours when Im working on the weekends and dont get home until late. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We went to the drinks section, and could not find one specific drink, so we asked a Target Employee about it, and he said he will go look in the back.After about 10 minutes, we just went to the checkout area, (Im not going to wait that long for a drink) and while we were walking to checkout, we saw the same guy who helped us in the next aisle putting snacks up on a aisle. I was so surprised. This employee who says that he will go get our drink from the back, instead decides to put up snacks. Unbelievable.Other than that, the store has been recently renovated. Looks great - inside and outside.

I needed 2 AA batteries. They only sell packs of like 10 or better. No generic brands. So now I have lots of batteries. I asked 3 employees for help one sent me to a rack with the exact same stuff I just looked at. One about had a temper tantrum because we asked if they had any smaller packs. Wont be here again

Love the new clothing selection. The holiday decorations, especially Easter decor has a wonderful variety for my home. There is great service at the Starbucks inside, all in all best Target in Apex.

I worked with one employee who helped me find an item and told me it would be discounted because it did not have a box. It was an extremely heavy marble serving tray. When I checked out and the manager came over she quickly informed me there would be no discount or box. With no apology or real acknowledgement of me as a customer. I am usually a fan of target but this was not a good experience for me.

This is the best Target! Shout out to the bakery for making the perfect cake, on the fly, for my husbands birthday! It was perfectly done and delicious! Great customer service all around in the bakery!

Called the LOCAL STORE NUMBER and had to listen to a full two minutes of automated response before I was given any opportunity to give numberpad input. Automated response systems like this are poorly designed. Take a UX class.

❤️❤️❤️ This Target has everything a typical Target has, plus groceries, a quick medical clinic, a Starbucks, and a counter to get fresh hot food. The staff here are very helpful, especially early in the morning when there are plenty of available people arrive who are stocking the shelves. There is an option to order online and pick it up without getting out of your vehicle.

I love this store. We have been regular shoppers at their main competitor just for convenience (we practically live next door), but I have to say making the drive over is well worth it. Shopping here was like a breath of fresh air. The store was cleaner, more upscale, and the shopping experience was better in every way, start to finish. Every time we would shop at their competitor, it seems like something would go wrong (something priced wrong, they wouldnt accept our coupon, or what have you). Here, the juxtaposition couldnt have been more striking. It was so nice to leave a store without being angry or irritated, because their staff is nice, competent, and actually cares whether you have a good experience or not.For this trip, I used their store pickup option for the first time for a few grocery items and was in and out in almost no time. Walked right in, found no line at customer service, and the lady had my order to me in maybe 30 seconds. Couldnt have gone smoother.Whether their prices might be slightly higher than their main competitor in an item to item comparison, I cant say. But what I can say is, regardless, I would rather go to this store over them every time. As long as the prices are close, I dont mind paying more for the high caliber of service you receive here. Well done, Target.

The best Target I’ve ever been to! The staff is extremely nice, I never have to wait more than 5min to checkout, and the store is VERY clean!My favorite part about this store? It has a Nursing Mothers Room. I can sit comfortably while I feed my baby!

My family used to frequent this Target a lot, back when Beaver Creek was our favorite stomping (or should I say, shopping) grounds. It seems to have everything necessary for a typical modern Target: all the staples of standard-size stores, a grocery section, a pharmacy and clinic, a Starbucks and a fresh hot food counter. Though I dont do any shopping myself (and if I did, would much prefer online to brick-and-mortar), Im giving my stars to this Target for what it was back in the day, as opposed to what it is now. My family once enjoyed shopping at this store (most times, at least), and once I matured enough to develop the competence to act like more than just a mere tag-along, I was more than willing to pass time cleaning and maintaining the place every chance I got. But today... we shopped at this Target today as part of an errand, and had difficulty even finding what we were looking for! But on the plus side, at least the checkouts dont seem to have long wait times.In my humble opinion, the current Target prototype - not just at this location, but may I say, in general - is very poorly laid out. I much prefer the 2004 prototype, which this store was built with originally, over the current one. Classic set-ups are forever -- No substitutes accepted!!

I love shopping in your Apex store! hen I lived in Apex, I did a lot of shopping there, including food shopping. Shopped for my granddaughters school supplies and a new outfit. I have greatgrandchildren, whom I love to buy birthday and Christmas gifts for. Their parents love your baby department too.

This is a great target it is in a very convenient place for me. This target is very large and they keep the store well stocked off products. They have many products that are not easy to find in other stores. The workers are kind and helpful. I am very glad this target is easy for us to come and go. I would definitely recommend this Target!

I love this Target because its a Super Target. I can do ALL of my grocery shopping here and the selection is great. I get everything I need, including fresh produce, without having to go someplace else. The only drawback for me is the crowds. Like most Targets, its always crowded!

Has a huge variety of items. Definitely a super target. The recently renovated some of the store. The bathrooms are disgusting though. I have gone several times and the bathrooms are gross. But the store is very large and there are lots of items.

I am a huge fan of target, but I have to give a 2 star review because I am not religious and was very disappointed to drive to target and discover they were closed for Easter. Many other stores are not closed for Easter holiday, including my employer. I feel that its very inconvenient to be closed for your customers that do not celebrate the holiday.

I’ve been searching for a particular bread brand ever since moving to NC a few years ago. Beefsteak Rye. It is glorious but I digress.2.5 years ago the Target near Southpoint has it listed as in stock, so I rushed over only to speak with several employees and be told they do not actually carry it. A manager promised to call me with a follow-up, but never did.Today I tried again at Holly Springs when the website listed it, as did several others including Apex. Same problem once I got to Holly Springs, they didn’t “actually” carry a product their website says they do carry and lists as in stock.An employee told me her system said the Apex location had listed stock of over 50+ though. She had no idea why the website said they had it as they never did. When I mentioned my past issue she said I could triple check by calling Apex’s branch if I really felt the need to. Nice follow-up by the way on her behalf not calling personally. She could have shown some customer TLC while catching a problem for the company. Still, I did feel the need to be sure and called. Guess what? Same story. Didn’t have it. Never did.Now I know it’s just a loaf of bread but their system is clearly messed up. Listed merchandise no one has ever heard of and staff with no idea what’s going on with said system, and no desire to figure it out. Managers who don’t follow-up doesn’t help either. If you see a major retailer listing an item on their website as in stock, you expect that your time going out there to buy it won’t be wasted.I’m now avoiding their stores completely as their brand lines have gone up in cost while going down in quality and frankly, I don’t trust them. Their employees have shown minimal interest in actually addressing the problem with their website and I’ve already wasted enough time because of it.

Worst Target experience EVER ! I went into the target and was impressed by the renovations and the new layout of the store . Me and my friend walked around a bit and we went into the dressing room to look around at the new layout and view everything and we took some pictures in the room . After we got out a sales associate asked us if we like anything we tried on and I told her that we hadn’t brought anything in and we were just looking around at the new designs . However 5 minutes later I noticed the lady talking to a security guard and she pointed at us . We didn’t think much of it but as we continued to walk around the store the security guard began to follow us around . Me and my friend eventually found some clothes to try on, however once we left the dressing room the same man was standing outside the dressing room area watching us. We walked a bit more around the store and literally EVERYWHERE we went he kept following us . We were looking at some items near one exit of the store and he was watching us and whenever we crossed the store and he would follow us literally to the other side of the store near another exit . Eventually I bought some gum and as I was leaving the store the security guard practically ran up to me and my friend and began asking us if we needed anything or if we had a good experience today . We told him we were fine and literally as we were exiting the first door we could see his reflection just staring at us from the second door ! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I don’t appreciate being watched like a dog when I am simply trying to look around and shop just like anyone else in the store . I Am african American and being in a store where I am the only colored person and the only person being followed makes me very angry . This is not how you treat costumers!! Very racist and I’ll never come back to this location again!
