Environment is not customer service friendly. The cashier at the time could barely look at us let alone welcome us to the store and did not ask how our experience was. This was the second time that Ive run into this lack of customer service at this specific location. The issue that I face is that I love five and below products but I do not at all appreciate the lack of customer service.

I went to see what items they had. I found several pieces of rubber rope exercise equipment for $5 each. The variety was very complete and I purchased 4 pieces. Then I found some interesting books. I had fun and got some great buys for about $50. They always have something useful and reasonable.

This store seems bigger than the Cary and Durham store. They also have more items in stock with a better variety ad well.

Nice clean store, we stop in periodically to peruse and stock up on fun dip!

They have lots of great merchandise for $5 or less! I took my grandson and he loved all the choices.

Clearance merchandise either needs to be marked or displayed better. Where it says 75% off stuff is coming up 50%. Need to be honest about signage!!!!!

If you need fun, cute and cheap stuff, this is a good place to go. A lot of their stuff is similar to what you might find at Targets dollar spot. Their amazing candy section is what gets my kiddos, though. We found fruit stripe gum there and I had fun sharing a small part of my childhood with my own kids. Staff isnt the friendliest in the world, but theyre polite enough and help when needed.

Its not like a Dollar Tree. It has more than a Dollar Tree. Nothing is over $5. They have cool toys are even electronic tools. I bought an AUX cord and the cord is long and it still works great! They also have cute shorts & tanks & even sandals. Im from out of town, but I will be back here. I loved it!

Ill visit from time to time for board games and some travel items. However, the whole store smells very strongly of plastic chemicals, so much you can actually taste it sometimes. I feel bad for the employees breathing this in day after day. I recommend having someone look into whether or not theres a toxicity level from the off gassing of all that plastic & vinyl. Other than that...The staff is friendly and the store is organized.

Fun store for stocking stuffers, but only for low quality stuff or candy. Fairly clean and good service. Good novelty t-shirt collection for giving gifts, etc.

Looked like a nice store, but very unorganized. And I guess you could say management wasn’t that great. But it’s a decent teenage store.

I love 5 below because its a great place to take my son when hes earned a treat. Soooooo much better stuff than just going to a dollar store. Plus its a great place to find seasonal decorations. No trip is complete without cruising through the candy aisle. I love choco-rooms. Normally Id have to go to a world market to find them. I was super excited to find them here!

I like this store. However, Ive been to other stores in the chain that have a much better selection of android phone accessories. This store has almost exclusively iPhone gear.

Really like this place. Many times it proves you dont have to spend a fortune for a gift. Also has good accessories for phones.

Convenient

Very messy and staff was rude. They tired to make conversation but insulted me and my friend in the process. You ask some one about there appearance and then offer a solution on how to fix it, when there is nothing wrong with the way I looked.

It has everything you need from electronics to pool fun stuff loving the place more and more

This is your basic Five Below experience. The inventory was what youd expect. The location is a little tough to get into because it is kind of in the middle of the shopping center. It certainly isnt obvious from the road.

Good source for cheap toys and seasonal merchandise.
