If there was an option for 0 stars, I’d select that. Not only did the dealership not transfer my title and tags during purchase (which was agreed upon and I paid for during purchase and then subsequently resulted in late fees from DMV and having to purchase a new plate) but they also provided two faulty car fobs, didn’t run regular diagnostics prior to purchase (resulted in turn signal safety hazards) and didn’t have a car rental service so I could get back to work instead of waiting for hours in the maintenance room. I will never use this dealership again. I would never recommend to anyone.

The experience started out well until we started closing on a car. We had to wait around 2 hours just to speak to someone in the finance department. We were not given our rate until the very last part of the sale. We were told they should be able to get pretty close to the rate I prequalified for and then later on it was nothing close.Then we were never told about the cost of Kahu until the very as well. It’s additional cost which you can not opt out of and it cost us $1299. I’m not sure why this isn’t just built into the car.Finally we were told they were going to put gas in our car and only filled it halfway. I’ve never bought a new or used car where I left the lot without a full tank.

First & foremost ask for LIAM!! I had a great experience with him & the team. The team has great chemistry which made the process seamless from start to finish. Liam has excellent customer service skills, he’s a great listener and very passionate about his job. My husband was so impressed, he’s considering trading in his car earlier than anticipated. Bought a 2014 Jeep from this place for my daughter. As soon as she drove off the lot, the vehicle started overheating. Took it back and they took a week to tell us it was just a coolant cap. Two weeks later, it Overheated again and left her on side of the road. I went to dealership and they took no ownership of the issue. Come to find out, overheating was due to bad head gasket that was easy to diagnose, but cost $2,700 to fix. Again, they took no responsibility. Their xx point inspection is a joke, and they don’t stand by their service. The power train computer also went bad as the head gasket was being repaired. Looks like there was a cover up job by Apex Imports just to sell the vehicle. Buyer beware!

We were interested of a car they have posted on their website so before to head there I called and speak with Ashley who told me that the car still available and that I can come to see it and ask for her when arrive. When I got there another salesman inform me that the car I was looking for was sold. And then the sales manager came out told me that he put the car on hold for another customer and the usually never put the cars on hold for anybody but he felt sympathy for the other costumer. I told him I got cash in my hand to buy it but he told me that he was sorry but he was waiting for the person and complete the process. Anyway not all the staff from there knows whats going on and can make you waste your time and your gas going there. The manager knows that one of the rules or politics of Apex imports is that we dont hold cars for anybody but if you get my sympathy we can screw the rules. Im sure this could be a good place for most people buy a car but it was not for me. Im not saying by any means that the cars or the whole staff Apex imports is bad, even if I could not make any business with them I can say they are good people and I was unlucky I guess. But the good part is that I found a better car for me. Not there obviously...

I bought a 2016 Mazda from Apex imports with 20,000 miles on it in April. I Drove it home and the next day the transmission blew up. Not even 30-40 miles after driving it off the lot. I called up the sales man and he asks if I could drive it in still and I said it drives but it’s pretty rough. He said bring it in and they’ll look at it. So I drive it in and they take several days to look at it and then tell me it’s the transmission and it would be 3500 bucks and said it was all my fault it blew up. After literally driving it less then 40 miles. I remember the Carfax when I bought it said minor accident and when I said something to the salesman about it he said it was just a little fender damage. So I thought no big deal. Come now I realize it’s not really the car I want and go to trade it in, the Ford dealer ship is able to pull up a more detailed report and come to find out the whole front even was damaged really badly and they also had to make mechanical repairs.All in all I learned my lesson. The carfax isn’t always super accurate. I wouldn’t be to fooled by all these 5 star reviews considering they try and make you fill it out before you even finish the paper work and they only sell very low miles newer cars so they probably don’t have to many problems like this, but just know if you do have any problems like this they will not stand behind it. Also that 12 month 12k miles guarantee they have posted on all of their doors mean nothing.Very disappointed.

I purchased a 2018 volkswagen atlas there about month ago. I found out that my battery had a dead cell and I had to replace it. They didnt know how old the battery was. So the cost came out of my pocket. I was disappointed at the fact that I had to pay for a battery being that I had the vehicle only 28 days. I reached out to the general manager, but no response.

We were skeptical about driving 2 hours for a vehicle but it was well worth it! We were greeted by Manny who was excellent! Manny not pushy or overbearing like most Car lots! He was very patient with us and let us check out everything on the lot that we thought we may even be interested in! He was very knowledgeable, and helpful! I absolutely hate shopping for cars, I live in Greenville NC and have a friend here in Apex and he recommended me. Came in and was greeted by Amine, great help and ended up buying an Audi SQ5 that I was not expecting to buy but absolutely loved it. (havent even left the lot yet and had to write this review) Solid dealership, and Mohammed Amine was phenomenal. No pressure felt like from other sales guys, very well educated, and just a great experience working with him and the team at Apex Imports. Will be back for my next car!!
