Please do not go to the eyebrow bar at this store the girl who works there is rude. She dared to never acknowledge me when I got there on time for my appointment and on top of that gave my appointment to another person, when she finally saw me leave the store because obviously I wasn’t gonna wait around forever she went and cancelled my appointment. She is rude and doesn’t care if you wait or leave. There are better ways to treat customers or handle situations when you have to customers walk in at the same time.

I had my haircut and colored by Jamie at the Apex Ulta. I have been going to her for almost two years. She is so very talented! I’m always so pleased with talent. She is a great listener and a talented hairdresser! I’m so lucky that I have found her!

We found what we wanted with the help of the courteous staff. The only concern I have is that the products were a bit pricey. Lets hope they do what theyre supposed to do

Bought 3 lipstick online and did curbside pickup to get my order. 2 of them were used. I went inside to replace them and they would not let me exchange without buying them then returning it. They made me buy it and when it was time to refund me, their system didn’t want to accept my return because it was an online purchase. I waited for over 30 minutes and you would think at that point they would let me leave with an even exchange of the unused product, but they didn’t. They told me to come back later that day which i did, but I realized they made me rebuy it without the $3 off I initially used. When I told them I want it applied to my return, they told me I had to buy something first. So I went to buy a makeup palette for them to use my discount, and got my return finally. As soon as I left I realized they didn’t apply my discount and i was the only one in the store. So many inconveniences here. Horrible customer service.

The girls working today on 1/28/21 around 10:30/11am provided me with the BEST customer service. I’ve shopped at ulta a ton of times but never had this good of a shopping experience. I had to write a review!I was greeted right when I walked in the door and shortly after asked what was I shopping for - I didn’t catch her name but she had an answer for all of my questions, gave me great recommendations and shared some helpful makeup hacks. She was eager to help and not just doing it because she had to or bc it’s her job. Y’all I ended up buying $100 worth of products!!! When I got up to the register I had three separate returns todo but the Deonna the cashier was very helpful and even convinced me to get the store credit card. As many times as I’ve shopped at other Ulta’s in my area(Durham/ Raleigh) I’ve never been provided with the benefits of having a store card until today! I received 20% off my order and truly feel like I am going to love all my new products!Thank y’all for helping me out and making my shopping experience great! I wish I lived closer to this area! There’s also so many great stores around this area! I wish I lived closer!

My hair color was not a very good color and Jamie fixed it to look a very natural blonde highlight. She also conditioned it so I would not have breakage from the highlights. Also thanks out to Taylor for her input as well.

I’d give negative 5 stars if I could. Workers are rude, absolutely disgusted by this place. The manager lady is very rude and unprofessional. Will never be returning.

My haircut and dye was done by Chelsey Vaughan, I loved the she did and I highly recommend this place and everyone there was very supportive i saw, i really loved that place, i would definitely be there again!

I popped in here mid-week around 2 pm, so the store was fairly quiet. I am completely clueless when it comes to makeup, so I need help picking out the right shades for my skin.This store is conveniently located in Beaver Creek with a lot of other shops. There is an abundance of parking too! Im not a makeup junkie, but if you are, this will be the perfect spot to come to.I was greeted by someone at the register who was ringing up another customers purchase. I proceeded to walk the aisles with a clueless look on my face and a friendly young lady offered to help me. She was great, she helped me pick out the right makeup colors and even showed me how to apply them. It was not an intimidating experience.I did splurge on the Clinque foundation, but the sales associate listened when I said I otherwise wanted less expensive products for the rest of my face. She didnt push anything too expensive, the manager then helped me. Both employees were great to work with and very pleasant.I only put makeup on maybe 4x a month, so I dont use a lot of it. My annual makeup splurge on this trip was $81, which is a lot, but I supplement with some less expensive brow and lip products from Target.Ulta did have a buy 2, get 2 free on the store brand makeup products, but still it all adds up. The cost is my overall con on this place, otherwise an overall good experience.

Jaime is my go-to person at the salon! She has done my hair twice and both times she did an awesome job! I left feeling very satisfied with how my hair looked! She did exactly what I asked for, gave me a quote for the services she would be doing before doing anything, and was enthusiastic about doing my hair! I completely recommend going to her if you need to freshen up your look!

I booked an appointment for a haircut with the Salon Manager, Taylor. I was apprehensive as Ive never been to an Ulta Salon before. I showed Talyor pictures I liked and explained what I didnt like. She was so kind and patient with me. The end result was a beautiful cut and blow out. Prices are comparable to other salons. I will definitely see her again.

This is a great Ulta! Its very large and has a wonderful selection of the newest makeup released. The staff there is super knowledgeable and gives you the advice you need. The checkout staff is fast and also friendly.

Easy location to get in and out. Large store with a pretty good selection. I like that you can run in and pick up your order. Some employees are not very informed about the items they stock. And thats based on several visits. This particular location however has one employee who if you are not made up from head to toe, then you arent worth her assistance. On 2 separate occasions I have run in with minimal makeup and leggings as I was quickly running errands and going to Lowes. Both times she looked me up and down as if I were distasteful to her. I have an Ulta credit card but rarely use it in the store because of this.

Was my first visit in the store. I really like the store because it has a large variety of fragrances and makeup. Since I cant get to the mall whenever I need to, I can always go to Ulta to get the makeup that I need. Very impressed!

I recently decided to officially retire my ponytail. I was excited for a new look and decided to book an appointment with Abigail in the Ulta salon. She is a true professional! She took her time explaining different, stylish ways I could go short. And DID she deliver! I LOVE it! With my lazy, ponytail days gone--I feel a renewed sense of self. My confidence is elevated and...it is such a versatile style. I HIGHLY recommend the Ulta Salon as well as Abigail. Treat yourself!

Great selection but sales staff on the floor are not overly helpful. Some attitude and a reminder how to speak to clients as opposed to being condescending or ignoring the client

Watch for your coupon in their weekly mailer - any where from $3.50 to 20% off. But careful, not everything will apply! They do carry most all of the top beauty brands, everything from cosmetics to candles! The sales people are Independent, but they are helpful. Prices arent cheaper but you get a huge selection all in one place.

There are different types of colors that are beautifully interesting to me. For example like Rose red, bubblegum Pink, Midnight Blue and Lime green.

I love shopping here but more than once when Ive gone to ask someone thats on the floor a question, the person has either been helping someone else or seems unapproachable. But the girls that have helped me are great.

I had my haircut appointment with Gloria . I explained the length and style I want my hair to be cut . Showed pictures. Despite that she cut my hair really really really short 🤯😡😡😭. It looks Horrible. Now I have to wait for couple more months for my hair to look decent .I am never ever going back to ulta . Very poor service @ the salon .

I went to this Ulta to get my makeup done for prom. My appointment was under a woman named Gloria who DOES NOT CARE what you want done. I asked her for a neutral eyeshadow look and she gave me beaming silver eyelids and simply told me that she hadnt blended them yet. Then she rubbed a brush on each eyelid for two seconds and they looked exactly the same. She also had to have someone else (Abigail, who was amazing) to draw on my eyebrows because she didnt know how to and refused to contour my face. The only reason this got up to two stars is that Abigail completely took over and saved my makeup crisis (besides the eyeshadow).

Too mush walking

Gloria did an incredible job on my hair!! I just moved to town and unfortunately didn’t go to her first and received low lights and a pearl toner that turned my hair gray when I asked for my blonde highlights to basically be touched up. Anyway, Gloria and I chatted and we came up with a game plan, she gave me the price broken down before doing anything which was so nice-nothing hidden or unwanted treatments! My hair is bright and blonde and exactly what I wanted, she also fixed my super uneven layers. She is super sweet and so fun to chat with!!

This location has the least of any location in the Triangle. I live within walking distance of this one but usually go to the one in Holly Springs and Cary.

I went inside to get removed Ultas mailing list. The manager Amy worked with me but yet I still continue to get unwanted mailings. Their corporate customer service has so far not been able to remove me from the mailing list either. Seems like a simple request and reasonable request, doesnt it?

Wont be coming back. I was rushed out of the store by the clerk when paying. I spent over $70, and about $20 was on makeup brushes that were not prestige brand. I had a coupon for $3.50 off that didnt work. A young lady with green hair didnt answer my question about why my coupon didnt work, and also was not helpful when I had a question about my platinum status. She completely ignores me when I tried to protest that my coupon should have worked.Ill NEVER come back to this location again.

The wife and the daughter both love the place, I dont fully understand why but I figure they dont understand either when I go to a gun show and return home all happy....

I went into the store today to look for a promo item that went on sale yesterday. The woman that helped me gave me to someone else who was less then thrilled to help me. She said if you dont see it we dont have it. I then said to the other woman that I didnt know if I was looking in the right spot. Nobody went with me to see if the item was on the shelf! The store was not busy and the help was poor! I walked out.

I like the store but not their eyebrow waxing service. One of my eyebrows was burning after I left. I never thought to ask how much they charge to wax eyebrows and I was shocked when I saw the receipt, OMG $21.00!!!! - Lesson learned, always ask, never assume.😮

While the store is always clean their product selections leave me with disappointment. The store should be updated and rethink some of their product lines.

I started shopping at Ulta as it was closer than Sephora. They roll their eyes when you want to return products even though their return policy specified you have 60 days. Watch out if you dont have a receipt theyll give you a hard time and try to tell you its past the return period when really they are supposed to honor the item with store credit. Then they will try to give you a scam of a markdown store credit say 3.50 for a 23 dollar item with the excuse that its what the item last sold for. Customer service is inexistent. They never have in stock what says IN STOCK on the website for the location. The store is disorganized. Sephora customer service surpasses this place by a landslide and the products can all be found much cheaper online and at Walmart. At least Walmart will honor their policy without the attitude.

The positives: They still had a bunch of Jumbo shampoos and conditioners a few weeks after their sale started. They were asking me if I needed help...A LOT.Cons: They were out of half the eyeshadows I was curious about. Their attitudes were horrible. They were judging me for taking a while. Im an indecisive person and I had a few things I was looking for and free time to spare but I felt like they thought I was going to steal something with the way they were watching me. I spent over 50$! They gave a condescending remark about how much time I spent in there and trust me it was not in a joking manner. I dont want to shop somewhere where I get judged for taking my sweet time. On top of that one of the spray cans stopped working that I bought but thats a separate issue Ill have to deal with.Long story short Im going somewhere else next time

Havent worn make up in years. Have been very stressed and overwhelmed at having to do it again. A manager spotted me staring at everything and looking lost and saved the day. Thanks, Jamie!

I live in pennsylvania and someone stole my debit card number and spent every dollar in my bank account on ulta gift cards from this store. the amount of her purchase was over $540. when i called ulta, they told me the lady purchased them inside the store with several credit cards. the fact that this moronic store allows their employees to see thru a transaction for that high of an amount for gift cards when the customer is paying with multiple credit cards WITHOUT IDing THE CUSTOMER AND MATCHING THEIR NAME ON CREDIT CARD. absolutely ridiculous. how stupid can you be. ive worked in retail and never have i ever heard of that being OK. YOU NEED TO SERIOUSLY CHANGE THAT.

I went for an eyebrow wax. I came out with uneven brows and they are not even, this service is definitely not worth $21. I shouldnt have paid hopefully this review will help someone from making the same mistake. My previous visit before that I couldnt get help with fondation and ended up getting the wrong shade.
