Mike provided us with a very fair quote for two new insulated garage doors, operators and installation. Mike explained the entire process, answered all our questions and was very easy to work with! On installation day our Install Technician Cole did a great job with taking down our old doors and operators and installing the new equipment - all within one day. I highly recommend this company, in fact, I have already given Mikes number to a neighbor.

Mikes team installed our Door Link 3630 with Stockton glass in March and after 20 years in my house, living with the old, cheap, spec house garage door, I fell in love with my garage. It was immediately warmer due to the 10.25 r factor insulation, the light from the large framed windows lit it up like never before, and the quietness was incredible.We we had a small problem due to our garage door opener (they did not install it) being too forceful and caused some bending when something was in the way of it closing. It happened over Memorial day and Mike responded within 24 hours and was here in a day, fully repairing what was not his fault, and asking for no payment for his work.I have to say that his good nature is very distinguishable and he is clearly someone who prides himself in his work and he prioritizes his customers experience and satisfaction.He came recommended and I wanted to do the same so others can enjoy what a new garage door experience should be.

My spring broke on my garage door this morning so I researched which local company was best suited. Grand Openings stood out! I called and within 30 mins., I had Matthew at my home! He repaired the broken door and our second single garage door. The torsion spring was broken on the one and we requested he do both while there. Matt was more than willing! He was extremely professional and personable. He completed both doors in 45 mins or less and did a complete review of all other parts, as well. He oiled everything, too. Unlike some companies, he didn’t try to sell us extra “unneeded” parts. The overall price was very reasonable! I would recommend Matt and Grand Openings again and again.

After a recent purchase of a wall-mount Chamberlain Garage door opener from Amazon and the subsequent Installation of the opener via the Amazon Services, I contacted Grand Openings because I was unhappy with the initial installation. Additionally, I wanted to raise the door track to 11 feet since wee no longer had to contend with an overhead garage door.Michael came and measured everything and gave me a timeline for the re-install as well as raising the door. Everything was done professionally, cleanly, timely, and within budget. These guys know what they are doing and I would certainly not only use them again in the future, but also highly recommend them.

Grand Openings is great and was recommended to me by a Facebook Moms group. Mike and his crew are amazing! We ordered an insulated garage door, it came when promised. They go above and beyond. The installed rubber rollers so the door is not as loud and the technician who installed even fixed our openers so they run quieter! They could have tried to sell us new openers but they said the ones we had were fine.

Wednesday afternoon our garage door stopped opening. Called Mike and described the issue and what we saw in our garage. He immediately knew the issue, explained the problem and recommended we convert the original Wayne Dalton system that we had to a standard torsion spring system. They were able to come out early Thursday and made the necessary repairs (Even showed up a bit early!) at the exact price he quoted me over the phone. Only took them a little over an hour. Highly professional, quick, and responsive.

Michael was excellent. He returned my call quickly, showed up exactly on time, and was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he repair our broken torsion spring (the reason for the call), but he replaced a safety screw he noticed was missing and also greased the door track. We no longer have the loudest door in the neighborhood! He was done in 30 minutes and his fee was the most reasonable I found, by far. I will absolutely use Grand Openings again if we need any more garage door work done!

My Wayne Dalton garage doors spring system broke this morning after 10 years of service. I contacted Mike and explained my initial findings. He said he could come over between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I received a call from Matt at around 12:15PM telling me he would be at my home at 1:00 PM. He arrived on time and did a terrific job of diagnosing the issue and was able to perform the required repairs by replacing the torsion bar mechanism. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.. highly recommended...

Matt arrived precised at the agree upon time, 4PM.We discussed the situation--the events that led me to call him. He put more tension on the two springs. He adjusted the amount of downward movement. He adjusted/tightened the opener chain.He finished with lubrication of all moving parts.The price was $69--a deal. I called several other firms and found one deal at $99.Nice guy, professional, prompt and with the best price.So I will call again in the future.

Didnt actually have any work done, but I called for a quote on replacing a broken garage opener. The owner (?) called me back and talked for quite a while discussing my problem, and ended up explaining what my problem was and a $70 fix I could do myself, rather than pay them much more to come out.Anyone whos willing to help for free deserves 5 stars to me.

The tech called to to let me know he was on schedule. He was courteous when he arrived. He fixed the garage door opener very quickly and was gone. It is a 24 year old garage door opener and works like new! And it didnt cost me an arm and leg. If you are having issues, give Mike a call.

These guys are great. Extremely responsive, very professional. Had a Genie, from Home Depot. Lasted 3 years. Paid a little bit more for this one, but got a whole lot more product. Both my wife and myself noticed how much smoother, quieter, better lighting was provided by the Lift Master. Instalation was much better. Didnt over sell me, just provided the same door he has on his house. Cant recommend them highly enough!

My door was on its last legs and I had been propping it up for a couple of years trying to nurse it along. I called Mike on a Thursday afternoon and he was able to stop buy thirty minutes later. I knew I needed a door but Mike wanted to look it over to confirm - I really appreciated him trying to save the patient.I ordered a door from him on Thursday and his installer was there first thing Monday morning. My rental townhouse had a lightening strike which took out several appliances and the garage door opener. The service technician came right away and detected scorch marks on the circuit board. He pointed out there could be other damage and this old Genie might be better replaced. To save me money they were willing to try a replacement circuit board before installing a new system. They came out a second time and replaced the board and everything worked fine! Great service, flexibility and an unbeatable price. I highly recommend Grand Openings!

We called for a garage door spring repair and they were able to come out the same day. Our tech came within the short window of time they quoted and called when he was on the way. He did nice work and at a good price. I also appreciate he didnt try to upsell me (I have an original wooden garage door (HEAVY) and I know Ill need to replace it eventually, but being a poor teacher, that isnt in the budget at present). After months of issues with my garage door opener, I gave up on the folks I had been using, and based on recommendations, called Grand Openings. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. In discussing the repair, I asked about a whole new opener. It was amazingly affordable, and now in addition to a new quiet opener, I also have the benefit of an outdoor key pad, and WIFI, which allows me to open, close and check on my door from my phone. Great service, and friendly folks. so glad I called them.

Mike showed up exactly at the proposed time, not even a minute late despite all the tornado warnings that we got in our area, and finished his job (tension spring replacement) exactly in one hour as he mentioned earlier. I found Grand Openings to be exactly the company I needed to fix my garage door issue. After just having repaired the electric opener myself, the large springs that assist the door broke (with quite a loud bang one night). I needed a professional to perform the dangerous work of replacing the springs. My phone call was quickly returned, and fortunately for me I was able to have my door fixed by that afternoon. This was done very professionally, and while performing the repair noted another item that needed replacement - no pressure, and I was given the choice to make that additional repair. Garage door springs dont last like they used to. Ours broke after 8 years, and neighbors went shortly after. Dont be fooled by other repair companies pressuring you into a $400 repair.
