I visited at 11:45 AM and saw a handwritten note sayingApologies for inconvenience. Be back at 12:45. Being the only larger FedEx print and ship center in the area, is this unscheduled closing justified? This break is nowhere present on the Fedex website or on the Google results page. I had to drive down 20 more minutes to Cary to finally send something time critical.I hope managers attend to this review and make it better.
Honestly, I was skeptical of this location because it’s inside a Walmart. I showed up at 4:30 trying to overnight a package. The driver waited for the cashier and I to finish up paperwork to make sure my package went out that night. Top notch service, will be back. Thank you!
Short staffed, long waits
I want to point out that my review is written late. I was in this office exactly on Monday July 20th at 10.30am. I found the girl who assisted me really very goofy, rude and unwilling to help me. Without a minimum of professionalism. Unfortunately, I was so angry when I left that I didnt notice the name. But I will definitely not go back there again.
Worked with Toya to ship multiple packages to multiple different addresses and the process was seamless and very efficient. I was in and out in no time and the overall experience was exceptional. Definitely will recommend this location to other people who need to ship.
The google page of this site said nothing about closing down during lunch time. Waste of my time.
Toya and Alvin were very friendly and I was able to send my package quickly.
Sometimes their system is down and they cannot print receipts, but otherwise a good location.
I was charged $81 to print 138 pages. The price is so ridiculous. I will never use fedex to print again. What a rip off.
Went in there to print a document from my email. Not anything complicated. The lady that was working there was on the work phone with her friend gossiping away the whole time. UNPROFESSIONAL. When I sat down and paid to use the computer she asked what do I need in a very unfriendly tone like I was intruding. The whole time I was there she was still gossiping on the phone, until she started flirting with one of the Walmart employees that walked in. Ignored me the whole time. When I was done I asked her to use the hole punch and she said they charge for using the hole punch.Its such a shame because I love FedEx Kinkos and have had many wonderful experience at other ones, (none charging for using their hole punch). As a freelance designer I use their service a lot. This particular one is just awful. Honestly dont understand how that lady keeps her job with the worst customer service skills and unprofessional manners. Such a shame.
Phone customer service was extremely unhelpful. Every answer didnt answer the question and they couldnt do anything in store
