I give you no star. I place one star so I can tell you, do better. Youre not all that and folks have too many choices to want to bother with your terrible online app. No one called to check on my order. You took 10$ then cant find me. Then when redo, you show me, then turn around to have me new and ask for my account info and want another $10. Im publicly letting you know, do not use my detail(which you say dont have)do not charge my card. Do not deliver any furniture (even though you say dont have me). Fire every one, which includes your managing lazy team who should be checking for new orders. And fix your darn system. Btw, I ordered from another place and was done in 5 mins. Really? Youve gotten arrogant and thats bad for business. Do better. Please do not call me and issue a refund..find me in your system. Bye

This place is very unprofessional, rude, nasty, ect. If I could give them no stars I would. They are nice at first to get you to buy something. They do not answer the phones. They actted like my T.V would come home with me that evening after paying for everything went home and waited because I went in the morning hoping to get it. Went down there that evening they said oh no its not here yet it will be here tomorrow morning went there nect morning after taking off of work they lied said it wouldnt be intil next week. I already paid and signed the contract at this point then I asked for my money back they said no we signed a contract too late now you just have to wait. So its the following week Monday they said oh itll be here friday... so upon finally gettin the damn T.V its used and refurbished... finally the first bill comes around after not having my TV for 2 weeks basically. They have auto pay DONT DO IT.!!! it kept taking out payments for 3 hours back to back my bank then locked my account because they literally came in & out 20 times or more... So I told them to stop auto pay now every time its due I have to deal with the rude nasty people even when your calling to be nice to them they are just so rude.!

Worse place to rent anything from. They LIE about the item you will purchase, rent u used things but dont tell you that. Pieces missing they dont tell you when you ask about them they say they order it and it will be in next week. Never give you a real time frame just next week. Then get very angry when you call dist manager about them. No one knows what is going on in that store. Worse place, cater to Spanish people.

They are so annoying. Calling you nonstop from 8 in the morning to 8 at night the day your payment is due. Like damn that’s borderline harrasment!

3 hour wait after ordering furniture. The most unprofessional customer service ever. Take my word, go somewhere else or youll remember this post. I intend to tell all friends and family. Will do everything to get ahold of Mr. Rent-a-Center tomorrow and let him know.

I have been dealing with this location for about two years now and when I tell you I am so disappointment with the customer service this will be the last time that I do business with Rent-A-Center. I pay my bill online just to avoid going in. I cant explain how angry I am with the treatment from staff. For the record I pay my bill on time have paid off two items and still get treated less than a human. Dont listen to Amy because she speaks nothing but lies. Sick and tired of companys that dont value your business.

The staff is friendly. great customer service if things need repair they give you a loner. I have been going there for the last 4 years
