Outstanding service. I was buying horse stall mats and picking them up at curbside at the Apopka store. They had the wrong quantity of mats and the patterns were different on each mat. It was no big deal and I could come back later. Instead, Anthony the delivery guy went above and beyond. For a nominal fee he offered to drive to another store 1 hour away, pick up the right mats and deliver them to my door. They also gave me a discount on the mats … and gave my dog a treat :)… Anthony delivered them and helped me unload them (~100 lbs each)

This store has always lacked with good management the store gm is horrible and could careless the store is Dirty they also sell old animal feed all molded and loaded with bugs this store needs change desperately and that starts with the gm,

I was helped by the manager and another employee. Both were very knowledgeable. The employee stayed with me through my whole shopping experience making sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. They have a great selection!

I wish it could be higher... Awful service... Long story short, the only helpful staff was the one taking the money... Other than that I felt like I was there for them.

No one was available to guide myself so I went to an online computer to see if the product I needed was available in store! I ordered on the computer went to the picks and the MANAGER said come back in an hour.. an hour why? Is there a reason why I can’t pick up now. It’s one of those days. Other Employees heard my situation and choose to help looking and obtaining the item I ordered! Great employees HORRIBLE MANAGER! The item required ice he provided someone’s bottle of frozen water!! I can go on to say his custom service is poor or maybe it was because I’m LATINA!!!

Virginia and Anthony went above and beyond my expectations. The mower I needed desperately was ordered overnight. Being delivered at 1 the next day...When I needed information or answers, Virginia had them in seconds, and put my information to Anthony so I didnt have to stop working...Anthony discovered damage on my new mower, communicated to me that he had to go out of his way to get me a floor model from a different store. Brand new.And he showed up right on time. I cant even get it down to the minute like that.Extremely happy with these people and their professionalism! You made a lifelong customer and will be getting a whole lotta word of mouth advertising!

Nice, clean store with a large selection: clothing, gardening, landscaping, farming, animal care: horses, dogs, chickens, etc. Heck they even have chicks right now! Every time I go there, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you shop here frequently, make sure to join their rewards club.Beware of the bins, strategically placed when you walk through the door... they have lots of great stuff at fabulous prices!! I always seem to leave with more than I intended in buying.

After driving 30 minutes to the store to pickup an online order, Jacob, a store associate, found out that our ready for pickup order was actually out of stock, and they only had the outside floor model on hand, which had some damages and rust from being on display in the elements.Virginia, who Im assuming was the store manager, decided to substantially discount the floor model, after speaking with Justin, a Tractor Supply Co phone rep. Jacob quickly disassembled the floor model, and helped my husband load it in our truck, refusing to take a monetary tip from my husband.Mistakes do happen with on-hand inventory and marking items ready for pickup, but Virginia handled everything with such grace, ease, and amazing customer service that we will definitely recommend Tractor Supply Company to all we know. Every employee we spoke to in the store was courteous, kind, and helpful.On top of that, Virginia answered all of our questions regarding items in the store, and gave us more information on services and specials they offer. If she ever decides to change positions in the company, I definitely feel that she has what it takes to be a regional supervisor or top level manager, overlooking multiple stores. Last summer I bought a lawn tractor from here and we rented their trailer to take it home.The heavy built man that “attempted “ to load the tractor onto the trailer got it stuck, so instead of looking he just started pressing buttons, pulling levers etc.He put the blades into motion, as he had not a clue what he was doing or how to operate the machine, and the sparked flew from the blades as they were hitting the trailer. I reached over to stop the blades as he looked “empty “ and was staring into space as if to say what did I do?!Also after getting the machine home I realized that they had not given me a new machine but a store display model that was obviously mistreated by all and sundry outside the store.Hood bent out of shape.One headlight inoperative.The whole machine leaning over where it had been climbed on by all.Blades ruined by the staff member.Engine running rough.So I contacted the Tractor Supply Co via their website and after some e-mails and a call from the store manager we came to an agreement that it should be replaced - Great!!!, you’d think! - as they had no more in stock and was not going to stock until the spring (2019), the manager suggested that I keep it until they restock. I asked what I was supposed to do until then, and she said “oh just keep using it - Fantastic service, you’d think!After going into the store in April 3 times, I was told that the manager was not available/on site.So back to the e-mails, that was last month, to now (6/6/19) no response from anyone not even acknowledging receipt of the e-mail.I’m copying this to them now also.

Love this store! They always have great deals on everything from dog toys, treats n collars, to farm supply, to kids clothes and boots for everyone. Its the only place I can get the compressed pellet litter I use in my hedgehog cages! They also have baby birds on a regular in case halls doesnt have what youre looking for. Love that my puppers can come see Santa at Christmas too!!

Tractor Supply in Apopka is a very clean store and their employees that work there are mostly men. Up front there are 2 check out lanes. They do have a female employee that is very short so she never really knows if anyone is up front and ready to check out. (too funny).I do know that the employees that work there are constantly moving about the store making sure that everything is in order for their customers for when they walk in the front door.People there are very kind and are there to help their customers out if they need help with taking something down off of the shelf.My review is a 100%. We go shopping there often.

Their price was over 100 dollars on a large riding lawnmower tire. They price matched a tire of the same size from a different store and i am putting the tires on today. The tires fit my skid steer perfectly. Thank you .also the crew there was very personable

Best pricing on LP gas that Ive found so far. One of the ladies from church turned me on to them. Was going to a local hardware store which was good pricing prior to finding out about TSs gas prices.

First time that I used the dog wash& it was Awesome!I have a 75lb. BLK Lab puppy(1 1/2 yrs) and it was so easy to give him a bath& dry him. They have everything you need & I was able to Clip his Nails without a problem ☺️Great Experience..

The store is always nice and decent customer service most days. BUT they are always out of Dumor 50 lb bag egg layer and larger bags of chicken scratch. We drive from the other side of town because this is the closest location. I would give more stars if they kept chicken food in stock.

They should change the name of the store. The name is very misleading. It never occurred to me to stop at the store, I thought it was like a auto /tractor part and supplies. Its actually a pretty cool store they have pet supplies, home decor, outdoor furniture, camping supplies, outdoor clothes etc. Love the store!!!!

I always hate leaving a bad review, but every time Ive wasted my time going in this store! They never have any of the products that Im looking for on the shelf (yes, there is a tag there for the product that shouldbe there) the employees are clueless and not at all aware of the store products they carry...for instance I went in looking for some roofing sealant, I asked the manager at the customer service desk to show me were it was...he huffed and told me they dont carry products like that. I stopped at another Tractor Supply and found what I needed, so they do carry the product across the chain the manager just couldnt be bothered. The store also always seems cluttered and has over stock blocking main isles. Not impressed with this particular store. Hope they get it together. Staff is clueless and not helpful.

Tractor Supply Apopka is perfect. They seem to sell just about everything. Someone is always at hand to help. Bought 8 one-day old chicks, there and wild and free, with no care, they have grown into fat egg-laying beauties.

Usually have what I need. a bit upset because they have had a trailer on their wall for over a year but yet state they cant sell it.. I try to stop by often usually find some awesome clearance clothes for the kids and such

LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION! We have a closer location but we would rather drive to this one the staff is incredible and extremely dog friendly and its very clean. Our doggie loves coming here with us not to mention when we did an extensive research on dog food we learned they had some of the highest quality available at affordable prices. Their 4Health dog food was recommended by so many breeders and after reading the ingredients it was easy to see why.

Overall store 5stars that is.... manager/employees 2stars doesnt make you feel welcome been here a few times already matching my pieces to the puzzle cant put my finger on it just yet but I dont think this store is kind to other races will continue to investigate further till then eustis tractor supply I go

I know that when I go there I will be coming out with everything that I needed all because you have took the time to hire and train a high preformance team. Its the store that was needed in this area long time ago!. You find here materials and items not sold in Lowes or Home Depot. People need to visit it even just to meander around! Perfect for the DIY. Everything for farmers and the everyday home owner.

Estele is extremely knowledgeable and guided us throughout the lawnmower purchasing process and she made it seamlessly easy. Shes the pioneer who decided to open the store for the approaching Hurricane as supplies were scarcely and urgently needed by customers. She goes above and beyond for all customers. Love this place. I get my cow panels and pine tar here. Sometimes my chicken feed and diatomacious earth. Great prices. They have great sales too. Ive come out of there with some awesome windchimes that had a great sale price. Mason jars for canning too. They get baby chicks in too but never when I want a few. Great selection on food for all my animals. They even have great prices on little toys. 1got a lot of my stocking stuffers here and some cast iron skillets.

I consider the visit, apart from the distance necessary to traverse ( from Longwood to Apopka; approx: 18 mi) to have been worth the time spent in traffic and a rewarding experience relative to the interest and enjoyment I had browsing their inventory of products and interfacing with courteous, friendly and helpful staff (as well as other customers) onsight.Im 67 and grew up in rural SW Missouri (Buffalo, about 35 mi north of Springfield) so this visit was like coming home to an environment that felt most inviting. The money I saved on the product I went there for may have been lost in time & travel; but I consider it a good investment toward learning of a valuable resource location of products about which my life can be availed.May the Lord bless their business enterprise and staff.
