Roedells is top notch business to work with. They have great products and services, plus the delivery driver was able to pull back into as tight a spot you can get to dump the loads of dirt and rocks. I wouldnt use any one else.

I ordered about 1600 sq ft of sod from Roedell’s recently. I spoke with Chelsea who was very courteous and polite. She explained my order to me, gave recommendations for grass, and broke down the receipt for me so I knew what my money was paying for. I have a naturally curious mind and she answered my inquisitions about the company with humor and genuine engagement.A week or two later I returned because I was short about 50 sq ft in my yard. My wife spoke with Tasha, who was happy to set aside the exact amount we needed. Additionally, she was VERY fair with the price of the additional sod, as she charged nothing at all and just seemed happy we used her company to complete our project.I opted to lay the 1600ft myself and it was in the top 5 worst decisions of my life. Having been an infantryman in the Army I figured it wouldn’t be too arduous a task, but I was incorrect. It was extremely laborious. In the future I will likely pay the fee to have Tasha’s employees assist in laying the sod (she said they remove the old grass too).Never thought I’d have a sod person, but now I have a sod person. I also noticed they sell just about any landscape apparatus you’d probably need. I’d imagine their service is exceptional in those areas as well.Would recommend.

I recently bought a load of river jack gravel and had it delivered to my house. The prices are very competitive and the customer service is very good. If you considering any kind of rock or landscaping project I would recommend this place over pebble junction for faster and overall better customer service.

The guys from Roedells just finished a job for me and I am loving what they did. First of all I got quotes from 4 different companies. I had no idea what I wanted or what could work in my back yard and they were the only company that gave me a vision that fit my budget and that fit perfectly into my idea. The gentlemen that did the work were professional and communicated any changes etc. They left everything looking amazing and I finally have the backyard I have been wanting since we moved in this house. I love this company. We had a family situation a few months back and they were extremely helpful with scheduling. I have put in a few more orders and they have been helpful and transparent with delivery challenges because of rain. They always give me plenty of time to adjust. As I continue the remodel of my back yard, they will continue to be my go to. And the grass looks fantastic! Next step is gardens. Bring on the red cypress mulch!

Good product. Just wish they would have advised me of the $100 delivery fee in the quote rather than when I was checking out at the counter. Never at any time was a delivery fee mention until I was ready to pay.

Roedells is one of the best landscaping nurseries in the Central Florida area if not the best in Florida. The selection of landscaping rocks is second to none. They have flagstone pavers, rock borders and rocks of all shapes, sizes & color. I love this place. I get so happy when I need to come here, its almost as fun as getting to go to a theam park.

Unfortunately, couldnt get a return call in a reasonable amount of time (one week) to answer my questions about a specific project I wanted to get a bid for...When Shawn finally did get back to me by phone, he said it would be another week before they even come out to quote the job after which it might 4-6 weeks to begin...Looks like this company is understaffed.When I called back, the receptionist did not give me any other alternatives.If this business future rests upon one person, their business model needs some upgrades.Disappointed.

We had a drainage issue on one side of our house and they installed 2 drainage lines one for the porch and the other for the roof gutters. We got 3 quotes one was 6k, another 4k and Roedells was only $1800. We decided to move foreward with Roedells. They completed the job in a single day. They are very busy so it took a long time for the job to get scheduled for completion so recommend you get on there schedule as soon as possible if you want work done.

Needed a large stone, between 178lbs and 200lbs. I walked in and they told me where they were located and I could pick which one I wanted. One minute after I was at the pile a very nice guy drove up in a front loader. He helped me pick it up and took it to my car. What a great place.

Seems like a nice family-run operation and a good assortment of materials ranging from mulch, loose Rock and bulk Rock. I have not made any purchase from them yet, but stopped in to inquire about pricing and the staff was friendly. Appears to be run by a husband and wife, which is always nice to support whenever possible. I will update if and when I make any purchase from them.

Just left from Roedells. My father and I pulled into their parking lot looking to purchase some particular plants from their nursery; 3 employees were at the front and very clearly saw us pull in. Not even 15 ft from these people and neither of us received a greeting or inquiry; THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED US. My father had to exclaim “sir, sir, sir” before an employee gave him a nasty look of “what do you want; can’t you see I’m busy?”. My father was at this point upset with their [lack of] customer service, and I was not impressed either. After we told them WE WERE LOOKING TO BUY, one of the gentlemen TOLD US TO LEAVE I assume because he didn’t like my fathers tone at this point. Let me be clear, when a customer is COMPLETELY IGNORED and we have to shout at you multiple times to get your attention it’s not unreasonable for us to be upset. Anyway long story short they lost our business; and I will personally never be back and I recommend anyone looking for a nursery/landscaping company to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE; preferably a place that knows how to deal with customers.

I had another company attempt to lay irrigation piping in a wet yard, but they left a screwed up mess. Roedells came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave a fair estimate to fix the drainage problem. They called out 1-800 DIG for ground marking the utilities and came back out and performed the proper irrigation work with commercial products that did the job. My yard is finally dry! They cleaned up and left the property in perfect condition. Highly recommend as top quality, professional irrigation/ landscaping company in central florida. 5 STARS
