The staff is all older men..Its like your getting your battery from an old uncle that doesnt give a eff. Purchased battery for Camry and it didnt last 4 months.Called them up and Sergio does not care. They dont keep records. Reading all these reviews,Im just gonna buy one off Auto Zone.

We are longtime customers, and we purchase batteries all the time . every single battery we order is either faulty or defective . and with them having a warranty of one year . we have to return the batteries within a week or so and have to be told there is only 30 days to return with them not ever sticking to there warranty . I do not recommend this place . better to stick to your local auto parts will not do business again . scammers and full of lies .

If I could give a zero I would, these batteries dont last. I have bought 4 batteries and they all failed, the last one failed at 3 1/2 months and they wanted to prorate the cost, how can you charge $58.00 prorate for a battery you pay $53.00 for, Well they can sell you a discounted wholesale battery and prorate it from a full retail cost, this makes it more expensive and not worth the purchase price. Do not buy from them PERIOD !!! Better deal at Walmart.

Fantastic Service!I recently purchased a car that had a Battery Mart battery and it failed. I called and talked to Marcus and he said that they would warranty the battery. Since I live far from Apple Valley I asked if there was anywhere else in Southern California to be able to get a replacement and he said for me to take the battery to Battery Worx in Ontario. When I went there talked with Daniel since I did not have a receipt for the battery he called Battery Mart talked with Marcus and I quickly received a replacement battery. The company certainly backs their products. All personnel at both places were super. Most pleasant to deal with.
