I got a great deal on my beautiful 2016 Ford Fusion SE! Its a dealer certified, lease return with premium sound and rims, a spoiler, fog lights, large touch screen and a warranty. Im in love. Everyone there was very helpful and polite. I cant give enough thanks and highly recommend them!

What impressed us was that Dean always treated us the same way each time we came in. He was always there to answer questions in a courteous and friendly manner. We probably came in at least 4 times in the last year to look over his great inventory. On our most recent visit, we decided to trade our pickup for a more recent sedan (Sonata). Had a great experience here, my wife and I looked all over southern California trying to find a good quality car that was within our budget. This awesome little dealership was right under our nose the entire time. I was recently involved in an accident that totaled my vehicle so I needed something quick and being a first time buyer made it a little difficult to find a good price and rate to go along with the car I wanted. Dean helped us right away with the car we were looking at. He handled all the credit check info, we didnt have to fill out hardly any paperwork. He shopped around for the best deal and got us a great rate on our Malibu for being basically first time buyers. (I was, wife was a 2nd time buyer.) Anyway, he handled everything and made the process very easy for us. We met the owner Steve after and he seemed like a genuinely nice guy that was happy we got what we wanted. I definitely would recommend this place to friends or family, it felt more personalized than the big dealerships we were looking at. Also, I hardly ever write reviews online either so that just goes to show you how impressed I was with their service.P.S. They have all their vehicles go through this huge multi-point inspection from a certified mechanic to ensure everything with the car is in good shape.

We live in Las Vegas...Found the vehicle we wanted located at Access Auto in Apple Valley, CA. Called and spoke with Dean who gave me all the information on the vehicle (no pressure). Steve followed up with a phone call and spoke to me for 35 minutes to answer all my questions to satisfaction (Again, no pressure, just helpful info). Decided to pack up the family(wife and teen boys) and take the 3 hour drive to Apple Valley. Glad we did! The vehicle was beautiful and as advertised. We test drove and was given the rundown on everything on the vehicle (Kia Sorento).We purchased the Kia, left it in Steves care and went to a great Italian restaurant, got a local hotel room and drove that night to L.A to catch a Dodgers game. Picked up our Kia the next morning. The only hitch was that we needed a one trip permit to bring the Kia home. From Steves experience, AAA had been able to provide this permit. Unfortunately, when we went to AAA, they informed us that they no longer do this. With DMV a bad option (especially if we wanted to make the game on time that night), I called Steve who sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and with one hour was able to set us up with a private registration firm that was able to provide us a trip permit in minutes. The entire staff was great...Steve, Dean, Jacqueline, Jake and and their mascot Beagle. Definitely worth the trip. We saved money and we had an enjoyable family outing. Wouldnt have happened without Access Auto:)

The place is not easily visible from the street. I past it the first time as I was talking on my cell phone, but then reset my GPS and turned around. They had one vehicle in the front that made me realized they were a smaller dealership than the name brands. Once I arrived, they had the specific vehicle that I had seen through my insurance company.Purchasing the vehicle was rather painless and there was no need to haggle for the price. Even though it is a small place, the staff is very personable and the employees are very efficient. I did not feel that they were more focused on making a big sale vice setting a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything on the advertising was available on the vehicle. I can not say that I enjoyed the paperwork, but they made it as painless as possible, even with Californias requirement for documents.As for my trade in, they were able to give me the price that I was asking for. Obviously I had to make the arguments to prove the price point that I requested. After physically looking at the vehicle and asking me a couple of questions about it, they agreed with my estimate.Overall, this has been the best experience that I have had with a dealership. I have bought two other cars from the bigger dealerships, and I always felt that they were trying to get as much money from me as possible. At Access Auto Sales I did not get that feeling and left very happy with the transaction.

Talk about meaning what they say I felt comfortable at home I didnt feel as if I was Being blown off or rushed because I was getting a vehicle from them they were with me all the way through EVERYONE of them polite an. very cool. Steve at Access. Auto is amazing. I have purchased 4 cars from him over the years. The cars are clean, have full inspections, are in good condition and have low mileage for a fair price. I couldnt ask for anything more. He will even find you low interest financing if you have decent credit. If you have good credit you dont even need a down payment. Although I would recommend you pay a down payment/insurance policy and a 4 year loan. He also has a great selection. We just bought a Toyota Camry with 25,000 miles. My daughter bought a Toyota Corrola with 6,000 miles.

Just bought my second used car from Access Auto Sales! Steve (Sr.), Stephen (Jr.) & Dean worked their hardest to help me get a 2012 Elantra with only 10K miles on it! This was the first place I turned to for a used car after I finally had to retire my 06 minivan I bought from them in 2009. Id recommend this dealer to anybody, and theyll be the first place I go next time I need to buy a car, even though there must be 100 dealers closer to my home. Access Auto Sales was one of only two dealers in the greater LA area advertising the SUV we wanted at a price we could afford (roughly $5K below Blue Book value). The other was a major franchise dealer and close by, so I was going to go there--until I started reading customer reviews. So many auto dealers are con artists! But Access Auto had a 5 star review average, so we made the 1 hour drive to Apple Valley. Best decision Ive made in a long time. When we arrived, the vehicle had just been unloaded from the truck--hadnt yet been washed, mechanically checked, or anything. Steve and his staff immediately rushed to get those things done for us while we waited in town. Once everything was checked out, the purchase process was quick, easy, pleasant, and pressure-free. Because we had come a long way we needed to take the car the same day, although they hadnt had time to get it in showroom condition, so we arranged for me to bring it back the following week for a full detail, extra service items, and ding removal at the dealers expense. With all this done the vehicle looks brand new.As Steve explained to me, they sell only the best near-new vehicles. If their mechanical check reveals problems then they send the vehicle back. Their prices are low but no-haggle. There are no unexpected charges or hard sell. I chose to purchase an extended warranty because it sounded like a good deal, but that was it. It was easy using my credit union financing. Steve and his employees are lovely, friendly, helpful people. They dont just want to sell you a car: they want to make you a lifetime customer, and they know that the way to do that is to treat you right. Car dealers like this are hard to find.

Steven Olivieri was the most realist, honest car sales men we had ever come across, and not just a car salesmen but as a human being.
