Ive taken my instruments to him for over 25 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. You will not find the vast experience in one shop as you will find here. He is honest and thats hard to find these days.

Brought in my Bach Stradivarius trumpet that I’ve had since high school for repair when my son accidentally damaged the bell. Ralph asked about a couple other dents that had been there since the 1990s when I was playing. He was able to fix the damage/dents and fabricate a small patch where a crack had developed and cleaned the resultant corrosion.Ralph was clear and comprehensive with everything I needed to know regarding the repairs, cost, and time...all of which were very fair. I highly recommend Valley Band Repair. You won’t be disappointed.

Ralph is amazing! He has very reasonable pricing and fairly quick repair time as well. We brought a very old and broken saxophone to him and two weeks later we got it back good as new!. I highly recommend going there.

My children have played a wide variety of instruments from flute, piccolo, alto sax, soprano sax, oboe and the newest bass recorder in the last few yeas. We have taken them all to Ralph and he has done a wonderful job., fast turn around, with jobs well done and reasonable prices. We have been going to Valley Band for a good 7 years and have always been happy.

Ralph was super friendly, service was fast, and reasonably priced. my son got a small dent in his slide that made the slide not move anymore. He also list a cap on the bottom of his trumpet. Valley Band fixed it up in very short order and it works as good as new.

I purchased a flute from a private seller, and it needed a bit of work. While I had played clarinet for years I was new to this instrument. I found this listing online and promptly took my flute to him. He is a very nice man with a great knowledge and experience of many instruments. He diagnosed the problems and has everything patched up by the next day. My flute is now like new! His prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and will be bringing my instruments back for any further repairs.

I have been there on 2 different occasions- both times were fantastic. The first time was to tune up an instrument that hadnt been tuned up in 10+ years. I was expecting a high price but it ended up being VERY reasonable. Second time was to purchase an instrument; his knowledge of instruments helped me a lot! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Took a vintage clarinet that was a family hand me down and fully restored it in a couple weeks for my fifth grader. Great work and completed the job on time. Very pleased!
