I thought this was a great store. They had a very nice selection of top quality appliances for sale. I was looking for stainless appliances though and unfortunately they didnt have any. The owner, very nice guy by the way, let me know that stainless was in high demand right now and that there was also a shortage on quality used stainless and appliances in general. I was disappointed I didnt find what I was looking for, but Ill be checking back.

They have excellent appliances at low prices. A fridge and stove of comparable quality at a retail store could easily have cost $1000-$1500, but I got them here for a total of $550, after a discount for buying 2 appliances. They include a 60 day warranty for any issues, and offer low cost repairs after that. Highly satisfied, and I will be taking my business there again should the need arise.

In late January of 2019 we worked with Budget Preowned Appliance and they were wonderful! We ordered new appliances and they took our used ones. They took our refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and thin twin washer/dryer and we received a full sized washer and dryer. They were so easy to work with and we love our new washer and dryer. I would highly recommend working with them.

Mike is a busy guy, but he took the time to discuss our needs and concerns. Would definitely recommend.

We moved to a place that required stack-able units. Joel was able to pick up our existing units that we had, give us some credit for these towards our new used stack-able. He even held onto the stack-able for me for a few weeks while I got the move organized. They were able to deliver a littler earlier per my request and they unit does both washing and drying great. This place is pretty awesome!

Just bought a front loader washer and when we got it home it leaked so so had to take it back and they replaced it with another front loader for free. They said they would stand behind there work and they did. I would recommend anyone to check out this place before buying from anywhere else.

Very good place to go if your looking for used appliances. Very honest and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and treat you with respect. I went to most of the used appliance stores in the area and this one stood out from the rest. Dont let the older building deter you from stopping. They are very much about the customer and seeing them leave with what fits there needs.

This is a great place to buy quality used appliances that have been rebuilt. His inventory is always changing so the best bet is for one to stop in and check out what he has on the floor. In addition he will deliver the appliances to your door.

3 star review: I really wanted to like this place. The prices were good, the staff was friendly. I purchased a washer and dryer a year ago and paid for it to be delivered all the way to the basement. The dryer dried one load and then died. It was under warranty, so they would repair it but we had to haul it to and from the store completely defeating the purpose of paying extra for delivery. So far so good on the dryer. Fast forward a year and the washer is leaking everywhere and needs a $350 fix, more than I paid for the machine. Im starting to question the quality of repairs they do to the machines prior to selling. Its possible we just have really bad luck, so I think I would give them one more chance before moving on.Update 5/30/18: We had our repairs done, and the repair man said that Budget Pre-owned Appliance used genuine parts, not cheap parts. It makes me think that it was just bad luck, so Im changing my rating.

Bought a used GE Nautilus portable dishwasher from here works perfect! Had it for about a year now. Still works great! Just like first day we bought it! We got a great deal when we first bought it also. They were so helpful also. They helped me load the dishwasher in my vehicle also for free. My brother is now looking for one so I told him to go here. I tell everyone to go here if there looking for fantastic pre owned appliances.

If you want a good deal on something used these guys might be the place, they had a lot of out dated used appliances, but they had a few good newer units as well, make sure you talk to someone cuz prices can be negotiated and make sure you ask about delivery and pickup of your old units they can work that into the deal too! I got a beautiful LG front load washer with steam clean...Thanks guys!

Price was fair, service friendly. Washer-washes better, Dryer-dries faster. Both machines were clean and work great. Would and will buy again! Id give these guys 6 stars if I could. Was referred to by Kelbachs Appliance Service.

One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing an appliance from a store. I seen the fridge on a Monday at 4:30pm, called at 5pm and bought it over the phone and had it in my garage by noon on Tuesday. Very impressed and I will definitely be going back there again.

Great people running this place. Very respectful and helpful. I went in looking for a new washer and dryer and ended up getting a new set through a work discount program, but the gentlemen here still were willing to give me advice on what brands in their profesional opinion were better than others. I brought my old washer and dryer in to them so they could fix them up and sell or use as parts and they were very appreciative and again very helpful in answering some questions I had in regards to installing my new washer and dryer. These guys run a honest business and do whats right vs scam you and mislead lead you in order to get your money like so many places out there. Ill give my business to a stand up, hard working small business like this over a big box store anyday.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. I must admit everything went very well in the beginning but when I changed my mind on an appliance everything went down hill from there. One specific employee was extremely rude and arrogant to me. I was simply trying to explain somethings to him and he wouldn’t let me speak. Then he handed the the owners card and told me to never come back. I will never do any business with the store in my life (and I suggest you not either).

Excellent prices on pre-owned appliances. New appliances is not what they do. All pre-owned, cleaned and tested. Great advice on what to look at, look for when purchasing and they have a warranty as well. I have purchased a few items over the years. Joel, Mike and Mark are very honest and easy to work with.
