Purchasing new vehicles you will find they are one of the lowest cost dealers in the valley. Make sure you get trade-in quotes from multiple dealers. I have found most of the time Bergstrom will exceed expectations. Used vehicles is always prudent to shop around as every dealership can vary depending on type. When concerns have arose management has gone above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. I truly believe Bergstrom is a company that has built a culture focused on customer first. I would recommend when they receive a brand new vehicle to check it out on the inside before putting it on the lot. My new GMC Acadia has an opening between the lights & fabric on the top above the second row. I was a little disappointed to see that a few days later.The service was good though with my sales man, he was very nice & provided a good experience for me. Went in for general maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. The young lady was kind and knowledgeable in her job. My 2019 silverado was clean and washed when returned. She also had reduced the cost of my service because of a special Bergstrom was offering. I was unaware of this savings and would of never though twice about it. Because of that, I have passed on to others Bergstrom is running a special. I know that at least two have said they needed oil changes. I wish I could remember her name tag, but she does need to be commended.

Outstanding experience! Very friendly staff and guess what? First time ever buying a vehicle that I did not have to haggle to get the Lien Fee removed b/c its not legal in WI (it is in Illinois) or the extra clear coat package removed, none of that. Just bare bones unless you want extended warranty of course. Zach did a wonderful job and I was out of there in no time with a great Toyota Tacoma at a great price. Although not the closest dealer to us, I certainly will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

The buying experience with Steve was exceptional and I believe to got a good deal upfront. 2-3 months after purchase how ever I discovered the air conditioning in the 2014 Chevy 1500 I paid 24500 for doesn’t work. System is charged and compressor spins but no ac. This means it’s going to likely be expensive to fix. I took it to them and was told since I don’t have an extended warranty I was on my own. It’s really a shame because I’ve spent a lot of money with them and I doubt I will in future. By the way this will be the second time I have bought a car from Bergstrom with issues out the gate. I also bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 21000 that the wrong thermostat was put in it to cause the engine to run cold. The torque converter was also faulty and it was low on compression on cylinder 2. Might honestly be all my fault and I would take the blame but just a couple months after purchase just seems off. With the Jeep the problems started 2 days after buying experience. The truck a few months. Now that I think about it I won’t be back and I hope the same for someone else.

I brought my 2019 Buick Encore into the dealership I had purchased the vehicle, Bergstrom Buick/GMC in Appleton, due to an oil leak and a front passenger window that would often get stuck halfway when rolling it back up. This experience, like all experiences I have had with Bergstrom, was one that exceeded my expectations.First, without any complications or headache, the extended warranty I purchased at the time of purchasing the vehicle was put to use here and all expenses (other than the $100 deductible) were covered in-full. Included in these covered costs was the daily fee for the 2021 GMC Acadia rental vehicle provided to me by Bergstrom. I was granted the use of this vehicle for the entire duration of completing the repairs which was from 2/9/2021 to 3/3/2021.Secondly, my expectations were exceeded considering I was involved in an accident that resulted in minor damage to the front end of the Acadia. The accident was caused by a vehicle owned by a local company and Daniel, along with others from the Bergstrom team, showed great levels of patience, understanding and professionalism while awaiting the crash report from the police department and for correspondence from the companys insurance provider.Thirdly, when my vehicle was completed with its repairs, I was promptly notified of this and I was allowed time for returning the rental due to a conflicting work schedule with the hours of operation at this location. I appreciated the understanding and willingness to accommodate for my schedule.Lastly, I was surprised with a courtesy detailing of the inside and outside of my vehicle - the detail job was done perfectly leaving my car looking and smelling brand new!Overall, this experience could have been a nightmare but, thankfully for Daniel and the other Bergstrom associates, I have yet another experience with the dealership that was stress- and worry-free from start to finish. This was made possible by Daniel and his ability to be prompt and professional with all communication. Like Daniel, every Bergstrom employee was exceptional - every one was friendly, genuine and competent. THANK YOU, Daniel and all of the Bergstrom team at the Buick/GMC Appleton location for an experience that, yet again, exceeded my expectations.

Where do I start. First, my husband and I Just moved here from Chicago several months ago. We needed a vehicle stat. We had been looking for several months at different places. The pandemic put me in a rough situation. We walked in and meet Gerry. He told us all about the dealership and there core values. We ended up purchasing a Chevrolet Equinox. My car was burning oil, luckily I purchased the extended warranty on it, otherwise this would have been an extremely expensive charge since they found out that the pistons and rings where the cause. When I got picked up by shuttle driver, she was extremely unfocused and almost caused an accident 4 times in a less then 2 mile ride. When I finally picked up my car, it was making a rattling noise that was not there before...not sure why they didnt test drive the car before calling the customer to let them know that the car is ready. It ended up being that a mount of the compressor was a little loose after they took the motor on my car apart. Little scared to find out if something else was also let loose...needless to say...I will not shop at Bergstrom again. Unfortunately, I still have to go their because the extended warranty is purchased through them.

I had been searching for a few weeks for the prefect vehicle and continued to get subpar service from other dealerships and sales reps. Stopped to look at trucks with really no intent to purchase. We found a nice truck that caught our interest. Cody one of the sales reps came out to talk with us. He listened to what my husband was looking for. We took the truck for test drive and really liked it. Went in to talk with Cody after test drive and Cody talked to us about the truck and listened to our thoughts the truck. Cody was not pushy and was honest and up front with everything. He got us the best trade in we could get and got us a great interest rate. He was not pushy about the warranties that were available. He simply explained what the warranty is and how it could work for us. In the end we purchased the truck with the best rates and warranty and affordable payment. Cody really went above and beyond to help us and he also was able to contact the previous owner who was selling the cap for the truck and was able to get previous owner approval to give us his number to discuss purchase of cap. He really went above and beyond!

All I want to say is Bergstrom has a hidden Gem. The last few years my family and I have been servicing our vehicles at Buick/GMC have been great. This last visit we had a young man that recently moved from California help us with our service. All I want to say, this young man did an outstanding job! I have to leave a rave review for the Bergstrom Buick GMC of Appleton! My husband and I are anticipating our 4th child any day now and were in desperate need of a van. We saw a coming soon honda odyssey online and decided to swing by to take a look at it. We popped into the dealership and were greeted right away. To our surprise our salesman, Ryan DeWilde, was immediately understanding of our need to find the right vehicle ASAP. He was quick to have the van pulled up front for us as all of the safety standards and checks had been completed. We test drove the vehicle and when we returned he already had the scratch and dent shop prepped for the van, a new windshield Ordered, and ensured they could get it all done for us in no time. We had minor concerns about the vehicle and the whole team was quick to make sure all concerns were heard, addressed, and handled. We were incredibly impressed with the team at this location. We now have our used vehicle which looks brand new sitting in the driveway, and we are so grateful for the urgency, courtesy, and non salesy experience we had. We are so glad we went here! Did every request I asked for very helpful!

They were pretty good but a little too much of a salesman pitch. Got my vehicle repaired and I used a loaner there, but when I bought the loaner back they tried to get me to buy it... the repairs were good they missed a few clips but got them sorted out when I asked them about it. They also helped me to upgrade my vehicle.

They are very open about their tire price match guarantee but they wouldnt do it for me. To even quote from the coupon Ad, written estimate, or Internet quote for identical tire(s) from a competing tire retailer/installer located within 100 miles of the dealer required during guarantee period for price match. Offer ends 12/31/2020.To be clear, I had Continental Cross Contact LX20 P275/55 R20 111S BSW already as my tire of choice . Well, thankfully I double checked costs before just jumping in. Bergstrom wanted $205 per tire and Discount tire wanted $151 per tire. So I wanted to utilize this price match guarantee. The tech explained they needed a store within 100 miles which I had to let him know they have one in Appleton near the mall. Which then lead to him stating Discount tire would need to have the tire actually in stock at the store currently. My rebuttal was they just need a couple days to ship the tire to store same as Bergstrom and not only was I presently looking at Discount tires prices but I could print it off (it didnt fly). So obviously then I terminated my appointment for the tires. The tech then calls 20 min later stating they offer lifetime rotations and a $70 rebate which makes up for that cost difference so I had to inform him Discount tire offers those same things. All together the Bergstrom tech quoted me at $987 ($917 after promotional rebate) for the full service. I clearly went with Discount tire and they offered me additional discounts so I walked out at $670 for the full service ($600 after promotional rebate). A difference of $317 from their guarantee. I gave 2 stars because, even though the time felt sour, the employees were friendly. However, after that I dont see much motivation to return for any services my Sierra may need.

Needed a car battery with no appointment showed up with no call ahead and no service appointment. They were able to get me in right away. Nick the service advisor was very helpful and polite, he came right out to the vehicle and got me in right away. Brian the technician was also very polite as he jumped right onto it and got it done right away no questions asked. The best part is that I had a ford transit van not even a GMC vehicle and they were still able to get parts right away. Thanks to Ben the parts manager for his quick thinking. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I highly recommend buying a car here. We looked for a very long time for the right car. We finally found it here as a pre-owned. Our salesman Cody stood out as the best we have ever worked with. He was easy to work with from the start. He made sure it was the right car for us. He didnt beat us up on price. He laid all our options for extras out for us, but didnt pressure us into things we didnt want. He made sure we understood our options for payment. Then after we purchased the car, a few issues arrose with the vehicle immediately upon pickup. Cody stuck with us and made sure we were treated fairly. I went out there for an oil change today Saturday and they went out of their way to make my experience the best possible with the covid-19 restrictions. I knew the way it was going to take about an hour the gentleman was very nice and brought me a chair outside away from the rest so I could sit and read my book. I originally went in to have them run diagnostics on my vehicle for a check engine light that was on, and because my vehicle was running high RPMs (3,000-4,000 range) before shifting. Apparently, the issue was that my vehicle’s computer system needed an update. This took nearly 2 hours to complete and cost me nearly $200. Immediately after my service appointment, I could tell that the vehicle was still running the same (reaching high RPMs before shifting), and now 5 days later, my check engine light has turned back on. The service at this dealership was awful, I’m not convinced that they did much of anything to fix my vehicle, and I would surely not recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to this garage.

Went in for an oil change and oil filter change (had problems taking off the oil filter myself). Manager Daniel Rosas helped interpret in Spanish to my dad how the service team dealt with our vehicles oil filter problem. Overall, top of the line job performance by this dealership! 10/10 recommend!
