Always a great experience being here. Everyone is always so nice. They were also willing to exchange/help with diaper returns when my son outgrew them before opening.

Tried to get a job here. Was waiting on the background check. Sarah, the lady at target called me one day and said that I had to restart the background check. Because it did not go through. I got off the phone and called accurate which does their screening. They said I needed to wait. Gave me an order number to give her. I called her back immediately and tried to tell her what they just told me. I explained it clearly. And TRIED to give her the order number accurate gave me.She either did not understand or just didnt hear me. Two days later she calls me about checking an e mail I never ever received to restarted the background check. Seemed to me it was just all some sort of toying game or she does not know what she is doing.Either way she would not take the order number and restarted a background check for no reason whatsoever. Attached js the picture of the confirmation email I received showing the process was going. I do not have the order number proving it was still in the process from when I called accurate a week later.I really wish good luck for the employees there.

Great store but don’t make your payment online. If you accidentally type in a wrong number setting it up you’ll get a email saying it was processed but when it doesn’t go through you won’t be notified until you call your target card and it says late payment due and with a fee. Very frustratingHoping it doesn’t show up my credit for 10 years. Had I have known it was like that I would’ve just drove to the store to make my payment. BE AWARE

I went to Target specifically to purchase a camera. I looked over the display and asked for help from an associate. He informed me the camera they had on display was only available on line. I went to the service desk to order it and the associate could not find it in their inventory. He went back to electronics and realized they did not even carry that model any more. I asked why it was on display and was told I guess they should have taken it off. Very disappointed that they dont know their own merchandise.

Order was ready in less than 2hrs. I was met with promptness and courtesy at the service desk. Wonderful experience, as usual.

It was in the area where I was doing errands, a great location. When checking out at Target, a young man named Nick helped me with the Target Circle App. He was so friendly and helpful, it made my shopping trip a very positive experience.

I purchase an item at a Target store across town when I was over there by myself. My son tried it on once I got home and he didnt like it. So I went to the nearest Target store to return it, same day. I was informed that I can only make same-day returns to the SAME store. I do not find this to be acceptable for a company of your size. I do not have this problem at Kohls!! I wasnt informed that I cant make same-day returns until after I had already left my house and arrived at your store to make the return. I made the return onto a gift card instead of my credit card which was the whole purpose for returning it so soon. So I would actually see the return on my card before it cycled. You are better than this Target.

The selection and quality of items have gone down, however, prices continue to increase. You used to be able to get decent deals on clearance items or discounts that would make shopping there more affordable and that just isnt the case anymore. There is only one register open most times that I shop, so there is no choice but to use the self checkout. I would rather see Target raise prices to pay people that need jobs. It sucks, Target used to be my happy place and usually its an expensive disappointment.

Great place for food, pet supplies, clothes, home, etc this would be the place to go

First and last time I ever do 2 hr pickup! Fabric on item was massively snagged and it was the only item I purchased. Had to go into store to exchange item, which defeated the purple of having pickup in the first place. Customer service didnt know where to located the item I was exchanging for the same product. Items I have been searching for weeks are still not in store, could be due to Covid IDK.

This target is super clean and workers are very nice and efficient. I saw them cleaning around and smiling to you when you get in. Well done

Drive up was so fast! My phone hadnt finished loading and they were at my car!

Found what I needed and customer service rep was absolutely amazing when I had to do two different orders.

Currently I am 8 1/2 months pregnant!! It’s very hard for me to maneuver. I utilized one of the motorized shopping carts as it was easier! I purchased a carpet cleaner and was worried how I would get it into my car as I was alone! Alyssa at the east Appleton location carried it to my car with no hesitation! She actually saved me so much pain and agony! There is no way I would have made it to my car!! Thanks Alyssa you are great! I will definitely shop at target again!

Great store with helpful employees

It is a nice experience, overall. Sometimes you get a crowd that shops there that detracts from that experience, because they can be inconsiderate, but that cant be helped. At least you get a nice selection of fun products, that is still fun when youre only just window shopping.

Easy ordering on the app, easy prompts for pickup/drop off, quick arrival of the associate to my vehicle for drop off, solid protocol for contactless drop off. The associate was efficient and polite, too! All around a very smooth and quick experience. Great work - thank you!

Able to find what was needed

Last night I was harassed by an employee at this Target location because I have health concerns that prevent me from wearing a mask. I was there to pick up an item that was unavailable for shipping, maintaining my six feet of distancing. She embarrassed me and reduced me to tears in front of multiple other customers and employees. If you have a health concern(s), this Target location clearly does not value you as a customer. My family will not be shopping here again.

Fast and friendly service

Had to wait an extra long time for the employees to find the item in the holding area. They were most apologetic and gave me a $5.00 gift certificate for my inconvenience and long wait. I was VERY impressed. This act of goodwill goes a long way towards keeping me as a very happy customer. I appreciate that employees are empowered by management to do what they feel best is for the customer - without having to jump through hoops. The Appleton Calumet store always strikes me as exceptionally well managed. Employees are great, store is clean and organized, stock is always available. ALWAYS have a great experience shopping there. Thank you!

I havent shopped at Target a whole lot but today I just couldnt get over what a pleasure it was to shop in your clean, bright store with all the products displayed so neatly and beautifully. It made me feel so good to be in the store environment that I made a commitment to myself to start going there routinely. The store also had plenty of employees where you could easily ask questions about where products were located, etc. Most stores are extremely UNDER staffed but not this store! The checkout young man even explained to me how your app worked and Im going to actually apply for your store credit card now. LOVE your store!!!

Drive up is so amazing. I cant stress enough how easy it makes my life when I can purchase what I need online and just drive in and have it out to my car in minutes. Also, Target associates have always been so helpful and kind. Thank you!!

The store was clean and organized and checking out the checker was helpful helping navigate my phone. I do wish all coupons and deals would automatically adjust instead of having to scan everything and clip coupons that is a pain. I just want the deals and shop without all the thinking with the app and circle. Ideally when I check out I would just love to have them scan my phone and everything automatically takes off for deals. Many people hate the scanning items and clipping.

4/28/20 We needed a few essentials ran into Target E. Appleton at 8AM. Very impressed that all employees were all wearing mask & properly also. Not like Walmart & festival, very few wear mask there if so not covering nose & mouth. We will defentily be shopping at Target lot more. We feel they are doing their part to protect us & their employees. Thanks Target.

I was there shopping for a bikini for my girlfriend, totally clueless and getting frustrated, I asked one of the employees a simple question and she went completely out of her way to help me out. I ended up buying two thanks to her. Totally above and beyond beyond what she needed to do. Wish I would have caught her name. She deserves a raise!

We drive out to this store from our apartment because it’s the better store to shop at. It’s in a better area and there’s less unsavory people shopping here (I’m looking at you, Walmart, as well as the mall store). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean. The managers are quick to ask if you need help or direct you to an open line. This store has a high standard they adhere to and it shows. Keep your hiring manager, as they are acquiring excellent personnel.

I was impressed with how quickly the order was ready for pickup. The helpful and friendly customer service person answered my questions about the pickup and delivery options Target offers. I will be shopping more at the Kensington Drive Target east of Appleton in the future. I wish this was Super Target like the ones I’ve shopped at in the Minneapolis area.

Nice store, good layout, and some helpful staff. Yet, they are frequently out of the items I go there for. The last three/four times I needed an item that was indicated on line as available at East Target... ____in stock, I drove all the way there only to be told they were sold out. The first couple times, I thought it was a fluke, but given the frequency of this, that to be doesnt seem to be the case. I wont return to Target East. Perhaps they should check how other stores update their online sites and follow what they do.

I spent over an hour shopping yesterday at Target. One young man, Ethan, approached me to ask if I needed any help finding anything. I really appreciated the offer but didnt need the help. Later, I frantically realized that I had misplaced my cell phone somewhere in the store. I saw Ethan again and asked if he had a cell phone and could he give me a call on my cell phone in order to locate it. He was very kind and helpful and assisted me in my search. He also asked a nearby associate to keep an eye out for my phone. I love Target even more after the help I received today. The story ends well. I found my phone.

This is great for moms with kids you dont have to take all the kids off just pull up and get your items put into your car from Employer and very good customer service fast and easy pick up also online was easy for me to pick out what I needed.

Friendly staff and find everything I needed and more

Everyone was Uber friendly and helpful. I havent been in for awhile and some things have changed. The folks staffing the dressing rooms went above and beyond for me and their other guests too. It was a pleasure shopping there! I found lots of beautiful clothes and fun things for Spring. I think every employee of I saw greeted me and asked if they could help me. I started thinking that I must be looking extra good because I got so much attention. Then I discovered everyone was given the royal treatment. I always liked Targets quality and prices but sometimes, in the past, it was hard to find staff on floor and the dressing rooms were often trashed. Im super impressed with the positive changes.

Had bad experience with an employee named Jacob, at the Target on 1800 S Kensington Dr, in Appleton. I asked some questions, and he started yelling at me. He was really rude, even though the employees are supposed to be nice and helpful, he was the opposite.

Customers not wearing masks not safe during a pandemic. Was told they dont enforce it unless someone complains. They said they cant enforce it because hours got cut. Im not shopping at target again since they arent enforcing the mask mandate!

We were staying at a hotel in Appleton and wanted to go swimming in the pool but we remembered that we forgot our swim suits at home. Target was not that far away from us so we figured we would quick run in, buy some cheap swim suits, and run out. On our way to the swim suits we passed an employee that was just standing around talking to some girl when he yells at us “We close in 10 minutes!” We said “Yes, we know we’re just grabbing a swim suit and then we’ll be gone”. Then he says “Well you better hurry the f**k up then.” I can’t believe Target would hire someone who is completely comfortable swearing at and being rude to customers like that! I get that you want to get home, but that does not give you an excuse to be rude to customers! Next time we visit family in Appleton we will not be bringing our business there!

Location an in/out fast

The Appleton East location is always clean and organized. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

They dont carry alot of things other Targets do unfortunately, but the staff has always been friendly. Recently a staff member noticed me in the self checkout with two crazy kids and helped bag items and gave stickers to them.

Former employee with the Tech program. If you got your phone at this target between 2016 and 2017, you very likely got it from me.Be careful with this Target. Misinformation due to unprofessional internal communication is widespread. Management will basically have anyone work anything so whoever you speak with whether you call or visit has zero specialization in any task they typically work on.If you are looking for a particular item, ask 3 or 4 different people. Also, many departments are highly neglected, especially electronics. Be sure to challenge prices when you see products in the wrong locations. In some cases you may score yourself a 50% - 80% discount solely due to bad management/employee disinterest. If a leader on duty says no to your price match, be steadfast and insist that they follow their price challenge policy.Lastly, be careful with the reviews here. Target is known to pay out for positive reviews. Especially for low performance stores.

I have to say, Target has been one of my go-to stores and the environment and employees are amazing! Unfortunately its sad to say that this store has a specific young employee who is unbelievably racist outside of work and it really saddens me that, that sort of behavior is tolerated. I sure hope this worker does not treat other customers the same.

Dirty & lack of product. Total mess all over the store, things on the floor in every department. Lots of empty shelves. Long wait for pickup order. Disgraceful! No masks

Product availability

Target is always a good shop but the Starbucks in this store is probably the best in the area. Drinks always taste better here than they do at the standalone stores

Clean store, good deals. The Cartwheel app lets you save even more on top of other discounts. I got a few cute casual dresses and purse on sale and love them. Compliments from lots of folks thinking it was expensive merchandise from higher end department stores. Very friendly employees who are knowledgeable and helpful.

It is close to my house

Starbucks in this Target was horrible. Out of 4 purchased drinks (kids hot cocoa, white chocolate mocha, Carmel macchiato frappe & peppermint mocha frappe), all 4 were watered down and and tasteless. What a waste of money. We actually bought them on the way out and didn’t realize until we were gone. Next time will go to the “real” Starbucks right next door.

Super disappointed and I dont understand why I was told last time I was here that the starbucks is open until 9pm and I rushed here to get a drink because it was the last day it was being sold at 830pm and the lady was back there but said they were closed.... super disappointed and will not be coming back if I cant believe or depend on what workers are saying or doing.
