The girls were wonderful. Helped me select the best makeup for me and my daughter. I cant wear a mask because Im asthmatic and It causes pneumonia so they tended to me in the hall outside the store. Thanks girls!!♡

I was never the best at makeup, but once I gained the confidence to try it out, I figured Id go to my local Sephora. I was actually so nervous, because I heard Sephora employees were judgemental towards people who dont know much about makeup. However, that was completely the opposite of the case! Everyone who works at this Sephora was undoubtedly kind and super helpful! I was able to find the perfect shade of concealer for me and now I have all of the essentials for a great makeup look. 12/10 I love all of the employees here and their help has never wronged me :)

I’m normally not one to leave reviews, but the workers here are phenomenal - very welcoming and helpful in providing their makeup artistry insight! Especially the worker named Sara! If you ever see her, she would be the person I recommend you go to! It can be intimidating asking for help and 2nd thoughts on a product or product color, and she made the process very easy going and is very knowledgeable in this industry! I loved all the shades she recommended with my skin tone.

The customer service is seriously lacking. We werent acknowledged at all by the staff until we started picking things up. I wish it was just this location but it isnt. I dont wear makeup to go shopping and I always feel judged for it here. Go to Ulta the employees are much nicer and they have a larger, less cramped store.

Lots of brands to choose from for parfum and at all budget levels.

The woman who helped me find a new eyebrow pencil was SUPER HELPFUL, AND SUPER FRIENDLY! Loved that she paid attention to my almost 4 yr old son who didnt want to be there in the first place.

One of my favorite places. Has a good selection of product for people who are like me and are super sensitive with rosacea.

My girl loves it so I love it (with a forced smile and a lighter wallet) but hey I guess this and ulta are the places to go to and I never hear complaints about Sephora so we will keep coming back.

This sephora in particular didnt have the biggest variety, in my opinion people over hyped sephora but hey maybe others have better stock.

This company does not feel Christian Conservatives align with their views on “inclusivity”. If you consider yourself Christian, Conservative, both or someone who thinks everyone should be valued - do NOT spend your hard earned money here. A simple google search of what they did to Amanda Ensing will enlighten anyone who is unaware of what I’m referring to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I love 💖 my Sephora 😁. However, their customer service on line and over the phone is Terrible. No answers on purchases, or credit card service. Makes me wonder if Im making a valuable purchase or just getting empty promises. $10 off Nope, $20 off Nope. In this day and time, purchasing Beauty products, yes, is a luxury. However, if I can, I want to feel like a valued customer. Not really pleased with your dont give a poop, oh well attitude. Storey are great! Online and phone service stinks!!!!!!!

The absolute best place to find high end beauty products and to get recommendations/real product reviews from employees. Always eager and willing to help, regularly welcomed with a very friendly attitude by staff. This is my go to spot for the latest beauty and make up releases, I havent been disappointed yet.

Not the friendliest staff. There was one lady who was helpful with the skin care line. However, when it came to the makeup nobody seemed to be there? I approached one lady and asked about getting makeup consult and was rudely told its appointment only. Next time call. 😬 Yikes!Enjoyed the variety of products and samples though.

Suzy was amazing and answered all of my questions. She was patient and explained the various products so we were able to pinpoint the perfect ones for me. She provided me with samples as well, so I am able to determine if it works for me before i purchase them! I was shopping at JC Penneys but did not go into sephora

Ive really enjoyed each trip to this location. Every employee seems readily willing to help. Plus the store is kept clean.

My last visit was amazing, however I had to make that second trip because while matching my face a week prior, I asked the employee if it matched my skin tone and she said, if you like it, then its good. Thought that meant it matched... came home with a noticeable yellow face.

The staff here is very friendly and offer great tips compared to the Sephora near where I live. I got many great foundation samples here!

Absolutely amazing makeup experience! Daya and Jake were phenomenal! They were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional! Daya recommended a foundation that was not even out on the shelves yet and it was perfect for me, based off of the issues that I was having with my current foundation. They had me take off my makeup and then reapplied with the new foundation and matched it to my skin tone. They also recommended a great moisturizer and face wash for me. The serum they recommended for my moms birthday gift was outstanding as well I cannot say enough good things! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for makeup and any other skin care need!

I went in needing a new concealer and wanting some guidance and I got none. There were a lot of employees helping other customers but there were two ladies standing in the back helping no one. I went up and asked for help, they said to go up to the front of the store and wait for someone to help me as everyone was busy. I stood there for about 10 minutes watching the 2 ladies in the back stand there doing nothing but watching everything. They saw me standing there and waiting longer than I shouldve had to when one of them couldve helped me. I have never had a bad experience here but dont know if I will be coming back after this.

Fine products and selection but costumer service is horrible. Was checked on very much but not for the right reasons, felt like I was being watched for every move I made. I also asked so see if they got a shipment in for a product and a woman told me she would check and never did.. saw her talking in the back with her fellow co workers laughing and cracking jokes

Pricey but I have been using a product & loved it. So I went on line & found it at Sephora.

Suzy took such great care of my friend and I helping with product knowledge, we signed up to become reward members and got a free birthday gift, and she also helped with some small samples of products of things we were curious in. Not pushy at all, very nice experience today.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Sephora. Im a bit of a shopaholic so I come here whenever I need to get a makeup/skincare fix, haha.The staff here are incredible. Theyre all so smart and well informed about the products they sell as well as super friendly and sweet! I personally adore all of them so much.The products are all high quality. You can find affordable products if you look around and do enough research and maybe find some of your own makeup holy grails!Finally, this store is very clean and is always well stocked on everythign thats needed. :)

I just recently bought some things there. The chick who helped me did not seem friendly or helpful. I dont know much about makeup and thought I could get some good suggestions on brands, guess not. I had my 4 yr old daughter and she was also rude to her. I was in a hurry so I didnt say anything. But she needs to get a different job!

It was my 1st time in the store, there were 3 employees huddled together talking, they didnt greet me. I did not know where to go. So, I walked over towards the Clinique section because I have really sensitive skin; after looking around, I was finally approached by a Clinique representative. I had a couple things in mind that I had saw on the internet. I showed her screenshots, they did not have them in my skin tone. So I left and went to Macys where I was helped immediately and able to buy what I wanted to get.

A decent smaller Sephora. The service there can be pretty hit or miss. Ive left there in different times either extremely satisfied or very dissatisfied. This location doesnt carry as many brands as some other ones, but it very rarely has out of stock items.

Horrible customer service! Workers doesn’t even seem like they want to be there. They never greet their customers and never offer to help their customers like other Sephora I’ve been to. Will be the last time going there. At first I thought it was just that particular worker, who didn’t greet me at all or asked if I need any help, but no majority of them are like that. Went and got a sample yesterday and the lady literally gave me just one small pump that I couldn’t even cover my whole entire face with. I have never had this problem before with any other Sephora. I guess there’s a reason why nobody goes to this one. I mean it’s not even the small sample that I’m upset about but the rude employees who are hired there. Please talk to your employees and work on their attitude. People who doesn’t want to work shouldn’t work especially those who lack customer service skills!

I went there, looking to get a bit of a makeover. The results: gratifying, my looks: restored, my age: minimized. If only I didnt need a face full of makeup to look that young!! Haha rawr XD!

Very bad service!!! Every time I go into this Sephora it’s like MAC all over again. No one even said “hi” or smiled at me. Normally as a sales person you would want people to feel welcome, but nope not this Sephora and also I do feel that they are a bit racist because I don’t see any of the workers even helping the non white people. Sad well my money will be going somewhere else! And this does happen every time! Busy or not! 👎🏼

I love Sophora, but will only order online or purchase from what they have in stock at the store. The store was out of the perfume I wanted and was told 3 to 5 days for delivery when ordering at the store, but its been one week and I havent received anything. I called the store and spoke to an employee who told me that it was 5 to 7 business days and I need to wait and call online for customer care. No appology nothing Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service every time I go there! Waited for over 5 minutes for someone to help me when three employees were chit-chatting near me. Even after I got ones attention she said she was too busy and would call someone to come assist me. I ended up leaving and will just order online.

My favorite Sephora! All the beauty helpers are knowledgeable and friendly. My favs are Daya - she is great with makeup! And Kim for skin-care, she cleared my acne with her recommendations better than my dermatologist! I have hormonal acne on my chin and Kim is a skincare expert and helped me pick great products that helped my acne! It is now basically gone. On my birthday I treated myself to my free makeover, given than im VIB status. The makeover was amazing and Daya was super nice plus she recommended and used great products just for my skin. Overall this Sephora is 5 star and has phenomenal customer service! Its the only place I get skin care from(other than my dermatologist) & I LOVE the makeup. Also when I had to call into the customer service hotline regarding my Play box that i didnt receive due to an issue not with Sephora, but with USPS my customer service helper, Tanisha, sent me a courtesy one at no charge.

Shes so well educated on the stores products and never sells me anything I dont need. She also is super nice to ask ANY and all questions ive had, she never makes me feel dumb and always has a well educated answer. The only place i buy skin care and make-up products from!!
