Poor service and poor food quality for the most part.Prices are ridiculously high for the service and quality theyre providing, or lack thereof.

I usually dont post negative reviews but this couldnt go unmentioned: I have had the catering from Canteen two years in a row and both times I chose the vegetarian option. I can say with confidence that it was the saddest lunch Ive ever had.

Just was following one of their vehicles on US I-41. For more than a mile the driver straddled the lane line and refused to let faster vehicles pass. A car ahead of us managed to get around him and the driver of the Canteen vehicle swerved into his path, forcing him into the gravel and nearly causing a crash. This intentional act was criminal.The truck’s plate was Wisconsin EC62732.Not sure who they hire, but it’s clear this company doesn’t consider liability very much.

I work at a place with multiple break rooms stocked by canteen, the break rooms on the main area, fully stocked, not many issues due to the kiosk vending feature. My breakroom? 2nd floor. Never stocked, card readers stop working, out of change. You go to break hoping its not a chore to get a snack, but it is over 80% of the time. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

The service at work has been going down hill and gaining speed. Machines are constantly empty or not accepting money or giving the wrong change. Someone will come in work on one machine and leave, without worrying about the others that are still in desperate need.

Catering is delicious! IF you can get it delivered on time, on the correct day. :( Ive ordered 3 times, and 2 out of the 3 were terrible misses. The first time, the delivery was over an hour late and the girls who were setting up were as unprofessional as can be. The second time was great! On time, fresh, and delicious. The third (and last) time they scheduled it for the wrong day, so it never showed up. Had to get pick up Jimmy Johns and lunch ended up being an hour late. Since this is one of the pricier options, we only order this when the executive team is on site. What an order to mess up! Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from Canteen Catering.

The catering is top notch. If you are looking for company catering or hosting a large event this is the place to go. The staff is amazing and the food is even better.

The 2 women (judy and sherry) who run the cafeteria where i work are so bloody rude!!! and they will nickle & dime you at every opportunity. want butter AND cream cheese w/bagel? extra charge for butter. want pack of mayo to put on the dry sandwiches they sell? extra charge. i was just told that they cant get packets of hot sauce for nachos. on and on and on. i worked in real restaurants for many years and we never treated customers that way. and this is just some rinky-dink cafe where the food is mediocre at best. but these two are all about our way or no way.

I work at Mercury in plant 15. They filled the coolers with 7 ways to eat ham and cheese or 5 ways to eat chicken salad. Plus the sandwiches are all bread and 2 paper thin pieces of meat. I really get the feeling they dont give a dam about customers.

Purchased chocolate zingers from one of their machines and it was moldy. I called to explain and was told to fill out a return form and they would make a note after I insisted they send someone to check the machines they said they would have someone come look at the specific one I purchased. Through the entire conversation they tried to make me feel like the bad guy for being concerned about the health of anyone else who purchased one. They only tried making excuses like we dont manufacture the product we only sell them in out machines instead of even apologizing or saying theyll check the rest. Terrible customer service and terrible food care quality.
