Although I had passed by this store on previous visits to the mall, I finally went in on Wednesday and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I was absolutely blown away about how knowledgeable all the workers were about the shoes and also that they were so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I ended up making a larger purchase (because their service was so fantastic!) and they even kept my bags behind the counter while I finished my shopping in the rest of the mall. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because everyone there was just lovely.

Great store. They treat you well and they care about their shoes. Theyll shine your shoes and even show you what the difference between products looks like if youre confusing.

I walked in with my so called Birkenstock’s that I bought from Walmart, and the manager yelled across the room from the cash register asking me if I’m going to buy some real Birkenstock’s because the one I’m wearing are fakes. So RUDE! That is not one way to make a sale or treat a customer of the way he or she wears something. I was looking at some BEARPAW boots for this winter, and I was thinking about buying them. But nope! He definitely lost a customer and I won’t be going back!

Horrible customer service on return policy, after only having shoes for 1.5 weeks. Sales rep said they were great for hiking. Worst hiking sandals Ive worn. Just really uncomfortable, causing pain in the heel, which Ive never experienced with my Skechers sandals before (that are a fraction of the price). Paid $100 for these Chaco sandals from the mall and the store only offered $50 to return. Will NEVER shop there again!
