If I could give a half star I would!! TIRES PLUS could not get our TIRES off our new jeep to simply rotate them and do an alignment.... they currently do not have the proper size tool to remove the lug nuts off ..... Its fine, I brought it to matthews tire and we all chuckled about it :)

SUPER helpful folks here. Will definitely go here first for everything in the future. They got me back on the road in like 10 minutes when nobody else in the area could at 6:30pm.

I called at 3:10 today for a tire repair. (Under our road hazard warranty. I asked do you have time in 20- 25 minutes they said sure bring it on in. I was there in 25. I dont know what time they brought the car into the shop. I was finally given the back at 5:03. An hour and a half for a simple leak repair? Then the CSR said thered be no charge... ah I said we had a road hazard warranty. I just lost an hour and a half of my short weekend. That sucks.i understand were short handed. So pay people more to show up.

Didnt reset the oil life on my 2020 Nissan Altima, so I went into the maintenance section that is easily accessible in the cluster menu and did it myself. Didnt get a good vibe from the store overall.

Amazing staff and service! I love the fact that they take the time to explain to me what is wrong and how to fix it. They are really good about calling you and keeping you updated as to what is going on with your vehicle. The prices are good and with the coupons they offer the price is even better! I tell everyone I know to take their vehicle here.

All I can say is this was one of the best experiences I have had under difficult circumstances!! We got a flat tire coming into Appleton. They were able to fix it and have us in and out in 40 minutes. The staff was so kind, so helpful and so reasonable!! What could have ruined our entire trip and day turned into a blessing. Very over priced, charged twice the normal price for an oil change. Asked for themto check tire problem and then had to ask again what they found and if fixed.

Last summer I had 4 tires put on my Jeep. Now its time to rotate, but I could not get off a lug nut as it was too tight. I even damaged it trying to get it off. At Tires Plus, they couldnt get it off either. It was a lot of work to get it off, and they charged a very fair price, to keep me a happy customer. I really appreciate it, and they went the extra mile for customer service today.

Let me tell you, I’m 34 and because of Taylor Baccus I had the best experience I have ever had at a shop, super honest up front and trust worthy. Because of this I will not be going anywhere else, this man deserves a raise! Great guy and amazing customer service. When here he dealt with a difficult customer and stayed composed polite and friendly and never lost patience or swayed from his obligation to provide a great experience. 10 out of 10 for him as a employee.

First of all the customer service was terrible! I went in with my flat tire not on my car, just the tire, and was told it would be about 25 min total from the time I got there to when my tire would be ready..... 15 min later my tire was still sitting there outside so I asked when they would be getting started as all I needed was a simple tire put on. I was told oh theyll get it in 5 more min. 10 min later myntire was still sitting there. They finally grabbed the tire and 15 min later I was still sitting. Now I was told that it would be ready 10 to 15 min after they brought it back. 15 min after they brought it back I was told it will be another 5 min and then another 10 min passed and I was told well Im sorry you came in herebwithout an appointment and shes trying to get it fixed without cutting herself. Its like I understand everything Ive been told, however this is a simple tire fix and there were adequate amount of staff that I shouldnt ever have been waiting an hour for my tire and if that was going to be the case this should have been told to me in the beginning of the interaction. Not, it will be ready in a total of 25 min over an hour I sat just to have a tire put on a rim. I will never come back here

I brought in my Hyundai Equus for an oil change. Also had an issue with the air ride leveling system. Kolton was able to scan the vehicle and diagnose the leveling problem. Also did the oil change in a short period of time.

Had an appointment at 1:00, I arrived at 12:40 it was supposed to be bout one hour at 2;30 my truck still wasnt in I left I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT FOR YOUR VEHICLE THEY OFFERD 1/2 OFF FOR A RETURN VISIT I SAID NO ILL GO SOMWHERE ELSE

I went in about my vehicle, wasn’t acknowledged for at least 15 minutes while the people who worked here were in the shop talking about their days and not even acknowledging customers. I was told I’d get a call the next day about my vehicle and I received no calls and the worker there said my number back to me before I walked out of the store. A whole day passes and I had to call myself later in the afternoon to see how the status of my car was and they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then come back to tell me they cannot work on my car. The worker up front was talking all confidently about being a ASE certified shop when they can’t even work on my car which was a fix any shop could have done. I call that simply lazy and I won’t be taking any of my cars there, not even for a tire repair. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I’m surprised it hasn’t been shutdown yet from the sketchy service here. I just thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but I was right. Sketchy place. To add on top of this they did not know where they put my key and they found it and they said they left my key in my car and it was outside overnight. Terrible place. I will never go back there again. Shut it down! Bad image for Bridgestone.

Had a 2:00 appointment today to have 2 valve stems replaced 30 min. Job. 3:00 comes around and my truck was not even touched. I asked for my keys back due to inactivity, and the lady doesnt say a thing and just returns the keys. Not even a simple sorry we were overbooked or nothing!! What a waste in the middle of my Saturday and now I have to repeat next Saturday. Thank you Tires plus.

Accidentally ordered wrong tires.. not a big deal. They were nice in ordering new ones and told me theyd call once the other ones came in. 2 weeks later and no one called. Lucky for me found the same tires for $150 less on SimpleTire.

The difference between this Tires Plus location and other auto repair shops is the Manager. It is amazing what good management can bring to a business. I went in today for a front end alignment. The manager Mark, was swamped. He had 5 people on hold on the phone, 3 people in front of me at the counter, and dealing with checking out 2 other customers.Mark is a straight up Customer Service P-R-O. He kept cool, managed his time and prioritized all of us customers like a Wizard. This guy along with the technicians at this location is the sole reason I will come back.TIRES PLUS, I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW. YOU NEED TO USE MARK AT THE WISCONSIN AVE. Ended up getting a nail in my tire near the end of the day. They took me in an hour before closing time. Very good customer service also very fast and efficient. I would recommend tires plus on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton anytime!

Tire prices are competitive compared to most.

They make you think you will be getting a great deal on your tires. But then they of course find parts that are bad. Tell them to fix it and they do and then it needs an alignment. Then they tell me that my truck doesnt fit on there alignment rack that I have to take it somewhere else.

Tire balancing and alignment services are great. They accept Firestone brand lifetime warranty coverage for vehicle alignment.

Super friendly and did great work. I was out of town and picked up a screw in my tire. The guys were able to squeeze me in and helped me out of a jam. Definitely recommend.

Called at 4pm because my tire was flat and told them that my wife had to work at 5am and uses the highway, I put on the spare. The guy told me that they were booked but told me to come and he squeeze me in, at first it was a flat and it was $93 for a new tire, When he got to my car (which ran past opening hours) he told me that it was just my valve and it will only cost $73 and didnt need a new tire... thats honesty right there...

This place is a joke! Seriously! Came in for a simple inspection and waited over two hours!!!

Have gone there twice when tire pressure light came on in my car. Friendly, efficient service... would highly recommend.

We were from out of town and had a flat tire from hitting something on Highway 41 and called and explained our situation to Mark. We said that we were only 3 miles away and Mark said he would take a look. The tire was unable to be fixed. Not only did the car need tires but the strut was bent on the drivers side. Mark was able to get our front end aligned enough for us to get us back home. He also gave us a quote for the work that needed to still be done, so that we could have our local Tires Plus store do the remaing work.

My go to place for all things auto!! Been going there for years. Very helpful and friendly staff!! Now, they have plenty of safety protocols. I would recommend them to anybody!!👍👍👍

I got my tires over a year ago there. They are not the least expensive, BUT, I got what I paid for because they have great traction. For a senior citizen it means a lot that I can trust these tires. I had a list they gave me of places around the country I could go to if I ever needed help when I travel. And, I cant say enough about how the guys at the W. Wisconsin Ave location take care of my daughter and her car, like extra uncles.

These guys were awesome! I really needed tire help today so I could get back home an hour away. They were professional and efficient! Highly recommend

Called several places when I could come in on a Friday and the earliest I was told was Monday. My battery could not charge due to a severed wire from alternator to battery. They were able to fit me in same day. Better yet they were located right next door to work. Cost just under a $100 to fix. Life savers. Thanks guys.

Great managers here. They are great at helping you find tires within your budget and are very knowledgeable about which ones to choose from. The workers have great customer service skill and even fit me in their busy schedule last minute. I love how I felt welcomed here rather than a pain (Walmart). Had rim scratched, was told I would be called by there repair person. He called said it was done by rock or something. I tried to explain and he hung up. Called manager again and was told again they would take care of issue, weeks later no call

I made a last minute appointment to get new tires and an alignment. They got me as soon as I got there! I had an appointment down the road and mentioned it to them and Mark gave me a ride to and from my appointment! Talk about great customer service, considering they don’t normally do that! Will totally be going back for more service!

I always end of leaving things at the last minute. I had booked an overnight trip for a birthday, and got my oil changed the morning of. They told me I shouldn’t go anywhere on the tire I had. I called around, and these guys had the tire I needed, got me in and fixed up within 2 hours. Didn’t cost an arm and a leg, and we were on our way in a timely manner. Thanks so much! Will come back again.

Finally an automotive place where a woman was respected and they answered all my questions and even walked me back into their mechanic shop area to show me!!! I found my new car place! The Manager upfront Mark was very polite, cordial and informative! Thank you Mark and Tires Plus!

Total scammers and will lie straight to your face! Tried saying our vehicle was too unsafe on the roads with how bad our brakes where. Even wrote down on paper everything that supposedly needed to be done. (Thanks great evidence you gave us!)NOT a reputable place at all! Reporting this Tires Plus to the BBB and their Corporate office. Makes you give at least 1 star in order to post......but seriously, zero stars!

Is it possible to be dissatisfied with free service?Yes, yes it is.Had 3 leaky tires and asked them to check for leaks and clean the beads as that was where it was probably leaking from.Tech told me no leaks, problem was from the cold temps.So....cold weather only affects 3 out of 4 tires?What about the summer? Still losing air during the summertime.When I made the appointment I told them this would need to be done and whatever it cost was fine. No problem they said. But on that day, nope...sorry no time for that today, were short-handed.So...why did I make an appointment a week in advance then?

Had the greatest service this morning. Came in for new tires, oil change, and alignment and was told about 2.5-3 hours of work. They were able to put 2 technicians on my vehicle and I was out within 1.5 hours! My first time going here for service and I will definitely return. Thank you for making busy day a little easier!

Spoke to two different managers about leaving my car parked outside with keys locked in it after they were done so I could pick it up on a holiday. Was assured that could happen, yet sure enough when I went to retrieve my car before going out of town it was locked inside with nobody around.

The staff here is great and walks you through the process.

We would definitely recommend this shop for repair to your vehicle. Our car broke down while traveling thru the area near their shop a hour before they were going to close. They even showed us what was wrong with our car and put our car as a priority the next day when the parts came in so we could get home ASAP. They stayed Longer so we could wait inside for the hotel shuttle instead of getting drenched in the rain.

They wanted to charge me $1500 to do some work. Claimed it would take 8 hours to finish it. Went to a second shop and they did it for $400 and it took them a couple hours to do the same job. Don’t let them do any work without getting a second opinion.

Book an apt online and got to Tires Plus 10 min before my Oil Change to make sure they had time to check everything in. The Gentleman behind the counter said they were a bit behind today but that i shouldnt be a problem. 1hr 45min later my car was finally done with a basic oil change. When i got a Snippy with the service manager he said that he warned me and it was my choice to stay while the work was being done. Will NEVER be going back and have told people around be to avoid Tires Plus!!!

They were very friendly but told me my tire was not repairable because the tire was punctured with two nails. I took it over to costco for a second look and there was only one nail, and was repaired without issue. While im sure it was a mistake, I almost bought a set of new tires for no reason. Like I said, very friendly, but didnt take the time to actually check if both nails, or at least what they thought were nails, an air leak test.

These guys are great.... I was in and out in 1 hour...same day...new tires..interest free. So cute and friendly. Very helpful to single woman. 2nd set of tires from them.

Went here to get my squealing serpentine belt fix. Told me they tighten as much as possible. Belt started to squeak day afterwards. Call them and they said thats how its suppose to be and if it keeps squealing then replace it. But Ive already replaced the belt before bringing the car to them but they keep suggesting to get a new belt. Went to my Brother in law, he pulled the alternator tight and not the tension bolt and we solved the problem. This was what I suspect was the problem but didnt have the time to fix it myself. Even though Ive brought it up with them they refuse to listen and says they are the experts. I guess in the end I have to do it myself. Which was what I was trying to avoid due to time constraint. Not everyone that brings cars to mechanics are useless about cars. 2 star for friendly service but knowledge of the mechanics are less than desirable.

This store goes above and beyond to help you. Came in 5 min before closing the time that every employee hates I got welcomed by Ian and David came over to offer some advise. After taking the advise Rob came over to help both finish the job. I wish every buisness I frequented had employees like these guys! Great service will be back.

Was out of town and broke down. These guys squeezed me in same day, on a Sunday, and got me back on the road that night. Some of the most fair prices Ive seen, and quality work.

I was a walk in and talked to Mark the manager there and did not have an appt for my grinding brakes and due to their other customer appts as they were VERY BUSY I was still able to drop my car off with no appt and they had it fixed in the afternoon the very next day. I’ve had work done here in the past and they have done a good job. Only problem is now I’ve been here for 1.5 hours (10 min before appointment time) and they are finally getting at it.

Always friendly, and they do great work. They will let you know what needs attention, but never make you feel like they are just trying to get more work done just for the sales dollars.

Rented a U-Haul but I did not ultimately need and they refunded the price except for the day I had it which is fair. Woman very friendly and efficient returned it when they were not there and they credited my credit card very nicely of them!

Visited today to get the tires supposedly that they ordered to match one I have to make a winter pair for the rear of my truck. Same tires Ive been putting on the rear every winter for the last 7 years.I even had one of them laying in the back of the truck so they had an example of what it was.you think I was speaking Swahili or something it took 5 explanations to get them to realize where to even put the tire on the truck. Then they called me a liar several times claiming I didnt know what I was talking about and the reason they didnt have the tire is because I told them the wrong one to order. Pretty hard to do when you got an example right in front of you right ?well this went back and forth where to put the tire they dont know what to do they say I lied finally it just escalated to the point where they claim that Im now banned from Tires Plus.I guess this is what you do when you are so inept that you cant do your job that you blame it on the customer. Or better yet is my loving father said, ignorance is bliss and you met three very happy people today. The best part of this whole story is less than an hour ago I drove down to another tire store that Ive used Through The Years purchased two of the tires I wanted within 15 minutes and they put them on the truck.Ill be happy to show the sales receipt to anybody that would like to see it and its also for less money than they were going to charge me. Thank you Lord for your guidance.

Got all 4 new tires and only had for 2 days. My low tire monitor system light went on. Went and checked and sure enough one of the tires is low on air already. Definitely not happy about it and we are going back to figure out why they gave me a defective tire.

Called about a tire needing change cause the vehicle was 9n the side of the road. Took tire to them a got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you!!

I was driving back from Wausau area and my tire gauge light went on. Thankfully, I kept watching it and saw it kept decreasing (aka flat tire). I luckily was able to get to this Tires Plus and explain the whole situation. The attendant, Mark, was suuuuper nice and helpful and was able to schedule me in. Should be noted, I got there at 4:30 and they closed at 5. Both him and the tech went above and beyond and were very very nice, helpful and easy to talk to in this stressful situation. They easily could have turned me away since I made them work past 5, but they didn’t. Honestly they turned my day around and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend this tires plus.

So our appointment was at 10 o clock. they finally pulled our car in at 1030 and didnt start actually changing the tires until 11am. the job was finished at 1230. I asked about the excessive time to do the job and was dismissed with an attitude. wont be going back there.

Have been going to Tires plus for about 20 years now. From Florida to up here in Wisconsin. Spent alot of money here too! My last visit was to pick up my car on February 18, 2020 between 6pm and 630 pm. I dropped my car off 2 days prior to have the car checked to see why it was shaking when coming to a stop. After 2 days I was told it COULD be couple things wrong but nothing in paticular over the phone. When I went in to pick up my car cause I wasnt going to pay a whole bunch of money that wasnt going to fix the car the gentleman behind the counter then told me that to check that problem it would be more money!!Anyway, he was very rude and he didnt even look at me. Very discusted. Will never bring my car here again.
