This small family owned used car dealership was a good experience for my wife and I. We didnt want to go with a big dealership due to the fact we werent looking for a brand new vehicle at the time. Richie Autos owner and staff made us feel like we were family because they were friendly, honest and easy to work with from the minute we walked in so customer service was excellent. Located in Appleton, WI they are a nice little hidden gem used car dealership we found. We had a little issue with our vehicle once we got it home just few days after we purchased it but brought it back to the shop and got it situated right away. Its a used car dealership so dont expect the vehicle to be in brand new condition inside and out. However I must say Richie Auto does make the effort to sell good qaulity and reliable used vehicles at an affordable price. Do have confidence that they will get you in a reliable used vehicle of your choice. They have a great selection of used vehicles on their lot. You simply cannot go wrong with them. I bought a car from here and I love it but the doors dont lock using the remote or the switch on the door panel. They looked at it and have to order a part for it said they will call me when it comes in and swap it out. The are very friendly and good people and I can see they take great care of their customers

I bought a 2013 sonic chevy from Richie automotive 10-2020. After I took it home I noticed a few weeks later the car did have a few issues as most used cars would. Danielle the owner insisted that I bring my car back in untill the issues were resolved. My friend bought a car from here (the other review from April 16). She had coolant issues as soon as she bought it. She never once demanded for anything. As soon as she requested her money back the female owner ran inside and locked the door claiming my friend was being combative. These people will take your money and claim the victim stating they have a daughter to raise acting like that makes them better people. She said my friend is sad and that shows her character... Shes the one robbing people of time and money! Dont BUY A CAR HERE CONSIDER THIS YOUR SIGN!

Would definitely not recommend, I went there for a tune up and ended up leaving with more problems than before also from Just going in for only A tune up my breaks went out on me with my kids in the car coming up to a red light, thank god no cars were in front of me and thank god we didn’t get T boned. Stay away from this shop, they will mess your car up and then when you ask them to fix the problem they started they make you pay more and still don’t fix the problem .Let me rephrase this, my boyfriend took my car in, I’m just writing the review, look up the name Donovan S guarantee you’ll see it, if not I’ll be happy to post the receipts as well.

Bought an amazing car from them! Had one little issue with needing a transmission flush. They did it quickly and I didn’t even need to make an appointment! They were super friendly, didn’t pressure me, didn’t play the BS numbers game with me like most dealers do when I gave them the price I was willing to pay on the vehicle I was looking at. They were very upfront and honest and I got a great deal! They probably could have sold the vehicle I bought for $1,000+ more than I paid. Ive owned my car for less than a year when I started having issues with my engine. Recently I was slapped with a $4,000 estimate for an engine rebuild. When I purchased this vehicle the salesman assured me that the engine problems were fixed in the model year before my Equinox and that as a company they fix the engines before they put them out for sale. Both were lies. After I started experiencing the car problems, multiple friends and family came forward with stories of how Richie Auto has a reputation for selling cars with bad engines. I trusted this dealership to sell me a car that I could depend on after having years of constant car problems. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere for a vehicle.Edit: I called to follow up about my car problems, an employee took my name and number but I never received a call back.

I bought a 2006 acura. They said they put new tires on. i brought it in the shop and they told me it was the wrong size and alignments all off. Called back to see if they would compensate and they wouldnt then hung up on me. Insisted that my mechanic lied to me. My mechanic is my sisters boyfriend of 10+ year.
