Never have i ever had to ask for help 4 time the worst customer service experience and I had to get 6 new shoes not coming here again

Has nice shoes. Wish they had more for the womens section though. When it gets crowded in there its hard to get help from someone because theyre trying to help everyone. I felt bad for the workers honestly.

Military discount is weird even if you have your ID they want you to use a proof app and they never have any 12s or 13s or 14s size shoes but there staff are great

I mean the experience wasnt all bad but.... I feel that this champs store wasnt that good tbh the employees are kind and funny but like I said I feel this store is missing like more shoes and doesnt really gets the attention it need unlike other champs store.

Shoes overpriced but you can at least see them & try them out

The workers in here are lazy and unwelcoming. I was in this last friday 4/5/19 and the employee was sitting there with his hand up his shirt looking around like a lost dog. I along with 2 younger guys walked in after me, none of us were greeted or asked if we needed help, which I did. I had a few hundred dollars I wanted to spend on shoes. I asked for help eventually and the employee wasnt very knowledgeable about the upcoming yeezy 350 v3 that are releasing soon and whether or not you will have them. Oh well, almost all of the employees in the mall pretty much suck. But especially this guy.

I ORDERED ITEMS ONLINE, WHAT CAME WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS TRACKED. DIFFERENT SIZE AND DIFFERENT STYLE. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. THE PACKAGING INSIDE WAS THROWN TOGETHER LIKE IT WAS WORTH NOTHING. THE RECIEPT IN EACH PACKAGE WAS CRUMBLED LIKE GARBAGE. I ORDERED MY SOCKS THE SIZE I WEAR, I RECEIVED A SIZE BIGGER. THE SYLE OF HOODIE I ORDERED WAS NOT THE STYLE I WANTED..THE WHOLE REASON I EVEN ORDERED!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN MY YEARS OF ORDERING ONLINE..WOW...I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN I WILL TELL THE PEOPLE AROUND ME MY EXPERIENCE.

Trying to take back some shoes that i got a day ago manager dont wanna take back cause they were used all your shoes u try selling have marks and the manger always trying to clean them up and sell them what a chump but already talked to the big boss of champs! Will be taking shoes back and will never buy from there again
