Good coffee spot. To get your caffeine fix

Over the years this place sure has not progressed in a good direction such a shame.Hardly any stores offering a variety of ages. Turning in to a pretty basic place.

Love this place! A little pricey but hey, the coffee and coffee drinks there are delicious! Would highly recommend over Starbucks.

Got the cookie and cream chiller. Just like a frappuccino. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. Definitely will be back

The coffee is fine, but certainly does not justify the price (1 small Chiller and 1 medium Chiller was $13.55 😳), and there is no customer service.

Excellent coffee located in the Fox River Mall. I stop here every time I visit the mall. The service is excellent. The quality is comparable to a more well known competitor and the prices are reasonable too.

Went in to try something new, and the barista working was very nice and very helpful, the drink he suggested was delicious.

My wife and I have had Gloria Jeans Coffee in the past, but it was always just so/so. We decided to try it again while we were walking around the mall and had the absolute best experience ever. Their was one specific barista there that made our visit over the top excellent! We walked in and right away he asked if he could give our son a cookie. After we ordered our drinks, he’d asked a couple questions to make sure I got the drink I’d wanted. And the best part, he gave me latte art before putting my lid on! Fantastic experience, I only wish I would have caught the baristas name!

The service is always fantastic and the coffee options are amazing!

This is a cute coffee shop in a mall. It has some character and the staff are friendly. There are not a ton of flavors available but I like my coffee bitter, so Im okay with that. They do have non dairy options. They have treats as well if youre feeling peckish. They move the orders along quite efficiently. My coffee was delicious and not so hot that it burned me- they could explain temperature management to Starbucks.

Gloria Jeans has good drinks, but you need to be selective. I love the frappe.

A decent place for both coffee drinkers, and non-coffee drinkers. Some days, Gloria Jeans seems better than Starbucks (of course not all the time). Every time we go to the mall we have to stop and get drinks at Gloria Jeans.

The service was great for those I was with but there are little to no nondairy options here. I was unable to order anything due to medical complications with any dairy products and the possibility of cross contamination.

Good coffee

If you enjoy burnt coffee this is your place. Orders a cup and before taking a sip you could smell it was burnt. Tasted it and was horribly burnt like 2 day old gas station coffee. Asked the barista for a different fresher cup and was told I would have to pay for it. Glad to know that only burnt coffee will be served at your establishment.

Butter toffee is my go to coffee. Yhey have many different coffees and you can try small amounts to see if you like them

I went in about 2 days ago and was serviced by a very rude man who had a thick middle earsten accent. He was INSANELY rude to the other lady’s that worked there! I would quit if I were them! I have no idea how they handle it But at least the drink was good.

One of my favorite places to go when I need coffee! Prices arent bad for the quality of what you are getting.

Good coffee

My wife and I stopped there a few weeks ago for a cappuccino. Cost $9.04. The absolute most awful cappuccino ever. Drink was warm, tasteless and the 16 oz cup was filled about 75% full. Never again. How could so much go so wrong. Sent e mail to corp service and no response. Not surprising.

I tried to order a drink and the cashier was clueless about what I was requesting yet I ordered it a few times... The other workers around the cashier wasnt even trying to assist the cashier so I walked out...
