I did not have my eyes tested with Target Optical but was treated as if I had. They are very professional. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best frame for my face shape, taking time and not making me feel rushed. I love my new frames, and how how much clearer everything appears. Get the bluing in the lenses!I did have to wait 5 weeks for my prescription. The lab is in Texas and was just hit with a terrible snow and ice storm. Also I ordered around the time of health insurance policies renewing for the year, and a government stimulus check being issued. Trifecta of unintended consequences.I will definitely return to Target Optical for my pair of prescription glasses.

I always have a great experience when getting my vision exam completed at Target Optical/Packerland Eyecare. Doctor Dierks is pleasant and professional, as well as efficient yet thorough. I highly recommend her if your new to the area or looking to change providers. The rest of the office staff is also friendly and helpful. They politely and genuinely gave their opinions when I asked how frames looked on me. The staff also is doing an amazing job during these wacky covid times; keeping things clean and orderly while also triaging patient flow as people pop in to pick up their glasses or are coming in for an appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Dierks for awhile now. I was a bit worried about going to get my annual exam with all the COVID-19 pandemic things going on. The Target Optical staff and Dr. Dierks really eased my hesitation on going in for my exam. Once there, they were all so professional and accommodating, I felt very comfortable and safe! I purchased my contacts as well as my glasses same day and the staff in the optical area were very helpful in finding a frame I liked. I am SO PICKY! Thank you again to Target Optical and Dr. Dierks! You have a customer for life.

I had an exam at a different optometrist in Appleton, and bought my glasses online. I just needed them to be adjusted to fit correctly on my face, so I did not see a doctor here. Matt, the team member helping me out showed exceptional customer service. He gave me a very detailed analysis of the quality of glasses that I had purchased. He was able to point out the various ways in which they should fit and how they didnt. He was able to adjust them perfectly for my face and eyes. He did not charge me for the information and the work, but requested that I told 3 people about my experience. This is the best way I could come up with to reach a large number of people.All told, I would stop going to my other optometrist, stop buying glasses online, and go to Target Optical just because of the excellent quality of service that I received at this location.

Dr. Sarah is sweet and very good.The rest of the staff are rude and cranky. Clearly do not want to be there. I ended up paying about $500 more out of pocket, because when I asked the receptionist if I was covered She told me that “they excepted my insurance”. But come to find out later it was clear to them on their end that Target optical was not “in network” for my insurance. And my insurance would’ve covered 100% somewhere that was in network. I think it’s just despicable for her to be that disgusting of a person to use miss leading terms. I am just a working mom I do not speak insurance. I feel so missed lead.

Dr. Sarah is amazing! Beth and Amanda were both incredibly friendly and very helpful. I have had an all around great experience and will return for all of my familys eye care needs.

Awful experience. Had a slight issue with my insurance card - didn’t have enough information on it for billing. The reddish/brown haired woman called my insurance and was super rude. She was practically yelling at the insurance representative. She was talking so loud on the phone that the people in the lobby were literally laughing at how rude she was being. It was so embarrassing. I wanted to just cancel my appointment right then and there. When it was finally my turn to see the optimaligist the reddish/brown haired woman AGAIN started talking about my insurance in front of everyone! The entire story again. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I am never going here again. Invest in some customer service training. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Sarahs a great Eye doctor, very friendly and personable. I would give her 5 Stars if it were just her working in that office. Unfortunately, that is not the case- I had a very negative interaction with the 2 Receptionist there. Very rude and arrogant. Had a question is regards to the bill and it was instantly met with an attitude from the front desk and my order was shipped to the Store Location (which is fine), but they gave me the option to ship to my local address, which I requested. Not a great experience.

Dr. Dierks goes above and beyond for her patients, connecting with them, and making sure that their eye care needs are met.

The receptionist Beth was incredibly rude over the phone. I have never experienced such bad customer service. SOME of the things she said over the phone after I was unable to reach anyone for DAYS:“You know we don’t open until 9” (it was 9 on the dot when I called)“I have no idea how you wouldn’t have been able to get ahold of anyone but what do you want”“I don’t understand why you can’t just drive to the Green Bay office. It’s not like the roads are bad.”All I was trying to do was get a copy of my sons perception.Beth.is.awful. I wish I could give less than a 1 Star.

Had to update my review. Last year was 3 stars with disappointment with staff, excluding Dr. Diercks but honestly the whole experience this time around is absolutely not worth going back to.; From the messages left, to the emails sent, to the blatant rudeness from any and all communication, I struggle to understand how they stay in business. We will be cancelling all future appointments and not come back.

Dr Sara is great. Thats where the service ends. Receptionists are so rude! Dont spend your money here. There are too many choices to be treated so poorly.

Friendly optometrist at first but completely unprofessional. Staff is the same way. Do their best to get you money but completely unprofessional. Would never go back.
