They seem to be adjusting their times as if its a mom and pop store and someone felt like closing early. Very frustrated that we called several times and nobody answered the phone and the business has no recording for open times. How is anyone realistically going to shop here when they change the hours randomly and have no platform to inform customers? We arrived when Google said it was open to find manual printed signs on the doors.Epic fail Kay Jewelers. Apparently my fiancee and Is kiss wont ever begin with Kay.PS. Its extremely difficult to find your entrance. 15 minutes to drive there by GPS. 10 minutes to find your specific store front once GPS is done. The sign on the front of your store is not visible from east bound Calumet. I only knew were you were because the map said you were by A&W. When I got to the entrance roads, your sign is actually behind the bank driveway leading an unknowing person to turn down the incorrect un-connected parking lot. I might suggest putting a sign by your actual entrance to your parking lot.

Very rude employee. My fiance had to hand over his ID to pick up my wedding band. The employee looked at it and said whoa this is you My fiance has leukemia and lost his hair. Made him feel horrible and self conscious about himself. Even if he didnt have cancer, that employee had no right to comment on his appearance like that.

Oh. My. Goodness! Very very anxious to get jewelry from this incredibly hyped store. My boyfriend bought me a ring for my birthday, and took me to the store to get sized. The entire process was simple and put me at ease even though we paid in cash. We were promised it would come in four days and an email would be sent out, and even though there was no email the ring arrived safely and on time! The lovely woman that helped us even remembered our faces when we walked back in and seemed just as excited as I was about the ring. An absolute 12/10 experience! I was enchanted.

I went in nervous and expecting to have a difficult time picking out rings with my girlfriend, but just Haley and Dana made my whole experience wonderful. They went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. We walked out of there with an absolutely amazing ring and an equally beautiful ring on layaway. They never made us feel pressured to pick anything and made us feel at ease with the whole process, without any judgement for having to put a ring on layaway. I cant wait to pick up our other ring and look forward to buying more jewelry from this store. If you are having any nervous feelings about looking at jewelry then go here, these girls can handle anything you throw at them.

You really should update your website!!! The location in the appleton mall is no longer open...wasted trip! SMH!

I have delt with 2 different sales people on three separate visits and each time they both gave their 100% attention and took the time to listen to me and did NOT in any way pressure or try and persuade me to make a purchase I was not happy with or unsure of. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

If they are closed to walk in traffic and not doing cleanings and repairs at this time, they should put that under their hours of operation. Drove a half hour to get there and found out it was a water trip. INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
