I recently took my Viking Sapphire in for cleaning and inspection. This is the first I have used Sew N Sew machine services. I was pleased to hear that the machine would be serviced on site. The staff were very helpful. When I brought my machine home, I couldnt believe how much quieter it sounded and the stitches look perfect. It is so nice to be able to have such expertise available. I am new to the area and new to sewing. Each staff member has been extremely helpful every time I have been in the store - at least 5 times. I cannot wait to take some classes. They had everything I needed to get started in sewing. I recently purchased a new machine and could not be happier with the machine and the time the staff and owner took to help me make the right choice. I took my time, and there was no pressure on me ever. I believe they are there to assist and teach about sewing (and of course sell good products).

The owner and staff here are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable!!! I got a great deal on a new sewing machine. Can’t wait to purchase a new sewing cabinet! The selection of sewing furniture, including chairs, is awesome!!! Good quality fabric and the best selection of specialty buttons, thread and patterns!!

The staff was very friendly as I walked in the store in Appleton for the first time. Bonnie was very informative as to all the machines we looked at. Had a great experience at the store. My mom has been a long time customer and I had gone in look at a used machine. I was shown the machine that I had gone in to look at and got to try it out. I was never pressured into a sale and she never tried to up sell. I led the conversation and ended up leaving with a new machine that better fit my needs. Thank you!

August 2020:I recently took my first quilting class with Ann. She was a great teacher! I really liked how she explained various methods and the pros and cons of them. She also taught me features of my machine I didn’t know about :) She was very good at helping each of us at the different points we were at to keep us all busy and yet provided the basics of quilting to all of us.April 2020:The gal on the phone was very thorough since we couldn’t do the transaction face to face. She was very appreciative of my business as well.

Great place to purchase a sewing machine! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. During the recent Safer at Home restrictions they went out of their way to assist my wife so she was able to continue her sewing projects. They have a great rewards program also!

Went to inquire about getting my serger fixed. I understood if it was going to take a while or if they couldnt. Lady instead very harshly and pointing at another customer informed me they only focus on their people.

I recently attended a sewing class with Bonnie. She is a wealth of knowledge with ways to make things easier. The staff is always helpful, and they carry a great line of sewing/embroidery machines!

The team is very prompt and accommodating to my needs. I always enjoy interacting with them as they are very personable. Each individual is very knowledgeable about their products and sewing in general. My visit yesterday was with Ann, Richie and Annie. Each one of them ensured I was getting the help I needed. Truly a great team!

It was an accuquilt event and it was good. I would like to has seen more demos on different dies but the staff I can not say enough about they are always right there to answer any question you might have or get anything you would need. The store is always neat and clean. Enjoy going there

I highly recommend Sew N Sew. They have the best staff in both the Appleton and Waupaca stores. I learn so much from the classes. Also the classes are very reasonably priced. The staff is always willing to help and answer questions anytime I come into the store. Besides that the merchandise is top quality from the sewing machines, patterns, software and even the notions.

As a new (entry level) quilter, I appreciate the fact that I am treated with respect when I come in your store. No one is amused or condescending regarding my very basic questions. I am very excited to start my Beginner Quilting class next week!

Sew N Sew has a great choice of good fabric. There staff is always very helpful and you do not feel rushed to make choices. They offer classes in many areas and offer teaching while enjoying time spent with fellow sewers. I would recommend anyone to go and see all that Sew N Sew has to offer.

Very informative class in teaching me how to use my new machine! They have all the supplies and attachments I need for my machine. I only wish that the fabric selection was more modern. Im a young, new sewer and want more of a modern collection to choose from.

Ann is an excellent teacher, and the sewing room is so nice along with all the friendly people. A nice location with plenty parking. A must place to visit.

I love my three HV sewing / embroidery machines and I have always been happy with their service. Their primary business is sewing machines, accessories, thread, embroidery needs, etc. They carry some fabric, not as much as the quilt stores dedicated mainly to fabric.I took my first quilting class there and they have always been the first place I look when class schedules come out.Loyal customer for nearly nine years!!

I cant express eloquently enough how much I appreciate Bonnie, Ann and the rest of the staff at Sew-N-Sew. They have literally taught me everything I know. They always go above and beyond in every area from teaching to machine service. I can always rest assured that if any question or problem arises they will make sure things get taken care of.
