Great store with an amazing demi and meat counter. Try the burgundy spoon roast, its amazing. Store is always very clean. Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Customer service cant be beat; however, the same cant be said for the prices. Many items can be found elsewhere for much better prices. Great quality produce as well.

Well laid out store. Only bad thing was being asked 3 times if I wanted to buy popcorn from the boy scouts posted right by the exit.

We had them make cupcakes for my daughters baby shower. They were fantastic! We had so many compliments from our guests.

Julia in the bakery is the best!! There was a little mishap with the cake I ordered for my kids birthday and she took care of us! She does amazing work and has great customer service!!

This festivals bakery department was perfect for our wedding desserts! We had 4 flavors of cupcakes, cookies, and an angel food cake for our cutting cake. Everything was delicious and loved by all of our guests! We loved having desserts that were tasty, pretty, and were also great for our budget. Deanna and Laurel worked with us and made the special order process a breeze.

Festival is easily one of the most expensive grocers in the area, but this location is commendable for its focus on service. Most every employee will greet you if you walk past them! The deli has a lot of delicious options, but unfortunately we no longer purchase meat here since it always comes in plastic bags.

We love the pre-cooked foods in the deli department! We usually can put together an entire meal inexpensively a couple of nights a week and its always good. The cream puffs in the bakery are the best too!

I visited the store I was a unfamiliar with. There was a big accident down the street. I had to re route to find my way back to the to find my way back to the highway

Festival always provides a pleasant, clean shopping experience. The selection is great, and the natural foods section is top notch. Prices are in line with other regular grocery stores like Pick N Save, etc, and sales are usually pretty good. Customer service is always amazing.

Megan was about the rudest checkout girl I have ever had. On Friday afternoon, 5/14/2021 while standing second in line she looked at me and informed me I could go to the service desk and they could help me. Very confused, I took two steps then spun around and asked her why I couldnt just be checked out by her, in addition there were people in line at the service desk. She replied Oh great... thats fine. She then proceeded to tell me Ill be right back and walked off as I started placing my items on the belt. The boy bagging then stepped up and took care of me. Unbelieveable rudeness, management should really speak to her.

The team at this store are absolutely top notch! The manager’s must have a gifted leadership style because the high school and young adults that work here are the most customer focused and polite workers you could ask for! The store is always spotless, the departments stocked and fresh, and smiles and help at the ready!

Huge grocery store with best prices in town. Large liquor/beer area, deli and meat/seafood counter. Fresh bakery: pies, bread, pastries, buns, etc. Company is great at supporting local community events and charities. Oh, largest ice cream and novelty selection Ive ever seen. Most / all Festival Foods are clean and staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people. This location has an Amazon Locker pickup station.

Today @848 a lady pushed her cart into a car corral it went out the other side across the parking lot missing all the cars and parked itself in another cart coral. Mind blown! Even the carts are awesome!!

During these crazy times I do a lot of pick up and the people working there are always wonderful. The website to shop isnt quite as friendly and quite difficult to use at times. For that reason O must give it a 3 star rating.

Unless the item is on sale, most products are noticeably marked up compared to competitors. Generally great quality produce. Sometimes hit and miss on having everything on your list.

I ordered my baby boy’s Birthday CupCake - Cake and it turned out Fabulous!! It was a T-Rex! I had no idea Deanne would decorate the shape and the sides of the Birthday CupCake! I highly recommend and would definitely come back for more! They’re so accommodating and decorate it with their heart! ❤️❤️❤️ Best ever!!!!A year later, and I have to give it less stars. Sadly, I ordered another cake for my daughter (Mermaid Tail - specifically teal/blue fading into pink showing the scales). What we got was absolutely nothing we asked for. Design was something else and the tinies mermaid which didn’t look pretty at all. We were so disappointed and my daughter was so upset. 😳😳😳 I don’t know how just a Mermaid Tail design went to that whole scenario on the cake?! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Festival takes customer safety seriously. Selection is as good for most products considering the times we live in. Produce one of the best in the area. I use other markets only for specialty items and I dont fault them they cant carry everything. Good every day market for the weekly shopping trip.

I called the meat department today and spoke to the manager Eric. I tried to put in a special order to pick up tomorrow for a couple Cajun chicken breasts along with some other flavors. He refused my order because Cajun breasts weren’t available through their online pickup ordering. He Tried to tell me they never have Cajun breasts even though I buy them every single time they have a chicken sale, and I know people in their meat department who also confirmed that they always have them during their meat sale. I also worked there for several years and no that’s not true. I guess they want me to spend my money elsewhere.

I only went there once because it is the farthest from my home and they are open 24 hours 24/7 . This got to be a big advantage to shift workers. The place looks like a good place to shop. I found it very easy to locate things i was looking for. Employees very friendly and helpful.

Has the best meats at a grocer in the city. If the butcher shop is closed, this is the place to go!! They are more pricey, however you are paying for quality.

My husband really enjoys Festy Chips; however this time we found hard chunks of chicken in with the chips. These bags of chips are not refrigerated. Very unsanitary.😪
