I had a positive experience ordering a SE X1S microphone which was packed well, shipped promptly and received in good condition. I like supporting a local business (especially a Wisconsin one -- go Badgers) that can compete with the big boys. That said, there are a couple of dings I have to make. One is that they seem to be out of stock on quite a bit. I wanted to say the other was that they seem to have bankers hours but many banks these days are open Saturdays and even Sundays. The more limited hours and stock situation makes them less of an option at times which is unfortunate. Sometimes you need something pronto on a Saturday or Sunday or even during the week and youd like to be able to drive there and get it on the spot if necessary. If they have it in stock and can take, process and get your order to you promptly they are worth a shot. (I always like dealing with a place, too, where if theres a problem you can get in the car, drive there and resolve it on the spot face-to-face.)

You would think a pro audio would have live sound, they have nothing, and they just sit behind the desk and dont give you the time of day, oh if your not vaccinated they dont want your business, FYI, we are not vaccinated and did not wear a mask.

Ive been trying to give my business to sellers besides Amazon. I saw a Misfits branded Blackstar Fly 3 mini amp and decided to try these guys out. David, a true audio expert, helped me to craft the perfect custom solution for a client of mine to capture their audio for podcasts!I personally just moved to the valley from Boulder CO and I happen to come across this store by random chance-boy was I pleasantly surprised. Big city knowledge, small town personal service!!!! I highly recommend this to anybody in need of home studio, professional studio, or any other audio engineering or mixing/mastering needs.

Dont buy anything off ebay from these people their custom service is terrible. And they need to stop blaming the COVID19, Ive ordered things from Amazon ( not using the prime btw) and got delivered quicker.
