Genuinely Divine.I had my very first snow cone over the weekend, and went back after I had dinner later that night, and came back again the next day. Im hooked. I let them pick my flavors for me all 3 times and each time was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend. You cant go wrong.

Best Sno-cone in the valley. This place serves true shaved ice (not crushed ice). Its as close to Hawaiian as you will get in the continental US. Lots of flavors and the service was awesome!

Excellent customer service! I came to Tropical Sno a few times over the past summer and the experience was great every time!! The facility was always very clean and neat...something I really appreciate in a place serving food and beverage items. The staff was very friendly too! I also appreciate the fact that we were given the choice whether to wear masks or not...really appreciated that as well! Overall, just a great experience and will refer others to the ice cream shop!!!! Another satisfied customer!

I went not long ago and theyre on point with the snowballs I get in the south (if you dont know what they are those puppies are sinful)!! And the pricing is super good for what you get.. I suggest looking at the sizes first cause they really fill it up!

Very nice shaved ice store, they have 5 or 6 sugar-free syrups which is nice and the snow is very fine. Prices are reasonable for what you receive and staff is friendly.

Weve been frequenting this business all summer. Thank goodness they decided to open at calumet & Schaeffer, close to the house. Of all our summer visits, never has an experience been anything but 5 stars...and I have been through some punch cards there. The staff is very friendly, product is always in stock, weve had fun conversations, and it is a clean establishment. Well miss you this winter, but believe me, we will see again in April. Friendly staff and amazing snow cones! There were so many flavor combinations available, and there was also the option to choose your own flavors. The color-changing spoon was the cherry on top of a great experience! Will definitely be back.

I have a lot of food allergies the owner was super patient in answering all my questions. The store was very clean. I appreciated that after I ordered it was very easy to social distance while waiting for my treats. The portions are great for the prices. I would highly recommend a visit.

There was only one person working when we first walked in and we had a huge order. There was a quite a line forming behind us, but the employee working was very quick and friendly. As soon as the other employee arrived he jumped right in and started ringing up the customers in line as well as helping to get our order completed. Great service and great prices!

When walking in the door, the first thing I noticed was the staff greeting you and how clean the place was. All of the staff were very friendly. I was also very shocked at the amount of flavors Tropical Sno offers. Will definitely be coming back!

Stay away from this business, reason below!I almost walked into here for my 1st time tonight, but then I saw the No Masks sign, but then decided no way in heck am I going in there. We are under a national emergency, and there is an order issued. Masks are required in all businesses, due to the national emergency of COVID-19. This business doesnt care about the safety of their customers or employees, or even care to follow the law. They werent enforcing social distancing guidelines, with like 20 customers in their tiny location. Snow cones are a tasty thing, but not when the owner doesnt care about the health & wellbeing of their customers or employees. Masks are a requirement now, and the main way people are going to survive this national emergency.I probably would have became a frequent customer, but I will never step foot in this business due to their lack for caring about wellbeing of anyone.

The mask issue many have put down, dont understand the mask simply do not work. The boxes even tells you this.. I wouldnt mind giving my business to this business and it wouldnt affect me at all that mask are not required. If this virus was so deadly as they have said on tv, this place would have had many sick.. yet no one has been sick and everyone is safe and able to politely smile and conversate as normal as we should!! :)I love supporting companies who know the true agenda and are willing to stand for truth. Came here with family and we were excited to try this place out. However, as we were walking up to the door it said NO MASKS REQUIRED and there was no saftey guidelines and no social distancing at all inside. They are not following the state mask mandate. They will never get our business since it seems like safety for their employees and customers is on the back burner.
