Don’t waste your time taking your children here. Most of the instructors are over weight wanna be has beens, and undisciplined. Especially one of the lead “instructors”. You are better off taking your kids to the YMCA. This place is a disgrace to martial arts. I would be surprised if any student ever became nationally ranked in NASKA. They hand out black belts like candy. Any non martial artist could easily combat there so called trainers. Folks don’t waste your time. I mean this is only the 3rd review as well.

My girls love going there, they have learned alot.
