Its not a piece I would move to

This is a place to stay away from. The lack of parking forces everyone to park on already narrow streets. The snow and trash cans add a ever shrinking dimension to a major issue. In addition the sheer lack of non functioning car and truck is staggering, one could actually start a scrap yard with the amount of junk cars found on the streets.

They look nice big on the inside nice place to leave.

Everything seemed pretty friendly to me!, of course parking is like any other mobile home park, theres not much of it, I do home improvements and painting for a living and I worked on one of the mobile homes in the park, so I did get a idea of the general atmosphere which once again I would call friendly...

It was great
