We were incredibly, utterly pleased with the patio project Earthscape just completed at our home! My wife and I could not be happier. This is where the description awesome comes into context. Their workers, Tim and Rob, worked so hard and were very pleasant, friendly young men, which means a lot to us older people. Those guys went beyond the scope of the project, I think so my wife and I could get out and enjoy the finished product sooner than we thought possible. They were extremely professional, polite and very helpful every step of the way. After meeting with Jason, I was provided with an estimate on a timely manner, along with a 3D Design showing me the Paver Patio, and lighted walkway we discussed. I really enjoyed working with Jason and his crew, they had us enjoying our new outdoor area in no time! If you want a job done that is authentic, excellent attention to detail and stands out above and beyond the rest, I highly recommend them to everyone!

The guys did a great job with my lawn. I fertilized and water like they told me.

Our earthscape representative showed up late to our appointment. The weather was on and off raining so he left his truck running telling me he didnt plan on spending much time with me to hear what we wanted. He took no pictures, took no measurements, told me we dont do trees (as in cut them down) and told me not to bother fixing what we called them for in the first place. I have yet to receive any kind of estimate from them and even if I did would promptly shred it immediately. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Not sure how they plan to stay in business with employees representing them so poorly. We will not be a customer.

Called to set up appointment and they said the job would be to small. They said to call landscape maintenance company but could not even give me the name of one.

We retired and moved to Appleton to be closer to family. We bought a beautiful home, 7 yrs. old, in a lovely neighborhood, but any form of landscaping was absent. Terrible shrubs, no flowers and in need of a nice paved patio. One of my occupations was landscaping, but age, capabilities and time was not on our side. We spotted an ad from EARTHSCAPE in one of the local publications and thought wed give them a try. Having experience in this field made me very critical of any workmanship I would find.EARTHSCAPE is owned by Jason Ehrmentraut, he deals with you direct...and listens! Within 10 days he gave us a printout of the proposed project. I made a few adjustments, settled on a price and it was a go! His crew was awesome...very polite, hard workers, kept us informed as to what they were doing, asking our opinion on some things, and kept everything as neat as possible as they progressed in the transformation. Our yard is now absolutely beautiful and we can hardly wait to entertain! They incorporated beautiful pavers and stone work, planted shrubs, flowers, and sodded bare areas of grass and much more!So...were recommending EARTHSCAPE, you wont believe what it will do to the enhancement of your home!!Thank You,John and Merry Butler

Refused to come to my home to give an estimate because the job wasnt big enough for them. Advised me to use a friend or something Very unprofessional and not interested in our business obviously.
