OTR Driver here. Not the greatest docking area, opposite of other Tractor Supplys in that you slide tandems all the way forward as their dock height requires it, also youll find a couple utility trailers in the way directly in front when your docking, be good if they moved them out of the way. Other than that, friendly staff, unloading good, ovnp is okay, just find a spot, during business hours not much room for ovnp, but doable.

Those people at Tractor Supply in the propane area are lazy,I had to go to the Uhaul down the road and get my propane tanks filled they took care of me and gave even me a discount.

Do not reccomend, I have been using this store for five years, and my visit today was less than satisfactory. As I was in the dog food aisle, I approached a sales associate, I was very polite excuse me mam as I approached her, she proceeded to have a telephone conversation, I could tell by the subject that it wasnt a professional call. I made a second attempt to ask for help and she looked right at me and walked off. Being on the phone in the workplace is unprofessional, but ignoring paying customers is even more unprofessional. I will never step foot in this store again, total rudeness. I believe that they have went through a change in staff, the staff used to be fantastic.

I love working for TSC in Aransas pass!!!! Managers and co workers alike work together as a team. They make it a joy to work for TSC.

Buying American products thats dont need to be replaced 5 times a year good service cant say if the warranty on anything ive bought is any good cause nothing has ever broke or stopped working

Haven’t had an issue until today. Bought some dog food for pick-up, and when I went up to the counter, the lady asked if I had a cart, and I said no. She asks if I’m going to carry it(45lb bag and I’m pretty small), and I said no, can’t someone bring it to my car? (Because every other time I’ve been to any tractor supply someone happily carried it for me. If this wasn’t a normal practice for tractor supply I wouldn’t have been so irritated by this situation. I would have grabbed a cart from the beginning.) She said she couldn’t because she couldn’t lift that much. Which is fine. But there were plenty of staff around who could have done it. The worst part is that after she basically told me I had to go back and get a cart, I came back and a guy I hadn’t seen before brought it to my cart with no effort, and she was nowhere to be seen. He could have brought it out. But I’m pretty sure the lady didn’t tell him the cart wasn’t my idea in the first place. Just a lack of good customer service from her in particular, and I can say that because I’ve worked plenty of cs positions.

Went to buy a chicken coop. One guy started to help me with the box that weighed about 150 pounds then he decided to help someone else. I am 60 years old with bad arthritis!! I had to load the thing in my truck myself! Will never go back there again!

This was the biggest Tractor Supply I’ve ever seen. I loved it. The reason for the 4 stars is the girl at the register wasn’t friendly at all. It is not hard to smile. Just sayin’. I will definitely go back while we’re in this area for my pet supplies, etc.

Need propane, website reads convenient availability under propane section. Get to the store only to learn that they dont start that till 9:00.How about PUTTING THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!and train your employees not to be so rude to customers that would have had no way of knowing this information.

Its Tractor Supply. What else can I say? I have to walk through with blinders, else Ill drain my bank account. Some items are more pricey than other places, yet, they often have good deals on items i need.

Apparently they no longer fill propane tanks, I don’t know, maybe there’s a secret code or a club you have to be in before they will acknowledge your need for propane. Maybe they are just lazy, who knows. Every time I go there, I end up at a different place half a day later getting my tank filled. Waste of time...

I guess they quit selling propane at whatever time? Closes at 7 get a new tank go in to checkout then was told we close in 20 minutes we cant fill your tank. Disappointed. Called prior to arriving no answer then a busy signal. It needs to be posted on the website. I broke my unit down and hi tailed it there for nothing.

They had the mower blade I was looking for when no one else in the area did. The clerk was polite, cheerful and helpful. The whole transaction was quick and painless. I like tractor supply company because I can usually find what Im looking for there and they have lots of cool stuff to look at. Ill be back, I always am...

I love coming to our town Tractor Supply Store, I always find what Im looking for and some. I purchased the best chicken coop. It took me a couple days to assemble it, but it got done; instructions were easy to follow, all the parts were in the box.Thank you, Aransas Pass, TXTractor Supply

Was not expecting this. This store has everything and anything you can possibly pick up for your ranch or so. Great help here too. Also, they have great selection on clothing.

We love tractor supply but we live across the street on Ave A and we would greatly appreciate it if they turned off the music when they close.

Im a handicap person and when I went to the store at Aransas Pass the nice lady Sean who is the checkout told me to stand right there with my Walker she went and got me a chair and set me down she didnt call Thomas one of the workers to go get me what I needed to get so I wouldnt have to try to walk around the store it was very hot outside they were very nice very considerate they even move my car up to the front door for me Thomas did I would give this place a hundred percent and the two people that were were there to help me I think they both need to know Ward for 70 year old woman and my first experience going to Tractor Supply was awesome thank you Tractor Supply for everything

Service was awesome. Helped me find what i was looking for though they didnt have everything i needed. Lady was extremely polite and funny.

Found so many things I needed for starting a garden, seeding my lawn and pet care. Loved it. Service was great also.

I like to get my dogs treats and grooming supplies here, staff are always friendly and helpful, and they let me bring the dogs inside with me so they can pick out their own toys.

I have had some very disgruntled experiences here previously. I habe not been in the store for awhile because of them. This team of people that were there this weekend were so much better.

Pulled in to get propane tank filled in our motorhome. The process was quick, easy, and inexpensive. Service was excellent.

Will never buy anything in this location. Needed an item that was locked up. Asked a store worker for help. Waited 15 minutes. Still no help. Same worker was loitering outside the front door as I made my exit. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my whole life.

Tractor supply is my go to store for tools and supply’s. I have a Water Well Company and we frequently visit Tractor Supply for grease, oil, bolts, hose fittings, welding and safety equipment.

Only problem long check out line!!!!! Only one line open and other employees just wondering around the store.....was there to get LP gas and the employee filling tanks was unable to take payment by Credit cards. Seen one customer get gas and leave without paying!!!!!Just wondering how many times that happens?
