The staff that they have there now are awesome. Darlene is super friendly and very helpful! Have not had any problems since CubeSmart took over at this location.

Clean, well kept facilities. Gated and fenced so only those with codes can enter.

I have a unit at cube smart in Aransas Pass and Darlene is amazing she took care of me just incredibly if you live in the Ingleside Aransas Pass Rockport area stop by CubeSmart and get yourself a climate controlled unit or a outside unit they really take care of their people they really do! so if you’re looking for unit, cube smart is the way to go and Darlene is the person to speak to!

We’ve been will cubesmart well over a year and decided to do auto pay well a while back we had to get a new card, I had my husband call and switch info because not only do we have valuables in our storage but sentimentals as well. We are told that they cut our lock and they have already taken pictures for auction, my husband told them he spoke to an older man well they know exactly who we were talking about because apparently he was off so they couldn’t ask him about it. I’m livid !! Would not even recommend a one star !!!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars to this location and the manager that just used foul language and told me its not my fault that he refused entry to an 81 years old who had medical supplies in the storage during a federal emergency/disaster. My company sent a check to the company listed on the dba. Then he says well no, we will never get it. He then claims he told me that but he did NOT or I wouldnt have set it up to send to him. As a business and personal customer, I will never use them and will tell this story to everyone who thinks it is a good company.

Service was excellent and very professional Courtney was great.

I only give it a 3 and thats kinda being nice because when my husband rented it we didnt put anything in it for a couple of weeks and the white hair man locked us out and told my husband he needed to pay again then i go a month later to pay on it 2 months in a roll to pay on it and it was the days its due and the same man charged me late fees now whats up with that i will not ever use them again until they get there stuff together and i dont know even then and i know almost everyone in all the towns including this one and i just saying but yea i wouldnt use this place

I was able to get this storage room completely online. I never spoke to anyone directly. Filled out the application, set up payment, and was assigned a storage facility. I had a welcome package waiting for me with further information in the storage facility when I arrived. Super easy.

The staff members were friendly and knowledgable. I was attended quickly and efficiently.

Ive been renting a storage since aug. The manager is rude and I guess bipolar. I pay my rent Ive had stuff stolen. Ive been talked to ugly. One star is too much manager needs to retire or take some customer service classes. Or get some prozac

Esther was very informative and gave excellent customer service! She took the time to explain the rates and unit sizes to me and even offered to call me once a unit becomes available. Most places tell you to check their website...not Esther. She was very personable and I truly appreciate her for her help!

The managers were extremely helpful! The prices are reasonable and affordable!! I was able to make a payment online without any hassle!! Whoooop!
