HORRIBLE! No one ever answered the phone is schedule a tire appointment. Not even headquarters could connect me with them. The tires didnt arrive on time. And when I requested a refund, I never got it. I called customer service 3x, each time telling me to wait another 7 to 10 business days. Finally got refunded for the tire price but not the taxes or fees. Im still calling and waiting on that remaining money. DO NOT USE WALMART AUTO CENTERS. Theyve given me a month and a half of a headaches and wasted hours of my time on the phone.
Un knowledgeable rude and ignorant customer service employees. Also I went there at 8:00 in the a.m. there were no customers and I was told I had to come back at 3:00 cuz they were busy. GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRAINED!Ordered 4 tires online, was sent the wrong size. Was told I could pick up the correct ones in store, get there and was told they have 6 in stock great! They didn’t have them and didn’t offer any solution or help. Told me they couldn’t call another store to check; HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel sorry for the young man working there with those two ghetto individuals.
False advertisement on tires, and signage for discontinued tires. Second sales clerk had us moving back and forth between registers unnecessarily.

I went by here to ask a question about the batteries some tires and a jack stand. The whole time I stood here trying to get service it seem like the guy that was standing here did not even acknowledge that I was waiting for help. There was one guy working behind the counter and he was juggling several balls at one time. I wound up leaving the store and not waiting any longer.
I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it relatively quickly and cheaply ($10 vs $32 at NTB/merchants). Charles was polite and even showed me that my tires in the front needed an alignment as they had an uneven wear pattern. The front desk female worker was very professional and approachable (not as described in the previous Google reviews)
Absolute worst!!! I feel that walmart needs to do more training there employees for this department. They need to teach their employees how to communicate with the customers. i called about a online order, and i go no help at all! On top of that they dont want to answer the phone in that department. For all the trouble i rather go to a tire shop instead and pay the extra for common courtesy and professionalism. For walmart to be such a big commodity, Its very frustrating.I wont shop here again . ill go to Target.

Absolutely horrible! I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I brought my car in to get new tires. I explained multiple times on the phone and in person that I believed I only needed my two front tires replaced, but I could do all four if the mechanic said it was needed. AGAIN...was only focusing on the two FRONT tires. I had a Thursday appt. that they cancelled and then rescheduled for Sunday at 9am. I dropped my car off at 8:45am and was quoted an hour and a half if all four were needed to be done. By 11:45am I made an attempt to call myself and no one answered the phone, I then called customer service who went and spoke with someone in automotive and I was told to call back 30 minutes later. When I called back, they told me my car was ready. I went and picked it up and when I got there the man explained to me that they never worked on my car because the back lug nut was broken and they didnt have a phone to call me. I asked why this was not explained to me the multiple times I called through customer service and the mans response was I dont know. AND AGAIN I REPEAT....I wanted my two FRONT tires definitely replaced and my car was not touched AT ALL because of a broke BACK lug nut. Im not a mechanic, but I find it rather perturbing that a supposedly real mechanic cant handle a broken lug nut..........

Customer service with a smile. After realizing that I had a slow leak I had to find a quick shot to get a minor repair. This location is fast and friendly theres not much seating space but not really necessary for the speed at which the service is completed. The knot thing I could suggest is bathrooms in that area since customers who come in via the separate entrance may not want to walk through the store to get to the bathroom as well as a coffee station.
Highly recommend not doing business here The worse customer service everyone has an attitude nobody knows anything they’ll just tell you to call the 1800 number everything is an hour but be prepared to sit there for 3 to 4 hours

Can I give them zero stars? Call them up to ask if they have bandwidth to put on new tire (response: yes). I drive there, wait in line for 20 minutes to be served, they tell me everyone went for lunch. (Who takes lunch at 5:00pm). Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere. You will wait forever.
Called plenty of times and no one answered or the call kept getting transferred until someone hung up. Once I finally got someone on the phone I was told I could come in and get my tires put on my car, once i got to the auto center they told me that I would have to come back in the morning, mind you I went there two hours before close. I came back the next day and no one was there. I wasn’t able to get my tires put on my car until 3 hours waiting for someone to show up, I then waited another 3 hours for my tires to be put on and they were not even balanced. Terrible service and recommend going to another location for your auto care needs.
I was pleased with the service. I had a difficult vehicle with rusted on wheels. Greg was very patient and understanding. The team took their time and made sure I was taken care of. While the wait is longer than expected, its because of their popularity and prices.
The shop was very disorganized. I waited 3 hours to have a tire replaced. There were many customers waiting way past the closing time. You cant really beat Wal-Mart prices, but is it really worth the time traded for affordable service? Walk ins are welcomed but the waiting times might well go beyond what is expected. Ill try to book a time before driving in the next time and see if that makes any difference.
If I could make this a zero I would. I called several times to talk to someone to let them know that I was waiting for a tow truck and needed a tire. They told me that if I didn’t get there by 5:30. I would have to wait until the next day. I’m stranded and they close at 7 pm. I just needed one tire and the manager said they wouldn’t make an exception. Thanks! You just lost a customer. I was going to purchase all four tires there. Now I’ll go somewhere else.
The manager Greg is unprofessional and rude. Walked away from me because he didn’t want to handle an issue. Came in at 8:30 and was told my wait time was three hours. Came back around at 11:30 and ask about my vehicle that was still I. The parking lot...he said there were still four people a head of me and the time they give is an “estimate.” He also informed me that after they pulled me in it would be at least an hour and 20 minutes. I asked if he thought he might let me know because I would be sitting there until about six-seven hours and he acted like it was blasphemy. Three hours later I left with an oil change no tires. Got in my car, wasn’t vacuumed but said “complete” on my paper. No new sticker for my next mileage I was told “the printer is broke and so is the vacuum.” The other associates were more apologetic then the manager. Don’t waste your time. They don’t even have a store manager to complain to it’s “TBD.”
Worst auto care ever! waited for two hours knowing that theyre fixing my tires coz a nail got stuck in it, but end up they dont cater that stuff at that time. it wont hurt to call or text us that they cant do it instead of letting us wait for nothing. hope theres zero stars rating coz thats what they deserve.

All I wanted was 2 new tires, when I showed up it was close to 12:30 pm and as my brother and I waited near 2:45 we saw that my car was sitting in the lot with new tires on them. The tires werent the ones we asked for so the guy up front said he could get them to change them but it would take about 20 minutes, I told him no and that to charge me the correct amount for the tires which they put on my car and since my vehicle had been ready for some time I would like to pay and leave now. Im not sure why they felt I should have waited for my bill when my car was already worked on, it was after 3 oclock and I was running late. They supposedly sped up the paper work and made some corrections on my bill for the wrong brand of tires and holding me up, needless to say I wasnt happy with the situation and I seriously doubt that I will ever use their auto service again.
I had ordered my tire at this location, as it said it was in stock online. When I had arrived, the lady at the front desk informed me it was out of stock. I waited a week and there was no tire, I called the location multiple times and was hung up on before I could even explain my situation.
An hour and a half after handing them my keys and waiting for an oil change my car still hadnt been taken back yet. I had to cancel and ask for my keys back because this was majorly throwing of my schedule.The prices are good and Ive had them do oil changes and replace tires on numerous vehicles in the past, but today they struck out. Would have loved to have been told at the start that there would be an unusually long wait.They definitely need to work on their speed and communications. Will try them again sometime when I have a lot more time on my hands. May edit this review to reflect any improvement if there is one.

I had a few issues with my experience here. No one answers phone when you call, then when you show up to make an appt....and then show up to your appt next day at 8am.....they tell you all mechanics but one called out so you have to wait to 11am. After refusing to wait to 11am they did take my car back at around 815 and it wasnt done until 10:30. After all that they did mount 4 tires but I was highly unsatisfied with the whole process.

One of the worst places to ever get service. Very dishonest people they said they balanced my tires and they never did. Same thing with the woman in front of me who had a child and she said she came back because her car was wobbling. They never did the balancing on her car either.
I needed a battery.. never had an issue getting a battery so it’s my assumption that it’s a relatively easy job for a professional mechanic. 3 1/2 hours after I’ve already paid for it and waited patiently, they “decline the job” because the only guy who seemed to actually be working couldn’t get the old battery out of my car. While I’m waiting to be refunded, 2 employees literally start having a screaming match as I’m standing between them. This has been the biggest display of incompetence and unprofessionalism that I’ve EVER encountered.

Got oil change. No info about upcoming services, such as tire rotation or the state of fluids. I dont think even think the tech looked at any of my cars fluids, because I was told nothing & after $40 oil change, which is supposed to include fluid top off, wiper check, tire check-- I was told nothing & I know I need tire rotation, & would have had it done there when my car was on the lift, but the counter guy ignored me saying something about because I didnt mention it firstly, Id have to come back for a tire rotation.But all the boxes were checked on my service paper, so I guess they did their job. Id rather know something needs to be fixed versus the potential of hurting myself or others on the road. I will go elsewhere next oil change. Just be careful if you choose to go here. Thanks.
Its always over crowded, off duty police are always on duty due to the crime rate in the store and in the parking lot. Its always dirty in the store. Its not updated with self checkout aisles and the lines are always 5-10 people long and it takes forever to get thru the lines if you only have a few items. I would avoid this walmart and go to the one at Arundel Mills, Quarterfield road or Columbia Walmarts.

I honestly wouldnt even give them a 1. Never, ever, EVER take your car here. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and should not have a job working with people. I waited 4+ hours to get 2 new tires and an oil change.When I tried to call to get a status update, the phone rang and rang for at least 5-8 minutes before I just hung up.When I went to pick up my car, I had to deal with rude customer service again. There was no verbal description of the services or warranties I paid for. My oil sensor had not been reset and still said 40% filled. My odometer is wrong. I know have to take it to the Honda dealer to make sure this place didnt ruin my car.Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. Or. Money.Not worth it. Nothing but a migraine.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service is complete trash here, not only are they not willing to help but from the get-go they say “if there nothing wrong, you’s gonna be charged” stating that we are making up our issues. Also, they state a wait time and when asked “how will I know when my service will be completed” they ask for a phone number, which they don’t even use. You have to physically go and ask them if it has been done. (I waited 3.5 hours To find out they were done with my car within the first 20 minutes).Additionally, don’t even bother asking them “why” something is happening, they will get furious and not explain. Not to mention, the first time I got my tires changed they didn’t even bother to balance/align them, thanks for caring about customer safety.Overall, choose someplace else to get service because this place has horrible customer service. This was my first and my last time getting service here.

This place deserves a negative star. They say they open at 7 am but they opened the door at 7:20 am and had no employees to do tires or oil changes until 9 . The employee at the desk called the Automotive Manager and apparently no one was scheduled to work until 10:30 am . They asked someone to come in early. This is not the first time that has happened at this location. I only know of one time they opened on time out of the 9 times they serviced my car.

I stopped in for a tire repair on one tire with a nail punture and to purchase two additional new tires. I affirmed this work with two different people, but only one entered it into the system. I was told it will be four hours. Alright, I got my infant with me but I was expecting a wait, as its a lot of work. Let me assert that again much like I did there, I want two new tires and the tire in the trunk repaired. If the tire in the trunk cant be repaired, I would like to replace that tire and purchase one other tire for a total of two new tires. This work was confirmed. I waited a hair under four hours. Great, a lot of work was done, and you got it back to me about ten minutes early. Paid for all of my stuff, and what I thought were my surprisingly inexpensive new tires, confirming again that my new tires have hazard insurance in case I run over another nail. This was confirmed by the cashier who had written up my order earlier. I get in my car, pack up the little one and head home. I think again, that was a really cheap set of tires, so I look at my receipt. Low and behold, I didnt get any new tires. They plugged my one tire only and stated on the receipt they couldnt find the second tire with a hole in it. I waited 4 hours, for 1/3 of my requested work order. I understand times are busy, as a former 5 year employee at Wal-Mart store 1885. Seriously! This is the biggest tire fire of a tire center I have ever encountered. I dont think the cashier properly conveyed anything I had said to the techs, so I wasted 4 hours for one plugged tire!Can I bill your store at my old Wal-Mart salary on those lost four hours. I can assert, I will never be returning to this awesome store for anything ever again, which is unfortunate based on its location, but Ellicott City and Annapolis will be the only Wal-Marts I head to going forward. If I happen to encounter another pile of ships of this magnitude again, I will be moving my business to the wifes old college employer, Target! Do not buy tire warranty! I had issues with my flat tire, when I contacted them, they said oh it doesn’t cover the new tire if pothole damaged tire .

Waiting in line at 7:00 when the center was supposed to open. 7:30 and only one employee has shown up. The mechanic was walking around drinking coffee and then left the automotive area altogether, and they’ve misplaced the tires the man in front of me in line had special delivered. I showed up at 9:55am for an oil change. I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes and still was in need of an oil change with 3 customers ahead of me. I was told it should take no more than 30-40 minutes. After I spoke to the manager, he said he would get me in. 30 minutes later I still was waiting for the oil change. I took my keys and left

They need to hire a new front desk lady immediately. She is rude, unfriendly, and needs to take a class on how to talk to people, especially if that is the main part of your job. I watched her answer the phone at least three times and she was rolling her eyes and being rude to every single person. She needs n attitude adjustment or a job that requires not talking to people.

Walked in, bought a tire & walked out in 5 minutes. Installation however is always a 3 to 5 hour wait. Cant depend on getting anything done without spending the day walking around Walmart though
