Ive been filling my prescriptions at Walgreens for a year with no issues. I dropped off 3 prescriptions on Sunday, was told they would be ready on Tuesday due to the holiday, Tuesday I was told it would take an additional 2 days to fill them.. The pharmacist was incredibly rude to me when I called to ask when they would be ready too. Ill definitely be switching.
This 3 star is by NO MEANS a representation of the customer service at the pharmacy. I am only giving a 1 star because i waited for my flu shot 40 minutes after my appointment time and there was no other person there waiting for a vaccination. The staff was extremely nice though.
I think they’ve hired new people because they have no idea what they are doing at all.Not even the pharmacist. I’m so irritated with them.

Shelves always empty barely have anything there and then the black chick with the corn rolls in her head was so freaking rude this morning, you need to send her back to customer service training... I will take the longer drive to a much better one!Update:Had to change my review for the Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist young lady, very sweet, had all the patience in the world right before they were going on break! I appreciate your help, you definitely went above and beyond to help me locate my coupon😉

I switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy after dealing with the only nice employee they have when getting one of my kids’ Rx’s filled. I’ve not seen her since and there’s always issues with my prescriptions. When I call to see what the issue is the pharmacy assistant is rude & ignorant. Most of the time she’s on her phone, there’s two assistants that work along side the pharmacist, it’s either one of them and the pharmacist working usually. Both of the assistants are on their phones all the time, even while ringing me up, taking payment, everything. How can you work when you’re on your phone? I have never seen anything like it. I wish I never transferred my Rx’s here. Huge mistake.
Ive been using Walgreens pharmacy for several years in Perry Hall. Had nothing but superb friendly all around service. I moved to Arbutus and transferred my familys prescriptions to this Walgreens. Nothing but issues. Called prescription in using automated service a week ago and never was filled. Husband went to store to get 3 prescriptions filled and the woman looked at him like she didnt want to be bothered. Too busy on the phone. She then asked for a copay that we never paid before. Will be switching to another pharmacy. Too many options of pharmacies. Why would anyone stay here with incompetent unfriendly service. Hire new pharmacy staff!
Made an online appointment for a flu shot and when I get there, they don’t have any more. Why are you still allowing appointments to be made without any product? And who runs out of flu shots? Went to the new CVS right up the street.
I dont even give them one Star. Those people were working in that Store when it was the name of Rite aid. Now became Walgreen. Same employees, but different Drugs store name. Cant believe of waiting times and the way they serve to Customers.
Recieved txt that the 3 Rxs were filled Dec 28, 2019 picked up Jan 3, 2020. Only one of the 3 was filled..wait wait wait...and wait to be filled...yep edited still waiting ...1 hour later and a few new Rxs filled i just had to ask about Rx? Yep filled and on the countertop! Yeah if i didnt ask they most likely be still on the countertop!
The pharmacist literally told my gf that ours babys medicine was going to take all day and she was rude
It took them over a week to fill my prescription. I stopped in on day 5 and asked about it and they didn’t even know it was out of stock and hadn’t ordered it. By far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I will not be back to this store for prescriptions or anything else.

Get rid of the tall cashier, clearly he doesnt want to be there. Had his back turned to me when I approached the cashier register. Didnt greet me or tell me my total. Didnt say have a nice day. Very rude!!!
I made an online appointment for a tdap vaccine shot and received a confirmation as well as reminders for the appointment. I arrived at the scheduled time and was surprised to find the pharmacy completely shuttered. After speaking to someone that works there, they said that the Pharmacy has been closed for weeks. Wasted valuable time today.
