I would not get use this pharmacy ever again there incompetent people you my husband been dealing with you for the last several years and you guys have botch so many prescription the doctors send to you we have the verification you guys say we never got it i got a prescription for my husband pain medicine because he came home from the hospital and you guys said it will be 2 months before we get it . you guys have no customer service have came down to you several time to get his meds and you guys dont fill it i have to wait time and money coming there and you guys act like there not a care in the world you Walmart needs to clear you guys out of there you making them look bad We are moving his prescription to Rite aids where they call you and tell you it not being filled today for a reason like you guys dont you guys roll your eyes at customer you guys are pitiful excuse for customer service take some classes

Every time this is worse and worse, they dont care less about the attendance of customers I don t think they know what that’s means.. brought a recipe on Thursday, wait almost two hours and they didn t give me the medicine and they told me to wait, so i waited around 10 minutes. so I went home and came back Monday, and it turns out wasnt even ready yet

The place is a joke. Go anywhere but here. Youll for sure get better customer service elsewhere.

Exactly what I would expect. I waited in line and got my scrip. Sometimes it took a while because of others that were there first... sometimes not. No need to whine or cry.

Horrible customer service!!!!! They screw until my prescriptions consistently. I am completely done with this place. The pharmacist from India is very polite. The cashiers are absolutely horrible! Sorry but this place has seen the last of me.

Extremely friendly and had my Rx filled under an hour. Had four different meds, eye drops were out of stock and was told they would be in next day. Drop off cashier, pick up cashier and Pharmacist were all pleasant and efficient. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. They have been the most helpful and speedy of all wal mart pharmacies Ive visited. Will be my new primary pharmacy from now on.

Awful! Awful!Awful!! Pharmacist was polite. The only other person polite that I have dealt with there wasthe guy from India and I have difficulty understanding the accent. He is nice and consciousness. Everyone else is rude and act like they hate there job and REALLY hate the customers. I will move my prescriptions even though I will have to drive further.

I have gone to this store & Pharmacy since it’s opening. I spend $1200.00 every month there. That’s just groceries & cleaning/general home goods. That’s not counting extra items like small appliances, electronics, car cleaning items and/or holiday decorations/cards or gifts. This amount doesn’t count my Pharmacy spending either. At the Pharmacy I give them roughly $1-$2000 a yr. It would be a lot more but I used another Pharmacy for 2 of my scripts every month because it was next to my doctors office. 2-3 times a yr this Walmart Pharmacy would fill my scripts plus they filled 2 every month. So if you do the math I give this Walmart roughly $16,000 a yr. I also go to their optometrist so they get that money too. So it’s closer to $17,000.Now I layed the ground work. Today I took the 2 prescriptions I use to get filled 85% of the time somewhere else here to get it filled like I have done several times. The Pharmacy Supervisor (Guy). I don’t know his name but he’s an olive skinned guy with dark hair. This supervisor called me and said we’ve elected not to fill your 2 prescriptions. As stated I have taken this to them several times. They fill another prescription from this doctor but he refused these 2. I just got the prescriptions, they called the doctor to confirm the meds and there’s a history of me being on it. I’ve been on both for 20 yrs. I even have an electronic version of everytime I’ve gotten my scripts filled directly from my insurance company. I asked for something in writing saying why my prescription wasn’t filled and I was told I’m not entitled to that. I was going to take the prescriptions to them every month because my doctor moved his office from the location he was at. I don’t get how a pharmacist can get this power. There is nothing questionable about me or my doctor but yet this pharmacist supervisor decided he was powerful and denied a patient medication when he has no clue about their medical history. This has become a growing trend. I have read about this but now it’s happened to me. I work for a living, I have a family & I have a job where if I do something illegal I lose my career. This has to stop for every person not just me.I hope Walmart’s district Pharmacy Manager sees this and reacts. Most like they won’t and don’t care. But maybe they will care if I speak with my wallet. For any Walmart management member I can prove the financial #s I mentioned if you want to sit down & talk. I’m willing to pull my business over this.

They have young ghetto girls working here. Im used to visiting CVS where actual adult pharmacist assist you but Walmart is trying to save money. They are unprofessional and rude. I had to call several times just to get them to send a fax to my doctors office. Im pregnant and have to pick up weekly prescriptions and at this point will be switching to the CVS way over in Federal Hill just for quality of service even though this one is 1 mile from me. Update: I just traveled in the snow to pick up my prescription today and when I got home and opened it the bottle clearly says 8mg but all the pills inside are 4mg. Dont waste your time with this place. If you do have to go like bad weather days for convenience make sure you check your prescriptions. Now I have to make a second unsafe trip in the storm.

Never again, never again,I was at this Walmart to get 4 tires put on my pick up truck. 5 hours later they finally got me out. 5 HOURS. The techs took their time they talk when they should have been working. when they had an issue,one after another and its like they cant do anything on their own they had a problem with a few things and I told him if you find anything else just do it so he can get me out of here so Im on the BOYCOTT from Walmart all Walmarts. I do spend money in Walmart anywhere from 50 to $100 and Im in there at least 3 times a week I know my little bit of money might not make a difference but what I spend there is someones pay check.so for the next 30 days NO WALMART FOR ME......

Quick courteous service for my aunt and me.

Customer service was horrible. I received an attitude from the lady who was checking on my prescription. I waited literally over an hour while they were supposed to be calling my Doctor and after I got fed up and demanded to speak to the Pharmacist/ Manager, She informed me, without apology, that my medicine wasnt in stock!!! A week before this incident I went through a similar issue. They are just a miserable bunch and Im DONE WITH THEM!!!!

Self check out friendly fast environment

They dont have self checkouts, the shelves are hardly ever stocked and the employees arent the friendliest bunch either. I try to go to this location as less as possible if I do its only because my bestfriend or mother needs to go there. 😒

Just dont like Wal mart.very dirty and lazy people that dont care and dont do nothing

This store is not people friendly or service oriented. When I tried to call the main store phone number to get the pharmacy number it was busy for 20 mins and not taking calls. I kept trying and finally got thru to the pharmacy. I spoke with a young woman who sounded annoyed because my prescription refill was from another store. I have visited this walmart store before and the store does not look clean or organized well. I was not impressed!

Fast service, customer service was excellent

They are never stock and always out of medication. The customer service is God Awful. None of the cashiers or techs ever happy they always have a frown on their face and never pleasant. The lines are always long the whole process is long and unpleasant.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this pharmacy. They tend to appear bothered with any questions or additional information that a patient may need. They are NOT consumer friendly.
