I really like having Sherwin Williams in my neighborhood. I can get a quality product in a super convenient location. The staff are always helpful and patient. The store is tidy and easy to access. On my latest visit the sales associate, Morgan, went above and beyond to help me chose colors and combinations. The check out process was efficient and no one gave my loud 4-year-old the stink eye. I was greeted and helped immediately. At least some of the staff is bilingual which I think is a bonus.

Great experience at Arbutus, MD store #705051. Ariel was patient and helpful. She helped me understand my painting journey from beginning to end. Im fortunate she was so knowledgeable. David, manager, was accommodating and price adjusted items to make them more competitive with local stores. I didnt need to go anywhere else for my painting needs. Thanks, Team!

I left frustrated and angry. I will not return. $356 in paint and I wasted time and I dont have what I asked for. Attendant has an attitude and doesnt listen.

I would tell them to go there because they give personalized and helpful service. Good variety and selection and good value for the money. I felt that my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed. I see a lot of professional painters going in there, so I feel that they use the store for the same reasons. They are always pleasant and friendly and I think that is important as well-it feels very friendly and small-town there!

Excellent customer service and good social distancing. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a custom tinted can of paint and painting supplies.

The associate was able to match paint from a previous purchase 3+ years ago. Had me in the system and matched it perfectly. Very impressed.

During the recent sale at Sherwin Williams, I purchased a lot of paint, primer and stain for a newly finished basement. These folks, especially Brittany, went out of their way to help -- not only matching colors, and lightening colors for a coordinated ceiling, but she allowed us to borrow their color wheel to match the stain to existing furniture, rather than taking tons of single strips. She showed me the colors in different light as well. Everything was mixed, packaged and ready for us to pick up. You cannot ask for better customer service than this store provides.
